Hi,
I could not say, it might be a possibility in the future but for the moment I don’t think there are any immediate plans in the matter.
Hi,
I checked with the Chrome browser, the menu looks like this for me
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zGbHH4tn
Please correct me if I am misunderstanding something.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe this is what you are trying to do
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FQG4s7fjwxB
You can change the color if you want, also the code will affect only the homepage
.home .td-main-content-wrap,
.home .td-main-page-wrap .td-container-wrap {
background-color: #e8e7e6;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe there is a problem with the modal window. We could take a look if you could provide a link to your website and details about the circumstances in which the issue happens.
The modal window should work like this
-https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
Thanks
Hi,
That numbered pagination is only present in the latest articles section, category pages etc but not on blocks. Blocks have only the pagination options mentioned in the guide, not a page pagination
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Hi,
That is usually caused by the rocket loader feature of the CDN, I see you have that active at the moment. It is recommended to disable it, it could cause issues with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Please try to disable it and there should be no more problem.
Thanks
The Newsletter element is only available in the tagDiv composer to be placed on pages. It is not present as a widget. You could use a HTML or text widget to display a newsletter in post sidebars for the moment.
There are plans in coming updates to change how the post templates are used and created, there will be major changes in the matter and a considerable amount of flexibility added. I cannot give you a time estimate however.
Done.
That class you mention is used in some header templates, it is set for the div containing the logo you set in the theme panel, like header style 1 for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HlChP6QZ7B
Corresponding CSS for it is in the theme stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/86x1PnEDG
They said to enter the provided code before the ending body tag in the footer, so try entering the code there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JF1uTJp93
7. I am sorry but that would not be possible, the total fixed width is split in the post pages. There will be a maximum of 696px for the post content with a sidebar. That is how the theme was designed.
There are plans to make changes to how the post templates function and add a considerable amount of flexibility in creating a post page. This will be implemented in a future update, I cannot provide an exact time estimate.
10. I don’t know what that is and how exactly is that related to the theme. If there is a problem in the theme files, please mention where it is and I will pass it along to the developer team.
Thanks
Here for modules/blocks – https://www.screencast.com/t/iloPlNTce
Here for post pages – https://www.screencast.com/t/pvBAztzm2
Seems I doubled the link there, from what I found online seems that Google does not cache stylesheets if that is what you are asking
– https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/4206/does-google-cache-stylesheets
You could search for more on the subject online.
Hi,
Unfortunately that is not a theme feature on mobile. There is no swipe to next/previous article at the moment.
The footer predefined templates have a maximum of 3 columns, but there is an option now that a page can be displayed in the footer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZewMAPQgT
However an exact 5 column split would not be possible, maybe something like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3rKMbgvC
6 even columns would be possible
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RkWkAM7RT85
You could experiment more with the row layouts.
Thanks
I have tried that code, for me it looks like this (set every 4 posts for example)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/A5xcJ0my
A bigger ad would be more suited maybe
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OYVAGoy8X
Hi,
You could try using the new flex block, this has options to choose how many modules are displayed per row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/X2Osn78b7
More about the new flex block here
– https://tagdiv.com/go-beyond-flexibility-new-flex-block/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
All the other blocks are predefined in terms of layout so for example the number of modules per row cannot be changed.
Thanks
Hi,
Please follow this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-not-working-already-with-facebook-app-id-security-key/
For some users there are currently issues caused by Facebook making modifications on their end, we just have to wait and see what exactly they are planning to do.
Thanks
Hi,
The functionality is simple, click on the hamburger menu icon and the menu will be displayed. When the mobile plugin is active you can use a different menu (menu items).
This cannot be changed, this is how the theme was created and designed to display on mobile.
The top menu is not displayed on mobile. It could be made to appear with CSS code if absolutely required, but only when the mobile theme plugin is not active. If that is the case, please provide a link to your website and I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
That would appear to be a carousel/slider element, it would be similar to the revolution slider which is provided in the theme package along some demo sliders.
These would be the demo sliders included in the package
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_politics/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_travel/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_book_club/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_wedding/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_baby/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_cars/
Each one of these can be imported and placed on your website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
A specific carousel element is not available in the tagDiv composer at the moment, it might be at a future time.
In the theme you can stretch rows to specific predefined widths or full width, to achieve wider results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zq8CdS5Jx
There are also full width grids to be used on pages
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
Thanks
Hi,
You could use that if you wish, instead of the theme login which does not have at the moment social login options. The theme has a login section in the top bar, which will open a login/create account modal widow when used
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/
There are some similar topics in which users added social login options to this modal
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/where-i-can-add-a-line-of-custom-php-code-on-the-login-page/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/want-social-login-short-code-on-login-page/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-login-pushes-signup-button-out-of-view/

Hi,
Best thing you could do is to contact your hosting provider and they should have a look. This might be caused by the server and they would be more qualified to provide advice or even fix this for you.
Ask them to also check if these parameters visible in the theme system status are set according to the requirements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed, the inline ad you use has a bigger width than the post content (696px) in the homepage as well. In the homepage it is breaking outside of the container
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fx3Ycq2F
Either use a smaller ad size in the homepage or set it on a full row for bigger ads.
In the post you should use if possible ads with a max-width of 696px in a post with sidebar. That is the maximum allocated width to the post content.
For the inline ad you could use a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Gp9j6goJPF
.td-a-rec-id-content_inlineleft {
margin-right: 21px;
}
Hi,
Unfortunately that is the current functionality when the mobile menu is clicked. The page will scroll to the top when the menu is accessed, with or without the mobile theme. There would be no solution I could provide you for this. But I could add it on our suggestion list and it will be considered.
Thanks
Seems the color is still coming from the demo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HyygvoBIjx
So either the code was not removed or you have caching or CDN. Try clearing the cache or CDN files, so the old version is not served anymore. That could be why there is no effect in the front-end.
Block header template 6 was used because it would be easier to customize it like this. You can use a code like this to set a background image of your choosing for it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hb383i2M
This is the code, use the image you wish in it then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td_block_template_6 .td-block-title {
text-align: center;
background: url("https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_craft_ideas/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/header-bg.png");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: auto 100%;
background-position: center center;
}
.td_block_template_6 .td-block-title:before {
display: none;
}
