Hi,
That is how the default gallery looks, I believe on a default WordPress theme it has indeed some margin between the columns. I could give you a code to add some margin between the images
– https://www.screencast.com/t/q2Iekraw
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.gallery-columns-2 .gallery-item {
max-width: 45%;
margin-right: 10px;
margin-left: 10px;
}
If you are referring to the theme modal image feature
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
That will open all the post images in a modal window, not only the gallery images.
Thanks
A link would be a normal section of text, it is not treated differently
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FHELyMAJRoL7
If you could provide a link to your website where this is happening we will take a look.
There are many topics here on the forum mentioning the issue. We are aware of it, it will be fixed along other AMP related issues in the coming theme update. This will happen as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
There are some sliders provided, such as these
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
Also the Revolution slider plugin is included in the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
You can import demo sliders or build your own if you want. All the sliders present in our demos are available for importing.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information and FTP access as well, we will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
You have to add /amp to access it on desktop. Once indexed by Google the AMP pages will be served to users from the Google cache.
Our plugin does not redirect desktop users to AMP version of the pages, at the moment. It might in the future if this is an useful feature.
Hi,
Please follow this topic, there is a solution in it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-just-before-sidebar-ad-after-this-new-update/
This will be fixed in the coming theme update.
If possible please provide some more details about the issue you mention. The theme does not have a pin button implemented, there is only a post sharing option. A link to where the issue is happening would be useful as well.
Hi,
We are aware of the issues with the AMP plugin, mainly the inline CSS styles and the important tag usage in the AMP stylesheet. These will be fixed in the coming theme update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you!
Please do not reply in your own topic, this will only delay the response. We answer from oldest to newest. Mention all the questions in a single post and reply only if absolutely necessary.
There are some issues with the latest theme version. These issues are not general, they only happen in some specific cases. We are trying to identify these circumstances and make changes in the theme. A theme update will soon follow. We are working as quickly as possible.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused for you.
In some cases there were 500 errors caused by a setting in cpanel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bTBuIp7590RX
– https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/cpanel/lets-encrypt/#How_to_issue_and_install_a_new_Lets_Encrypt_certificate_yourself
We are working to see why that setting is causing the 500 errors. Sorry again for this inconvenience.
Thank you for understanding.
Hi,
You can always create a new topic and post the question you have, we and the community will try our best to help you.
1. That is the Latest articles section, it will be displayed when the required page template is selected. You can choose a different page template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8FLc5Zbls
2. Check the events plugin documentation and implementation methods. Plugin content will not be available as an element in the composer. If that plugin provides a shortcode you can place that in a text element (save the page and view it to see it rendered)
3. There is a social counter element in the composer, if that would be helpful
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/social-counter-styles-on-newspaper/
Thank you!
Indeed, on category pages you can only display ads in the sidebar used, and if you have any in header and footer. The category pages do not have specific ad settings. This will most likely change change in a future update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If you want to show ads in the category pages, you could try a plugin such as Adrotate, which is recommended by theme users.
We will investigate the issue you mention, we cannot recreate this however or has it happened in our tests. Note that the new flex block can be styled as you want, it could be a setting in the design you created with it that causes the issue. There are many instances where the flex block can be used, just be careful with the design you create, for each device
– https://www.screencast.com/t/I9g6cCTQdZK
For me the ads look like this on desktop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zGGNPhFFn2J
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pTLTCcfPSOOL
And on mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/A4qx3RcHR87
So it seems the ads are displayed now, please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thank you!
That is unusual, so when you are trying to display an Instagram section in the footer or on the page, it causes the homepage to break.
If you tried deactivating plugins with no result, then something else is causing the issue. We could take a look, please provide a link to your website. Mention how exactly you are configuring the Instagram section. You only have to paste the Instagram user name and it should work

Hi,
Indeed there are currently some issues with the AMP plugin, mainly the detection of the important tag. This will be fixed among other issues, in the coming theme update. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
@Jukka Mykkanen I am sure there is a reason for that code to exist in the theme stylesheet, I will pass this along to the developer team and they will take la look. The issue above is quite rare, so that would mean it only happens is particular circumstances. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you!
AMP forms will have to be implemented according to the documentation provided by AMP
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-form
Our AMP plugin does not have a form option by default, if this becomes a popular request it will be considered.
So the problem is happening only when that plugin is active, we have not made any tests with that plugin so I could not say why that is happening unfortunately, or if there is a solution.
You could try a different one which has the options you need, if that one is causing issues such as the ones you mention.
Hi,
You can add/remove the ads by entering in the Theme panel->Ads section and make the changes you want. When you enter ad codes in those sections they will be displayed on the website, remove the ones you do not want and the will not be shown anymore
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IFvfCRyoL
Let us know if you have further questions and we will help you.
Thank you!
Seems you are missing the mentioned theme panel option, that would be here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jWpre5zVp0l
This setting was not removed in the current theme option, so this could mean the theme has not been updated properly.
You could try to re-install the theme by FTP then check if the option appears as intended
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Hi,
The category page you mention does not exist from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LZFORSiU5zk
However, the number of posts displayed on the category pages can be controlled by this setting
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LQmsy0bmu8T
Hi,
The theme uses a couple of default font throughout the theme, Roboto and Open Sans
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
These are loaded by default, they will be overridden as soon as you customize the fonts in the theme panel.
Thanks
So that error appears after you updated the theme. I have not seen that error before, please try to re-install the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Deactivate all other plugins if possible, leave only theme plugins active. You could also contact the hosting provider and mention the database issue to them as well. They might now why this is happening.
Thank you!
