Hi,
It seems there is no margin bottom set for the ad boxes, there should be a default margin for them. Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-a-rec {
margin-bottom: 48px;
}
Remove then empty spaces you entered, the code should provide the same margin for all the ads.
Thanks
@kulecanbazi This issue will be fixed in the coming theme update, the solution mentioned above will be implemented by default in the theme. If you too are having the issue try the same solution in the mentioned file.
Hi,
I see there are comment displayed on that post you mention, at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FohvCTeE
There are similar topics regarding Facebook comments here on the forum, for manual implementation if you want to take a look
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/facebook-comments-2/
So you want Google to re-crawl your website, you could try the official documentation
– https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812?hl=en
Hi,
There are online solutions that you could try to prevent that, like this for example
– https://oscarmini.com/2014/02/3-methods-to-disable-right-click-on-a-webpage-css-javascript-and-html.html
Or try a content protection plugin , there are plugins like that.
Hi,
I have checked the website but I do not see any errors displayed on pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ssgP7xc2Daf
If you could provide some more details about the issue or where we should check more exactly, we will take a look.
Thanks
@Nemanja1980 Then do not enter all the elements in the same row when creating the page. All will be selected when you place them all in one single row and select it. You can add rows as you build the page for better control
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bULR9JWu9NT4
So for example you can place the grid on one row, the following block in a different row and so on.
There were no changes made to the block filtering and sorting functionality in the latest update so that option you are using should work the same as before. The element will display random posts published in the current day. That would be affected by the timezone set in WordPress I believe.
Sorry for misunderstanding, indeed there seems to be an issue with the related articles section when global block header style 8 is selected. As a quick fix please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td_block_template_8 .td-related-title a::after {
display: none;
}
Result – https://www.screencast.com/t/THhrlh1F
I will add this on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.
So the problem is that you cannot edit the widgets placed in sidebars, this could be caused by a plugin. I have no problem placing/editing/saving widget settings in my tests. Please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and check if this has any effect on the issue. Let us know the results.
It seems there are no posts to display, some of the the blocks are empty from what I can see. Edit the page with the composer, check the filtering and sorting on the blocks, check the categories and see if they have posts.
Cloudflare is compatible with the theme as long as you are configuring it like so
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If there are problems with it, you could try some basic troubleshooting
– https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/sections/200804937-General-Troubleshooting
If you have sent us an email at the mentioned address, we will continue the investigation by mail.
Hi,
If you are referring to the footer dedicated Instagram section, that will always be displayed on top of the footer. You could disable it from the theme panel, then use a Instagram widget in the footer section you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/31m9pvmsmwrT
So the problem is only with one page, that means there is something specific to it, causing the composer to not work properly on it. If that is the page (the advertise page) it should work, there is a simple text block and contact form in it’s content from what I can see. Also you say you rebuilt it and there is still a problem only on that page.
You could send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, we will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
I cannot say why that is happening or what would be the solution, there were no tests made with matched content and the theme up to this moment. Maybe in the future we will make tests. You could try the manual implementations from this topic and make tests
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-google-matched-content-code/
Or maybe try a plugin that can display the ads you want.
Thanks
Hi,
It might have picked up those demo pages URLs, you could resubmit the sitemap for your website to the search engines

Hi,
So the mega-menu option has disappeared for the menu items, when creating a menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2e9s0APM7tcb
In all similar cases before that option has been caused by a plugin. Try deactivating all plugins and check if the option appears. Please correct me if I misunderstand.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme blocks and grids are predefined, they will always look the same. Rows containing blocks can be stretched if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ukztJBiL4wk
The latest theme version introduced the Flex-block, you could make experiments with that, for a creating a custom block
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
– https://tagdiv.com/go-beyond-flexibility-new-flex-block/
Thanks
Hi,
All the theme panel settings and theme panel custom code are saved in the database, as long as the same database is used there will be no problem. Also there is an option to export all the theme panel settings, and import them on a different location
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thanks
Hi,
There is no issue with the popular categories widget from what I can see, at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gtonvVc9qheM
Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thanks
Hi,
Now this is an unusual issue, those brackets seem to be part of the actual post content, as if they were actually placed in the post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/m65ktRg0hx
So you checked in the backend (text tab) and those brackets are not present. Maybe a plugin is inserting them there for some reason, you could try as a test to deactivate them all, except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check if the tagDiv composer has been automatically updated (it should be version 2.1, and ten multi-purpose plugin 2.0)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qUQ9uTJkd
If they have not been updated automatically, update theme manually. Deactivate and remove them and install them again from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6zCoZkd9
Let us know of there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed the Google Adsense verification code has to be entered between the head tags in the header.php file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2noeCTl9Z
Then the actual ad code has to be entered in the Theme panel->Ads section in the location you want
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If there is a problem, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be the comment count, this can be disabled but for all the blocks/modules at once in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cLYb2AAQLaRt
If you require something more precise (for example remove them only on that category page), let us know and we will give you a solution.
Thanks
I don’t quite understand what you want to do. If you could provide some more details about it, it would be helpful.
