Hi,
Please note that the Visual composer provided in the theme package is working as intended with the theme. If you are not using this Visual composer version, please do not update the plugin directly from the author until it is officially supported by the theme.
When a new update is available for Visual composer, we will test it properly and only then include it in the theme bundle. This will ensure that it will be fully compatible with the theme

Hi,
The demos are basically a showcase of the theme possibilities, and what can be achieved with it, they all use the same theme in the end. It is up to you or your client to pick the ones you like for your website. You can view them all in the live preview
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
Thanks
Hi,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic.

Hi,
Please follow this topic for more information in this matter

Hi,
Maybe you could find a plugin that would allow you to hide these posts from users, and make them available only for your authors. Like a post visibility plugin. Or maybe a role customization plugin of some kind. Try searching for some of these and try a few, you could find something that works in this case.
Thanks
Hi,
You cannot add more page templates in the mobile theme. The front page will always display the top grid with your featured posts, and the latest articles section at the bottom. The category pages and post pages will display their own template, regardless of what is selected on desktop. Inserting content for pages is limited to the mobile editor, that appears in the page edit screen, when the mobile theme is activated.
The mobile theme is designed to be as light as possible with performance in mind. However, more customization options may be added to it in future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
That code will only work on the smart list that you mentioned. If you would like to disable the lightbox for the featured image inside the post, that can be done in the theme panel like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AHFyrKed
Then nothing will happen when you click on the featured image in the post.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try the solution from this topic and modify the theme file as shown
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-set-offset-post-for-latest-post-module-on-mobile-theme-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
I see that you have modified most of the theme elements headings (block titles, article titles) I don’t know what other headings you would like to modify now. If you could provide more information, I will try to point you in the right direction.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If these WordPress and server parameters are set according to the recommended values, this will ensure the best functionality of the theme and plugins.
You can ask your host to make the changes for you, as they may have a preferred method in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
The category pages can only be customized through the theme panel, at the moment. You can customize each category page the way you want, using the available settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-top-post-styles-2/
Thanks
Hi,
You could use some css to achieve that, if there is no theme setting available. Please provide a link to your website and more information about what exactly you want to do, and I will try to give you a solution for this.
Thanks
Hi,
You can use a Slider element for example
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
Or a Big Grid slide
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
You could also use the Revolution slider. All the revolution sliders featured in the demos are available in the theme package. Like this one for example which is somewhat similar to the one you are referring to
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_travel/
Here is more information if you decide to use it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that this is specified in the documentation. It is strongly not recommended to update Visual composer directly from the author, if you are not using the plugin provided with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
When an update is released for this plugin, the new version will be tested and included in the theme package. This will ensure that everything will work properly in this matter.
This is just an unfortunate accident. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you and your clients.
If you decide that the theme is not suited for your needs, you can request a refund and we will approve it

Thank you.
Hi,
A simple condition like this seems to work, after registering the new menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/82FZ2bAf2rQ
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nsNXSHPlw
If the current user is logged in, a menu will be displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/g6UXjbhyR
If it is not, a different menu will be displayed instead
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kqRVYhe7e
Thanks
Hi,
Like Bogdan mentioned in the smart lists there is no option to remove that effect. You could try something else. If you enter the code provided below in the custom css section, the images inside the smart list will not be clickable anymore.
That effect will not be present when the images are clicked, when using the current smart list style.
.td_smart_list_6
.td-slide-smart-list-figure {
pointer-events: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
This is meant to make the transition from Visual composer to the new editor, as smooth as possible. They share some similarities in order to achieve this.
Please check the What’s different section of this topic for more information
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
In future updates more options and features will be available exclusively for the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website if possible, so we can inspect the issue. The Single image element will display the image without any other additions. The Image box gives the possibility to add a custom title and styles
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ArBlHShMvrZj
And the Single image will display the image as it is.
Thanks
Hi,
You can try a code like this, and the comments will display the way you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4Q0sSGb9SmM
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MVmYmBsSy
Enter the code in Theme panel->Custom Css
.comment .comment-content {
margin-left: 0!important;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Please try to activate the theme using the manual activation method
– https://www.screencast.com/t/y9OSLcsc
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AEKaTQM0
If you still cannot activate it properly, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information (and activation key).
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
The tagDiv composer needs to be active in order for the demo to display as intended. Try enabling the tagDiv composer and check how it displays then.
If you want to use Visual composer, please use the one provided in the theme package. if you have bought it, use the same version as the included one.
When an update is available for Visual composer, we will first test it and only after that bundle it with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-update-21/
Also it is worth mentioning that future updates will add more options and features for the tagDiv composer exclusively, not for Visual composer.
Thanks
Hi,
If you are absolutely sure that the theme is responsible, please take into consideration that not all plugins are compatible with all the themes. We have not tested the theme with all the plugins, so some may not work properly. That is the case with all the premium themes.
That is why I could not give you a full-proof and definitive solution. Maybe you can find similar plugins that you can use to create what you need.
Thanks
Hi,
That is how Block 7 looks like on a single columns layout
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-7/
You could reduce the space between the modules with a code like this, if that is what you want to do
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1z2TNHlAaXvT
.td_block_7 .td_module_6 {
padding-bottom: 13px;
}
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css section.
The module that this block uses does not display an excerpt for the post content. Not all block modules have this feature.
You could use Block 11 instead, which displays an excerpt when set on one column and is similar to block 7
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-11/
Then use this code to reduce the space between the modules, if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jbug3my9HJo1
.td_block_11 .td_module_10 {
padding-bottom: 13px;
}
The excerpt length can be controlled in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
Thanks
Hi,
This is where the top menu is being called in the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EvrXIQuBli
You could create the condition there, only for the menu

Hi,
You can insert an image or text in the Header ad section, and it will be displayed in the header
