Hello !

I am sorry for the misunderstanding !

Please make sure that when you select a size in tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/E5a0i5qF0 that the size is set to active in theme panel too: https://www.screencast.com/t/kovyIa9xF

Let us know the result.

Hi,

In the most of the cases this problem can be fixed by adding an extra code, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action(‘admin_head’,function() {
echo ‘<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>’;
});

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello !

That can be achieved by adding an extra class and hiding / showing the element using CSS. As you can see here I have added a flex block but you can use any element, added the weekend extra class: https://www.screencast.com/t/jhxUUGEG6ow ; And using this code I can hide it or show it whenever I want:
https://www.screencast.com/t/AAtH03H7JKs

The code is: .weekend {
display:none;
}

The code must be inserted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/J1Nxw5s5

When you want to hide it simply set the class to none and when you want to display it set it to block

Thank you !

Hello !

Unfortunately your website is not reachable at the moment. We have tried multiple devices but without success. Please take a look and let us know.

Hello !

That will happen when setting a background color. Newspaper theme has been built so that when you upload a background color or image it will shrink the width of your website. If you are running cloud library templates you will be able to set the ROW background using tagDiv composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/7riwya30L

Hello !

Yes, please make sure that your migration process has been done correctly and it is completed. You can try and remove the TagDiv Composer plugin and reinstall it so it will reboot its permalinks. This will not affect your templates.

Thank you !

Hello!

Newspaper Theme does not take effect over Gutenberg or classic editor post content. For that you will have to contact wordpress support.

Hello !

In order to adjust page width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.

These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code which is not covered by the support team.

For the sidebar you can create and edit it using the CSS tab as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=13s

Thank you !

Hello !

The Newsticker on mobile will show only a preview of the title. Unfortunately it cannot render the whole title because that will become too long and the users will not read it.

Hello !

This is a weird situation. WordPress by default does not upload webp Option, Newspaper Theme doesn’t use webp nowhere because it is not accepted by wordpress. The only option that Newspaper theme has in its logo is .SVG, can you please provide an url to your website and a screenshot of what you are seeing as webp please ?

Thank you !

Hello !

For sidebar you can follow our guide here that shows you exactly how to create one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=13s And for the second part I suggest you to use a Flex Block because it is the most customizable block at the moment.

Thank you !

Hello !

This seems to be a post url error not a Theme problem. Also please note that you are facing errors after migration which is most likely caused by the migration process not being done correctly or complete. Also from what I see this doesn’t seem to be a problem in Newspaper Theme.

After a quick google search I have found this article that may be helpful in your issue: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-fix-the-mixed-content-error-in-wordpress-step-by-step/
