The easiest way it’s by using media queries with css like in this example:

@media(max-width: 768px){
.container-for-mobile{
display: none;
}
}

2. I assume that that you want to display different ad-spots according with the post type displayed. To achieve that you will need a condition which check what post type it’s displayed and depending by result display a specific ad. Here is an example for header ad: http://screencast.com/t/4e9sKBons This is just a basic example about how can you check what post type it’s displayed and manipulate the ads according with the result.
You can create new ad-spots following the solution offered in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-more-custom-ad-spots/ and use them in your post types.

We put ours at bottom of the single template being used for our posts as default, and then the one other template being used for older content (where photo was already in the post). We only track posts, hence our reasoning there.

Note for tracking /AMP pages, we’re still testing the single pixel image tracker instead.

If you’re setting up PIWIK you should know what I’m talking about 🙂

Unfortunately the plugin is not tested to work with the theme and we cannot guarantee it will work 100%. We have not tested this plugin and we have no idea of the plugin functionality in order to provide an answer.
I’ve checked you’re the posts that you provided as examples and noticed that if you’re using a feature image then the plugin does not generate any content. I suppose that there is a condition in plugin’s code which cheek if the post have or not a featured image and depending by result display its output.
Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide plugin implementation support. If you really want to use this plugin we suggest you hire a freelancer to help you with implementation. You can hire one from studio.envato.com

You can’t target a post with css depending by its categories tags, it can be done only by the post id like in this example:

.postid-129 .td-post-date{
display: none;
}

This code will hide the post date for the post with id 129 but is not the best way to achieve that because if you have many posts from which you want to hide the date there will be lot of code.

This can also be done using a php condition in file corresponding with post template used: http://screencast.com/t/pNPy4Yfnur

if (!in_category('category-slug')){
echo $td_mod_single->get_date(false);
}

Note that this code will remove the post date from post html source, not only hit it.

I gave you only the code for sub-footer because according with this screen https://www.dropbox.com/s/6rh6brqk2ycuqeh/Screen%20Shot%202016-03-05%20at%202.53.07%20AM.png?dl=0 the error appeared in footer.phph file, so there was the wrong code.
I can’t provide the code for footer as I don’t know what footer template you’re using. However you can follow this screen and add the indicated conditions in the file corresponding with the footer template used: http://screencast.com/t/9O3A21aRpve9
For example if in theme panel you have set the footer template 3 the required file is td_footer_template_3.php

Unfortunately the block title field does not accept html/css code at the moment. This code is required to apply a different font for a specific word from block’s title. You will need a code like this one for example to insert two different styles inside same title:

<h2 style="display: inline-block">Title </h2> <h2 style="font-weight: 900;display: inline;"> two fonts </h2> <h2 style="display: inline"> on the same row </h2>

To make the required filed support html/css code are required many custoizations and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution now. If you need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advice is to hire a developer to do this for you as we cannot offer custom services at the moment.

I mean, one article has 3 categories (for example). What category show in the big grid? How to choose one of them?

I noticed now that on the second affiliate mk campaign i have the same problem.
i will contact profitshare but i don’t think i will get any help from them, clearly is a problem with the theme.

This is just a basic example. Our blocks can be customized in many different ways but this requires custom modifications in theme’s files.
