They should work together for pages and posts too.
If you’ll use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. The same thing for AMP plugin too. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.

Yes, we have if you use cloud templates. For example, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

You can add different elements in the columns, build it after your own design and set a width on every row or inner row in percentage or pixels. Stretch row is for a fullwidth row, then you can use the stretch row like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A

Indeed, for the moment when a post has the post content locked, this is locked for all roles, but like you say it should by some admin-subscriber role to see at least your own articles.

If the section from your screen is from posts or pages, then Yoast seo should be display, just make sure that it is enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/zhwaYnf.png also in some cases it may be from a plugin that is interfering, so, in case that you have the seo options enabled and the “status lamp” is not displayed for posts and pages, make a test using only tagDiv plugins and Yoast plugin.

If you have the Litespeed cache plugin, please make sure you enabled the cache for mobile -> https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/issue-with-mobile-caching-in-lscache-plugin.17148/
Unfortunately, we have not tested Litespeed Cache Plugin, it can interfere with the theme when doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.

1. I see, unfortunately, for the moment there is no option to disable the mobile theme from the woocommerce pages, sorry! The only solution that is see is to disable the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp and for pagespeed you can use a mobile page template -> https://i.imgur.com/NEwAMx8.png

2. Yes, the mobile theme will apply a simple design to make the content faster, please make a test, disable the plugin and check with responsive version and in case that you need pagespeed just use the mobile page template.

For the problem with the inner row, please remove the margin and set an width https://i.imgur.com/qhHfTdL.jpg for example 70% (you can set the percent until the dotted rectangle is no longer over the logo).
