Hi. Is there any way to remove the registration buttons and logic, for example in mobile menus, if you don’t want to offer account registration functionality to users? Because in mobile menus the register link/button always appears, and I don’t know where to configure it.
Hello,
Can you please assist me in solving the following 2 problems?
[Issue #1]
The images in my gallery can’t be displayed on all/any posts of my website, carvibz.com, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/FXPoinW
Example post: https://www.carvibz.com/muscle-cars/viper-powered-1969-dodge-charger-6-speed-has-lwb-secret/
I have no technical expertise, but had somebody look into the problem. This is what they said:
A Newspaper feature (General Modal Image ON, I believe) converts image links into modal galleries, and adds the A hrefs automatically. So, when it reads the code, it gets the incorrect link from the lazyloaded image. Instead of the link, it gets the placeholder image WP Rocket uses for Lazyload.
That feature converts image links into modal galleries, and adds the A hrefs automatically. So, when it reads the code, it gets the incorrect link from the lazyloaded image. Instead of the link, it gets the placeholder image WP Rocket uses for Lazyload
So, this feature is not compatible with Lazyloaded images.
This is the code WP Rocket Lazyload creates: https://i.imgur.com/YhQwmZR.png
And this is what happens after the conversion to modal gallery: https://i.imgur.com/m0rhXzo.png
So, the generated HTML is incorrect and causes the problem.
It happens here, at the Newspaper Javascript:
https://www.carvibz.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js?ver=12.3
[Issue #2]
When bypassing WP Rocket (https://www.carvibz.com/custom-cars/mid-engined-vw-caddy-pickup-with-audi-4-2l-v8-has-lm-race-car-wheels-and-rabbit-face/?nowprocket)
or disabling WP Rocket Lazyload altogether
(simply excluding these in WP Rocket Lazyload does not work: div class=”tdb-featured-image-bg”
.td-modal-image img
.td-modal-image)
the images in the gallery work. However, as opposded to in the past, when clicking the images, these show up at the medium resolution I selected to increase page speed, which results in poor user experience, as can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/c6aShhr
Previously, my TagDiv Gallery gave me a “link to media file” option that still loaded medium-sized images (page speed), but showed large-sized images when clicking (positive user experience).
Is this part of the error at #1? I don’t believe so, given the disappearance of the “link to media file”. How can I change this? Editing each post manually for the gallery to show Large Size wouldn’t work, since I have 2,000 posts. Besides, I believe this would affect page speed.
PS: I checked outher posts on similar topics as my #1 (1, 2, 3), but couldn’t find a fix.
Thank you
Hi,
Take a look here in this video for example where are build 6 columns: https://www.screencast.com/t/mZ2c5XamTFN You can play the layout options -> https://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/ -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-add-delete-and-duplicate-row-newspaper-theme/
You need to set each column width to 20% for five columns. Also, did you have set the align options on the row or on each column?
Thank you!
Hi,
If the permalinks are set to /%category%/%postname%/ and you are on an article that is part from a subcategory, then the link should be:
https://domain-name.com/parent-category/sub-category/post-title/
example – https://i.imgur.com/JnWU7bf.png – https://i.imgur.com/7RrZoPS.png
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
We are using object / redis cache on our websites.
As you have mentioned about flex block, but on the Homepage we are not using flex block, we are using only Blocks and there is not option of cache in that.
So, how can we set cache on block things?
Thanks & regards,
Prathimesh

