Hi,
It could be a conflict between the composer and other plugins. Try deactivating all other plugins, clear any caching installed and then activate the tagDiv composer. Switch to the main theme if you have a child theme, to rule this out as well.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please let us know if the error is still present.
Thanks
Hi,
It does not seem to be fine on the emulators as well. There seems to be a 404 not found error on the logo image, but it seems to happen only on tablet devices not desktop or phones
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c29LrYmJf4
You could try removing the logo, then upload and place it again. Then clear any caching you might have installed or server cache.
Thanks
Hi,

Hi,
The theme has a section in the theme panel dedicated to ad placement. You can use Adsense ads, other ad implementations or simply images with a custom link
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
You also have the possibility to display different ads based on device. For more information please see this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
Thanks
Hi,
Well that could be a setting from the plugin you are using. Please check the plugin instructions and settings. I could not say why this plugin redirects you to the dashboard, or what option you would need too modify to change it.
Thanks
Hi,
Replied in your other topic.
Thanks
Hi,
Those are not the default comments from the theme. I have inspected your post page and that section is present in the actual post content. It is inserted by the plugin you are using
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hWO5rHMhvprq
Maybe there is a setting from the plugin that is inserting this Facebook comment count in the post content. You could check and disable this option.
I could not make any recommendations for social login, we have not made any tests in this matter. You could search the forum for plugin suggestions or implementations
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-login-pushes-signup-button-out-of-view/
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you, I will pass this along and we will make inquiries in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe you are not configuring the plugin as needed, there could be an overlooked setting or something. Or you need to insert a code or shortcode in the post content. Or maybe you have made some customization to the previous theme, and you need to make them again after updating.
If you tried deactivating the child theme and this fixes the issue, then the child theme could be responsible.
I have inspected the post page, there is restriction excerpt appearing in the post content structure. There seems to be a restriction field in the menu

Hi,
Using the tagDiv composer builder for pages, there are options to stretch the rows to full width and achieve full width pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nPLrotn5
More information about the TagDiv composer here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
You can choose from a selection of full width Big Grids as well
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
In the theme panel there are options to stretch the header elements and footer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oZtkzMcLoYaO
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme does not display the Read more feature on posts, it will be ignored. You can use the post pagination mentioned here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-with-pagination/
Thanks
Hi,
That will require some modifications to the post template files, because there is no theme option to move the comments section. You must edit the template file or files that you are using. Please follow these topics for more information
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/move-comments/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-put-comments-after-article/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-put-comments-form-right-after-sharing-row-on-the-bottom-of-all-articles/
Thanks
Hi,
For blocks there is a different option in the theme panel to disable the author name and date. The option is in the Block settings

Hi,
Try deactivating the tagDiv composer as well. Leave only Visual composer active. I have tried to replicate the problem with the layout you are creating, but it does not happen in my case.
If this does not have any effect, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look and see why this is occurring. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
Instagram and the Social counter can be added in a page structure as an element, or as a widget in a sidebar. That is how you can remove them as well. Edit your page with the tagDiv composer and remove them from there if they are present, or check the widgets section and remove them from the sidebar
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
If you are using the global category setting to change the top post style, please make sure that the other categories settings are set to default
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ktfDDfFRhKn
Categories set on default will inherit the global setting. If a style is selected per category, it will have priority over the global option
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-top-post-styles-2/
Thanks
Hi,
No that is not a problem. You can use the child theme that is provided in the theme package without any problem. Here is a tutorial for the child theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
That usually happens when the theme is conflicting with a plugin, or by some theme customization if this is the case.
The first step would be to test and disable all your plugins except the ones that are provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and purge CDN files if you use it. Then check if the error is still present.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary
– https://www.screencast.com/t/X6fxKWYivbqM
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then try to edit the page and see if it is working as expected. Also this could be caused by a plugin that you are using. You can try to deactivate all of them except the composer, clear any caching installed and see if this has any effect.
Please let us know if you still have a problem using the editor.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t think I understand exactly what is happening. If you could provide some screenshots of the problem it would be helpful.
Each row can be split in the recommended layouts as the guide shows
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2Adp1F0ySKb
Then simply add the elements you want in the resulting columns. Importing a template will grant you an already built page structure
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XNjWhzJu7X
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PzEl0x8O
Thanks
Hi,
At the moment there is no option to remove the category grid starting from the second page. You could however use a code like this, it should remove the grid on all other category pages except the first one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SEFnTswwc
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hxs5Cfhsc
This is the code if you decide to test it
body[class~="paged"]
.td-category-grid {
display:none;
}
The Top grid that is present on the category pages cannot be customized like that. You could modify the category top post template that you are using
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lt7ahDLFuq
And substitute through a shortcode the grid that is selected in the theme panel, with a different grid configured by you
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XIqWo0n9hsNz
I don’t know if this would be a solution for you, or useful for what you need to do.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no option to hide the sidebar in these cases. If you are using the mobile theme plugin the sidebar will not be displayed on phones, but on tablets it will appear normally. More about the mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
There may be more options and optimizations to be made for the Pinterest element. Please note that this module may not work properly at all times. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
I could give you a code that would modify the images
– https://www.screencast.com/t/j97DOkYoiO
But this may not be the best solution. If you decide to use the code, it should be entered in Theme panel->Advanced Css in the desktop section
.td-pinterest-image {
height: 230px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The description data is taken from the user profile field
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gnMbmXuRP6
It would have to be removed from there. Or you could enter this code in Theme panel->Custom Css
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sTRoZVJp
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yukAy4iyFY
.td_block_author
.td-author-description {
display: none;
}
Thanks
