Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately the grid can’t be changed, you can do it yourself if you want but we don’t recommend it, you can hire a developer to do it for you if you don’t know how to do it.

Sorry about this!
Thanks for the message!

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, we don’t work on weekends.
You will get an answer as soon as possible via mail during this day.

Thanks for understanding!

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. This space could come from this margin set to the row: http://screencast.com/t/qyI0ah6ha
You can reduce it by using this custom css in theme panel > custom css:

.home .wpb_row {
margin-bottom: 0px;
}

Set the margin as you like. I need you site’s URL so I can inspect it in order to give you a more exact answer.
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

First get this code from loop-single.php file, like this: http://screencast.com/t/6f43j31dH
Than add it in single_template_2.php file like this: http://screencast.com/t/guzPs51Aj
Result: http://screencast.com/t/i7l47CaRz

Hi,

That space it’s determined by the grid and can’t be modified, I suggest not to change it, you will have to change a lot more for that.

Thanks

Lucian

Hi,

Change this: http://screencast.com/t/OYaudK4Q
Do it for the module you are using, edit the file and change the text then save.

Hi,

I haven’t tested it but it could work, you can try, it won’t work if you use google ads because they only allow 3 ads on page.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this, we will fix it in the next update, until then please add this custom css in theme panel > custom css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/C6poZqXYh

.td-full-layout .td-menu-background:after,
.td-boxed-layout .td-menu-wrap:after {
background: none !important;
}

Please follow this and do the same for menu:
* https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/modify-menu-height/
* https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/adding-a-main-menu-border/

Hi,

Please try to disable all other plugins leaving only the Side Notes by Livefyre plugin active and the VC plugin and check if it works.
Enable them back one at a time so you can check which is generating this issue.

Thanks

Lucian

Hi,

I can’t tell and guarantee you it will work like that, those two plugins use their own build in log in, we will investigate this as this needs to be tested. You can try to achieve this yourself until we can give you a certain answer, you can also get a developer to do it for you if you don’t how to do it.

Thanks

If this is still happening please give us wp-access so we can check this and send you wp-admin user and pass at contact@tagdiv.com and also include an link to this topic.

You can customize them the same way as the categories from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/lQAgyg9Sh if that’s what you mean.

Hi,

Than is the way it is, the full width featured image dose not have the light-box option, you can set this option for other post styles though from theme panel > post settings > featured images: http://screencast.com/t/ZmXvnmSrNcx

Hi,

Thanks Christopher!

@eeesirbelly

Please take a look over the settings from WordPress dashboard > Discussion and make sure you haven’t disabled them from Theme Panel > Post settings, you should have this option set like this: http://screencast.com/t/txpFm69v and also make sure you have enabled them from post editing panel, under screen options: http://screencast.com/t/KWbOWzdk
If nothing works please disable all plugins leaving only those that theme requires and check again. Should work fine, we have no issues regarding comments with latest theme updates.
Regarding the icons please point me where on your site I can find this issue. Your icons on mobile look fine: http://screencast.com/t/56mvP2JGn

Hi,

From what I know you can’t set the length of the excerpt using css, only use some method to hide it, you could try to use text-overflow property.
You can read and learn more here: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_text-overflow.asp
Ex here: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/tryit.asp?filename=trycss3_text-overflow
Hope this helps!

Hi,

You can add your ad in the sidebar using tagdiv Ad box and create sidebars and add a different ad to it, like this: http://screencast.com/t/2SEDtzRUjk
You can add more custom ad boxes like this:

Replace the code in this file: http://screencast.com/t/TZAvs1zMKv0o with this: http://pastebin.com/41bryHb5
Also replace the code from this file: http://screencast.com/t/BtPbmCYkOo with this one: http://pastebin.com/Q4qeDkff

Should work like this: http://screencast.com/t/zgYiKkOEGu

Thanks

Hi,

1. To place your ads in the sidebar you will need first to create a new sidebar in which you can add your sidebar ad or add the sidebar add into an existing sidebar, like this: http://screencast.com/t/nM5tELrP
Here is how you create a new sidebar: http://screencast.com/t/eATlwEHGE0C
Here you will have to ad the code for the sidebar ad: http://screencast.com/t/MO7gdQiOv
After this edit the page you want to have the sidebar ad on to and set the sidebar like this: http://screencast.com/t/hQGcO8BIf
If you want another sidebar on the left besides the one on the right, you can add it like this: http://screencast.com/t/woCxVdjX
This could help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/

2. Check this topic and guide:

* https://forum.tagdiv.com/pagespeed-guide/
* https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/

Also search the forum for tips and suggestions regarding speed there are many topics covering different issues and difficulties you may encounter.

3. Then only featured image effect we have is using post style: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-v-4-0-topic/
You could try to use a plugin for this.
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

Based on your code you could try something like this in td_site.js file: http://screencast.com/t/mYGNhtWN0
Note that this was just a test and you need to be adjusted.
This is the code for it: http://pastebin.com/HTx5LGS8
You should work on that or get someone to help you also the code you’ve sent me needs to be customized for the theme.

Thanks

Lucian
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

You could do this by adding the code on the template of the page you want to have this code, for example if I understood well you want this on post pages and enable this only if the post belongs to a certain category and use a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields to chose when editing the post if to show that widget or not for that post so regarding the category that post belongs you can chose if that widget to be displayed or not.
Here is how you can do it, follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/function-to-hide-ads-and-function-to-show-author/#post-8993
If you don’t have basic php/html/css knowledge we recommend you hire a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.

Thnaks
