I would like to ask you, if is possible to help me with one thing. I have a website ruik.cz, where is around 25 000 articles and it works 4 years. I have a problem with my hosting, because for example in the April, there was 2 000 people live and the server worked, not well, but worked. But right now there is for example 300 people live and the server doesnt work. We tried plugin WP-Sweep to clean the database but its not much better. I want to aks, if could be something wrong in the theme or there is problem with plugins? I need to know it to look for the problem, if you could help me with this or have some advice, I would be very grateful to you.

Hi enginzey, the problem is that if you have one of the latest WordPress versions, then will be a lot of elements that will not work.
Also in some situations after theme or plugins updates you can have some new conflicts, for example some users reported a few years ago this problem and was related to jetpack plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-editor-has-encountered-an-unexpected-error-attempt-recovery-copy-post-text/ what you can do is to make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem persist.
Also update the theme is a solution, but I suggest to update the theme on staging or subdomain also after the theme is updated (as Vlad said, use the FTP/cPanel method), please make sure that you activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack.

No we are not using Gutenberg. We are using your pagebuilder (TagDiv Composer) and using the block (Text & Title) – When we press Edit Content, WP Editor box does not load at all.

For the AMP issue please remove and reinstall AMP, from what we are aware this is a known issue from AMP.

For me is working just fine. make sure that the child theme is enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/wwZSuC6.png but you still need to do some change that can not be set in child theme, for example on this file wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php you need to set the new path for login modal -> https://i.imgur.com/GtnclCk.png like this -> https://i.imgur.com/UXJPamO.png also for specific templates you need to add it in other places.
If is still not working for you, please let me know exactly what you are using, cloud templates or standard header style.

Hi mixos, so you want to import only the theme templates and settings, for this you need to check the cloud templates that you are using from cloud templates section -> https://i.imgur.com/YZFb9Gh.png, those need to be copy and paste ( you need to copy the content and past it in the new website in the same cloud type, for example a cloud header must be past in a cloud header to work) after you copy theme (in case that you use), then import the theme panel settings, this can be done using the import/export option from theme panel copy the settings from here https://i.imgur.com/wIjVBO5.png and past theme in import zone in the new website after that click on the import theme settings and the website layout should be the same like in the staging.

Thank you for responding. However, the solution is not quite providing anticipated results. The instructions explain: You need to update bp_core_redirect( get_option(‘home’) . ‘/the-slug/’ ); and change /the-slug/ to the slug of the page you wish to load. What does, update bp_core_redirect( get_option(‘home’), mean? I’m not sure if I should be doing something with that part, and I’m using the latest version of BuddyPress- Version 8.0.0. We would like to get a line break for the article’s meta info for all our posts regardless of which block we use. Currently, the author’s name and date are all on one line. We would like to have a line break after the author’s name and add read time after the date. See the example below. Please advise if this is possible.

Hi, we use the Newspaper X theme for our gaming news website . Since the last theme update, we have been facing the following problems:
1. Our website is monetized by Google Ads. We can see them in Tagdiv composer, however some ads aren’t visible on the website, even after ad code was placed in the theme panel. This problem is only for the Desktop site, for mobile we are using mobile theme + amp which shows ads perfectly.
2. When we open a category page from the main menu, it always shows the latest posts on top, which shouldn’t happen.
The posts under review category don’t show up at all.

3. We are using the Magazine Pro template, and it came with some background images like the image in the footer. We have removed all those images however in the gtmetrix waterfall tab, for some posts we can see those images are loading even after they were removed.

I have used your theme here (https://charming-bose.176-9-28-118.plesk.page/) but when I try to apply a category or post template the layout breaks. In preview everything seems fine but when I apply the template the category or post seems broken. An example can be found here (https://charming-bose.176-9-28-118.plesk.page/category/empeiries/) where I have applied ‘Category template – Makeupshop’ yet the posts seem to extend to the whole layout and push down the sidebar. This applies with every template I try to implement for categories and posts.

Why would a plugin conflict cause this issue, and when the theme gets updated it continues to work (without me changing anything in the plugins) Again this issue happens when newspaper theme gets new version (i see in the panel message about new theme version) and i don’t update it immediately. I have a no way to test this, only to wait for the next theme update and try your solution.
ALso can you tell me what is the significance of this ajax call – https://potkrovlje.ba/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=10.3.9.1 – because its failure stops infinite scroll from working.
