Unfortunately you cannot have one colour for each block due to block construction and is impossible to target something in order to differentiate between blocks.

You can try this code but it will change the color for all the blocks: .td-module-comments a {

}

border-color: red transparent transparent transparent;
}

Unfortunately this issue comes from instagram. You will have to contact instagram support and let them know about your issue.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Also the sidebar from the bottom of the page comes from the widget section wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets
