I would’t know about that, search online for possible solutions. Those are all the menu elements the buddypress plugin provides and the theme does not have specific buddypress options for the menu

Hi,
I cannot view the screenshot you provided unfortunately
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ejEtJXzd
Try posting it again so I can see what exactly you are referring to. Or provide a link to your website with details about what you want to do.
Thanks
Try to re-install the latest theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Remove and delete the composer, install it again from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MAtStP1KDdH1
Increase the memory more if possible, that could be insufficient. Clear the cache and purge CDN files if you use it. Let us know.
Hi,
That seems like a plugin you are using for the gallery. I just tested the default WordPress gallery and theme provided gallery and they (when there is no sidebar)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vVvaqkFvOfYF
Both occupy the full post width when no sidebar is used. If you use a plugin, maybe check it’s settings.
Thanks
Hi,
Well unfortunately these things don’t always go as expected, there is always something that needs more testing or modifications. Please have a little more patience. Sometimes next week the new post templates functionality should be released.
Hi,
I thought maybe they could check the error log, there is usually an error log or log kept by the server, 404 would mean the the requested resource is not found on the server. You could check other guides and try more suggestions
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-posts-returning-404-error/
Sometimes it may even be fixed by simply re-saving the permalinks in WordPress settings
– https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/fix-wordpress-404-errors-when-post-page-exists/
Thanks
I would guide you if I would know what the problem is. This is the second time I have seen this problem, the last user did not say what the problem was in his case. Did you remove the shop page and recreate it?
Do you have any products created? What is the shop page set to display?
– https://www.screencast.com/t/M7b8NN5FS
Deactivate and remove it, then re-install it from here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/e4QXvuJaCvOI
It should be updated automatically, but sometimes it fails.
You can send us the login at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look. This is quite an unusual issue. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
There are settings for that in the theme panel. If you do not use the mobile theme here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zf4fGUoV0g
If you use the mobile theme plugin here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bAEiBFDo7krC
So there would be no need to use CSS code for that.\
Thanks
Hi,
Try plugins, since there is no amazon registration in the theme that would be the first thing you can try.
Reddit is already part of the theme post sharing socials
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lrzgObbyc5O
But if you want you can use sharing plugins, there are many you could try.
Thanks
Hi,
For the moment no, unless you manually enable the modal the general option will most likely not work.
This is being worked on along some other issues, as soon as they are done a theme update should be released. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
So before updating the theme and composer there was no problem, and after the update there is an overload. That should not be, if anything it would be better since we removed an additional plugin (multi-purpose) and included it’s features in the tagDiv composer.
Maybe this is a server limitation, please check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check if the same thing happens if you only have theme plugins active, with no theme modifications made.
Thanks
Hi,
Those are placeholder images for multi-purpose elements used by the composer. We will try to find a different implementation for these images in the future, this is added on our list. Sorry for any inconvenience created by those images.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme is not missing the CSS file. The missing stylesheet issue appears when the whole theme package is uploaded, not the actual theme file. Please check the theme install guides
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks
Hi,
If the page was built with the tagDiv composer there would be no problem in that regard.
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Additionally try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this has any effect.
Let us know the results after trying these suggestions.
Thanks
Hi,
That is the recommended and main page builder in the theme, the tagDiv composer. Our composer will improve more over future updates, as it has up to this moment. There are many more new features to come.
Visual composer is still provided in the package as an optional page builder.
Once you activate the tagDiv composer plugin (it should be already active)
All you have to do is to create a new page and start buiding
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wpPLUmcneBe
The tagDiv composer had more elements (multi-purpose) added by a separate multi-purpose plugin. In the latest theme update the additional plugin was removed and those elements are all available in the tagDiv composer plugin.
Let us know if you have more questions or you need help with something.
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to display a buddypress login and additional related links and information in the menu. Buddypress provides these elements
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jXsKEivx
The theme only provide a modal for login, which is design modification over the default WordPress functionality, no other modifications made
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/
The mega-menu will work only with posts and their categories, all the theme modules work with posts mainly. They will not display forums. Maybe some menu plugins could do that, if you require this.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed, in our theme the front-end Visual composer (now WPBakery page builder) is disabled. This was a decision made when the theme was created. You could enable it if this is and check if it works properly.
There is a modification in the code mentioned here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-enable-frontend-editor-mode-in-visual-composer/
Thanks
Hi,
If you cannot access the backend, only with cPanel or FTP would you be able to deactivate plugins. Then you should be able to access WP-admin
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
The HTTP 500 error was fixed in some cases by increasing the WP memory according to the theme requirements or higher if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check the theme system status panel, see if there are enough resources. Contact your hosting if required, ask them to increase them if needed. Also maybe they can check the error logs, to see what has caused this problem. Let us know as soon as possible.
Hi,
I just tried the Instagram widget on a page, one added with the composer and one as a sidebar widget
– https://www.screencast.com/t/a8IU5GGdH6LQ
Result – https://www.screencast.com/t/n13qyC1P1v4
So everything seems to work as intended. If you could provide a link to this issue on your website, I will take a look.
Thanks
Please check the other topic in which you posted
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/multi-purpose-plugin-cannot-be-switched-on/
Hi,
Please check the theme update changelog here
– https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tBCVPKUzm
It is specified that the multi-purpose is now part of the tagDiv composer, you can remove the plugin, there is no need for it anymore. All the multi-purpose elements and options are now included in the tagDiv composer.
By an oversight the multi-purpose plugin is still provided in the theme package. Sorry for the created confusion.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use the WPBakery Page Builder provided with the theme, there is no need to register anything
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
The block title text color and background color are not available in the WPBakery plugin. Only the tagDiv composer has these option. Our composer will be further integrated with the theme and it will receive more features over future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
There is only one inline article ad spot, this will apply to the whole website. All the posts will display it the same.
If more ads are required the easiest way would be to use a plugin. The AdRotate plugin is recommended by other theme users which desired more ad capabilities. Some info about it here
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/
In a coming theme update there will be changes to how the post pages are created. The tagDiv composer will be integrated with the post templates. So besides the default article ads you could use additional ad boxes.
Thanks
