You can install a demo without content so you will have only the layout.
Your page speed is influenced by multiple factors but it should not be affected by this process.
If you uninstall a demo after a month for example your posts will remain the same.
No, the result is that you want to have only the layout but with your own content. That is very simple and will not affect any.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In order to add radius to your feature image you will have to use css coding since this option is not available with Newspaper Theme.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column like using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and pres the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG

You can add the templates either to all the posts, or only to one.
If you want to add the template to 5 out of 10 posts (for example) you will have to do it manually.

You now can add SVG logos but that is available only for Cloud Template headers.

1. You have to right click on your .SVG image and open it with notepad ( i used notepad++ but that doesn’t matter )
2. Copy the code found in the notepad
3. Paste the code into tagDiv Composer as you can see in the page above.
Keep in mind that all the modification regarding size of the image must be done in the code that you have pasted.

That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Also the sidebar from the bottom of the page comes from the widget section wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets
