This can be done using a SEO plugin, Newspaper Theme unfortunately has no control over that since it only renders WordPress behaviour. By default Search results are not a page or a post, therefore it can’t be indexed. You can find more information here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/internal-search-pages-want-to-index-them/

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

If you hide it on all the viewports then it is harder to render it. If you hide it only on some viewports, simply select another viewport, click on your element, click back on the old viewport and change the display setting.

What my colleague meant is that your image format is not correct. your images are vertical, you need to make them horizontal. A ratio of 16:9 or 4:3 is more suitable for this.
