Actually, it looks like in the above example, the READ MORE button link ONLY appears on MOBILE. Not on desktop! hmmmm….

Thanks… but looking for more of something like this… (you will notice a LOT of link bait articles on facebook using this approach, links to an article/excerpt, and it contains a READ MORE button.) See example and screenshot below.

I think you should choose if you want www or no www and then redirect one version to the other.
In your case i think you are using the www version, you should redirect the non-www to the www version.

By adding some simple rule to your .htaccess file you can achieve this. There are many examples out there you can copy https://www.google.com/#q=redirect+non+www+to+www

To update – all is well with the update now – but the mobile theme strips ads out – because they’re not Google Ads they are sold by myself to local businesses is there a way to use the mobile theme with the ads still there?

Happy either way but would be good to know – already lost native ads on AMP AND Facebook Instant Articles and so have to show them on the mobile version of the site – if not will switch it off but would be good to get speed benefits.

Thanks for your reply. So this is not a bug, this is really about the behavior of mobile themes.
My conclusion, if I have a site with multiple pages would be better if I do not use mobile themes Plugin, right?

If I may suggestion: Can we have more options for where and when the mobile theme to be displayed? For example: Use mobile theme for the types of posts, Use mobile theme for the types of pages, etc. IMHO

This is not a big task for you. I am just asking how to use theme default widgets which are used on home page and sidebar, inside the content. I will place it at the appropriate place. I can display the same if I got the widget code as used in widgets.

You can support me if you think. I am just requesting you to show me how to use widgets in the content, also I asked you that I want to remove default related post segment and want there a widget where I can show posts what I wish. So don’t take it as a big, support me to resolve it.

Thanks for following up. We’ve done the whole remove & reset all plugins thing – all working now in the back end so long as we activate and then deactivate the mobile theme, then the VC works as expected, but the order of elements on the admin page/post editor is all strange (ie the VC is pushed down the page, moving items like ‘page layout options’ and ‘homepage latest articles’ to the top of the page.
On the front end, we have the social counter at zero still (http://naturallyzimbabwean.com/) and we no longer have a unit without the cache refreshed to test/check whether the mobile menu is still showing on chrome. We haven’t had any comments from users yet today.

Yes, I read your canned answer at least a dozen times on this forum. Clearly you have a lot of users with RSS questions and you think a plugin or that WP Beginner article can help. And for most people, that isn’t the case.

So I’m hoping someone can actually help me.

Transitioning to NP theme…and I know this doesn’t fall under typical support but I am really hoping someone out there can help me. I have a custom RSS feed in my current site I’m trying to copy over (working on a staging server – not sure if that makes a difference).

I have added a functions.php to my child theme and added this code:

I followed the instructions but still the gallery is not working as it is supposed to.
Now I did update the theme, visual composer and rev slider but still nothing.

Other issue is that after updating/reinstalling the visual composer and rev slider, I can’t activate them because I don’t have purchase code. There should be another update of rev slider but I can’t update because I don’t have purchase code.

I have sent you access to my website via email so you can check it out.

We’d really want to have the gallery fixed because we do have campaign right now for our canada categories.
