Hello !

This sounds like a caching issue. Please contact your host and ask them if they do offer some caching options that you are not aware of and maybe it is interfering with WP Super Cache. Also please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Let us know the result.

Thank you !

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Thank you !

Hello !

You can adjust that from the CSS tab in tagDiv Composer as you can see in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU

Hello !

As you can see here on GTMetrix this is something that is related to everything on your website: https://www.screencast.com/t/1krRFA7k You have way to many fonts loading. Recommended is 1-2 fonts. This can be done from Theme panel – Theme Fonts and tagDiv Composer. Also some of your plugins add some JS that is hardly loading, and also your logo takes a lot of time to load. You have to make your website more efficient.

Thank you !

Hello !

Please make sure that you have cleared your cache. We have tested it on our page with multiple zoom options and playing with it and the issue is not there. Everything works out perfect.

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you !

Hello !

You will have to add a color as my colleague Calin showed you and add color to the row and then the opacity to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/7UpUV8YK8Lt

Hello !

Unfortunately there is no bulk option on this at the moment. You will have to do it one by one.

Hello !

Unfortunately in the menu one subcategory can go only to 30 elements. This is how Newspaper Theme was built.

Hello !

This is how your category looks right now on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/kreIigLWXY You can edit this by going into Theme Panel – Mobile theme and editing the options available there ( Theme colors / Theme fonts, etc )

Thank you !

Hello !

Changing the names of the theme folder may cause conflicts and issues. Please note that this is not a recommended method and there is no workaround for this.

Thank you !

Hello !

Unfortunately Newspaper theme does not have this option available at the moment. You will need an external plugin for this.

Hello !

Unfortunately not. You can create a blank template on your new website and copy the content code from the template you have created.

You can copy the code from one page and copy it to another as you can see here:

Open the page editor: https://www.screencast.com/t/rSUgDDPWJEI6

Copy the code: https://www.screencast.com/t/rcwnC8j6

And you can paste the code in another page which will become editable using tagDiv Composer.
