Glad you’ve managed to fix it!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
My guess is that somehow your update hasn’t been done well or you have made changes/modifications to the theme as the it seems that this css code is missing or it’s not applied: http://screencast.com/t/jPoIT65Hu
Please also test this after disabling the css minifier/html compressor and make sure you empty cache/purge files afterwards then test again without plugins.
Add this css in theme panel > custom css for the mega menu issue:
.td-mega-menu .td_block_mega_menu {
padding-top: 20px;
}
For the “Related posts” issue, after I inspected your site I noticed that the images are loaded at their original sizes which should not happen so I suggest you follow this guide and regenerate thumbnails: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/
After that please make sure you empty cache and/or purge files.
The line height/ font/ size/ family/ weight.. can be changed from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/DHO5IQnJrLqW
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that you add it like this: http://screencast.com/t/mbDjuQ3SvdG
The error appears because you have added the move_js_function outside of the main function.
Also remove other changes you’ve made or remove and re-install the plugin from the /plugins folder that was provided with the theme files.
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure how you could resolve that, the calc function could do it but you would need additional customizations for and tests. I suggest you get someone to help you with this.
Thanks
Hi,
Use this css to hide the banner just on homepage: http://screencast.com/t/oSoi1P17
.home .td-header-style-7 .td-header-container .td-header-header {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the ticker is also taken into consideration when using the unique articles feature, we have this on our todo list and we are working to find a better implementation regarding this.
A solution would be not to use the unique articles feature and configure your blocks not to show duplicated posts by using block filters, sort order or the offset feature: http://screencast.com/t/DseVP3MRnPE2
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Use this custom css in theme panel > custom css filed: http://screencast.com/t/o4QBRnnz5fT
.td-menu-background .td-menu-wrap {
background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5) !important;
}
.td-page-wrap {
background-color: transparent !important;
}
Change the color as you like.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems fine now, the server notification doesn’t show anymore on your page speed test:
*mobile: http://screencast.com/t/8UTXIDjd
*desktop: http://screencast.com/t/LBlVshQrTn
Sorry for the inconvenience! You could try Disqus for your comments system.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve already replied on how you can do that here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/menu-and-box-title-arrangment/
Use css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/DiNshwoM
body {
direction: rtl;
}
.sf-menu {
float: right;
position: relative;
}
.td_mod3 .item-details {
margin-right: 117px;
margin-left: 0px;
}
.td-ajax-next-page {
right: auto !important;
background-position: -20px -20px !important;
left: 15px !important;
}
.td_ajax-prev-page {
right: auto !important;
left: 0px !important;
}
Please also:
Search the forum for suggestion and fixes for the issue you may encounter
Thanks

Hi,
Envato specifies that each theme can be used for one product (site): http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
If you want to use it on multiple sites you would have to buy a license for each project(this doesn’t mean you cannot use on multiple test sites).
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks Chris!
You can use the option from theme panel but please consider that would remove the featured image from post page also: http://screencast.com/t/b6kJ1LKa
This happens when you use module 1 or 7 as both load the posts content with will also load the feature image.
You could try this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/feature-image-that-appears-in-category-display/
Thanks
Hi,
Depending on the header style you use: http://screencast.com/t/SlG4OgzD ..you can change the logo url from here: http://screencast.com/t/tkNq4bFA ..or you can use a plugin to redirect it.
Here are some tips that might also help you.
Thanks
Hi,
First please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
If you still have this issue please make sure you download and update your theme to the latest version (4.6.1) then let us know if you still have issues with it and also provide your site’s URL so we can check this.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve checked your site but haven’t found a big slider so I can inspect this. Your screenshots aren’t found also. Please let me know if you still have this issues and provide more details about this.
The image needs to be at least 1074x483px wide so that it can look good in all cases (sliders, modules, blocks). Please make sure you upload and use a large image then regenerate thumbnails again.
You can also check our demo to check how the theme should look: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
I’ve replied here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-issue/#post-38508
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve misunderstood you, I thought you refer to your site’s title.
Glad you’ve managed to do it.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I’ve site via google pagespeed test and according to it that your major issue is your “server response time”: http://screencast.com/t/rqdgudlAgtH2
I suggest you also try this without any plugins active, empty cache and/or purge files then check again. Please also switch to a default WordPress theme like twentytwelve/ thirteen/ fourteen/ fifteen.. then test your site again to see if your server response time changes.
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
Have you managed to get this done as I’ve checked your site and noticed that your header section background color loads your color.
Changing those 2 background-color values should do it: http://screencast.com/t/ACp6sUgc
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
We will let you know as soon as we have a fix on it, probably within next theme update on which we are currently working.
Sorry for inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Try this css: http://screencast.com/t/gcyR6NGr8q
.td-post-template-6 .td-post-header {
bottom: 370px;
}
.td-post-template-6 .td-read-down {
position: relative;
top: 400px;
}
Use @media queries to adjust it for mobiles an screen views:
* @media (max-width: 767px): for mobiles screens.
* @media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1023px): for tablet screens.
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure where you want it disabled but you could do it from page template: http://screencast.com/t/InAKkPlcz or from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/sp4TgtFKk7g
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Sorry for the delay!

Hi,
1. You could add a condition here: http://screencast.com/t/50qNgy5V7h1p ..and customize the big grid code as when on the category you want to use a specific filter.
2. If you use the full width of the page then you can just use the block and filter the posts by tag then set the block to use 3 posts.
You can use the same tag for your posts and use the sort option or offset feature or use different tags and set them in the order you want your posts to appear on your block.
ex:
1. http://screencast.com/t/UyueutGnz0S
2. http://screencast.com/t/l4dJxGpY
3. http://screencast.com/t/s7o0wvlk
3. We are working on it but I can’t say for sure when it will be released.
Thanks
