Hello !

I hope I got it right. The main homepage can be edited using the tagDiv Composer. If you have created one from scratch you have to set that page as homepage as you can see here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

If you mean a page for the single post template. You can edit it, save the template and set it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Hw0BE24p41sf

I hope I helped you better this time !

Thank you !

Hello !

We are sorry for the inconvenience created.

Please make sure that you do have a backup before you make an update. Also it is indicated to have a test website in order to see how the theme or any new update you do reacts to your modifications. We test our products before each update but we cannot know what are the actual modifications you make on your website. Also, there could indeed be unforeseen circumstances in certain conditions that could have slipped pass testing. We do not claim to be perfect.

We are here to help you and we do our best to offer support for our clients. We have to investigate this issue properly and see why this happens.

Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email. We will do our best to help you and fix your issue !

Hello !

Unfortunately this feature is not possible using the Newspaper Theme. You may try with a plugin but unfortunately we cannot recommend any since we haven’t tested them.

Hello !

We are sorry for your inconvenience !

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems and maybe you’ve missed something while deleting the old files. Have you checked the plugins to be deleted too ?

Also you have to install the new child theme wich is found in the archive that comes with the update.

If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Also take a look at our updated documentation about installing the theme and plugins: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-plugins-and-update-plugins/ ; https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/

Thank you !