Hi,
I think that you are using tagDiv Composer on a single post template and you manually typed the article name, right? this is why is happening this. You should use the element Page Title this will automatically get the article title – https://i.imgur.com/M3b8E2a.png
Also, If you edit the single post template and add something on it (example your image or shortcode) then this will be display on all articles that are using that single post template. If you want the content to be unique you should set it directly in article content (using wordpress editor), not on single post template.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are referring to using anchor links, you can do it easily. You need to set an extra class on the element, for example, I set it on the “Single Post Comment” => https://i.imgur.com/EewW11X.png and set the class on the element icon or button, in Scroll to class => https://i.imgur.com/O3x7xpV.png -> https://imgur.com/xqIOgu0
Thank you!
Hi Vunt,
If you want to create mobile header and footer you can do it like this, make a mobile page (for example on homepage or edit one if you already have one) – https://i.imgur.com/zWv6Xiu.png – select the manager and convert header and footer – https://i.imgur.com/W6vZzee.png – https://i.imgur.com/KO9nFa0.png this option will convert one of the current header and footer you have.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m using the Newspaper theme and noticed that on a single post that belongs to a subcategory, the related posts section only shows posts from the same subcategory, but not from the parent category.
For example, if a post is in “Books > Fiction”, then related posts only show other posts in “Fiction” but not from the parent category “Books”.
Is there a way to include posts from both the subcategory and its parent category in the related posts?
I’ve tried overriding the single.php and using a custom function, but I’d prefer to use the theme’s native related posts system if possible.
Please guide me on how I can achieve this.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m experiencing a new issue with the Newspaper theme: the image galleries inside posts are not working correctly.
When I click on an individual image, the lightbox opens as expected, showing the navigation arrows and captions (when available), but the actual image is not displayed (please refer to the screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/t/FCSI5d87zLfpE17i).
Both the theme and WordPress versions are up to date.
You can see an example of the issue on this page:
https://www.imuc.it/imac-g4-una-icona-del-design/
Could you kindly help me resolve this?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Alessandro.
I have an icon loading on my mobile verison that allows for dark-mode switching and it’s directly over top of the ToTop button. Is it possible to move the button to a different position on the page for example, to the left or in the middle or even above my “dark-mode” icon?
thanks.
We have 2 problems on our website.
1:
We can’t update the theme. When we do, the websites design is crashed.
2:
Often when we want to upload media it takes ages to load and the website eventually crashes.
We tried everything, the debug file only shows 1 problem (german, but you’ll get it):
PHP Notice: Die Funktion _load_textdomain_just_in_time wurde fehlerhaft aufgerufen. Das Laden der Übersetzung für die Domain td-cloud-library wurde zu früh ausgelöst. Das ist normalerweise ein Hinweis auf Code im Plugin oder Theme, der zu früh läuft. Übersetzungen sollten mit der Aktion init oder später geladen werden. Weitere Informationen: Debugging in WordPress (engl.). (Diese Meldung wurde in Version 6.7.0 hinzugefügt.) in /html/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6121
So the problem is the newspaper theme or the tagdiv plugins.

Could you help soon?
Thanks!

Hello,
In addition to using caching, Cloudflare, and Redis, I’d also recommend enabling caching for the Flex Block. This feature can make a noticeable difference by significantly reducing the number of server requests, especially on content-heavy pages.
It’s also good to keep in mind that, like any visual page builder, tagDiv Composer requires more resources while editing. This is perfectly normal. Real-time builders perform many background processes—adding, removing, and modifying elements, all of which generate multiple live requests. On websites with large databases (for example, those with a high volume of articles), using filters on blocks can slow things down a bit, as each block applies its own query to retrieve specific content.
This behavior is common across most live builders, not just tagDiv Composer. The system is working hard to provide instant feedback, which naturally increases resource usage.
What you can do:
A good next step would be to monitor resource usage and identify which pages or specific elements are using the most server resources. Often, features like AJAX filters or “most popular articles” widgets can be more demanding, since they constantly query the database for up-to-date information.
Identifying and optimizing these high-impact areas can help keep your site fast and responsive both for your visitors and during editing sessions.
Thanks again
Dear TagDiv Support,
My website is the problem: https://teknobilimadami.com/
I am experiencing a critical issue on my WordPress site that is directly related to the Newspaper Theme. When attempting to upload media files, the system either stalls significantly or fails with a 503 Service Unavailable error, specifically affecting the async-upload.php process.
Sometimes I add an image and when I open and close the page, I see that the image with the error has been loaded.
But these happen in the Newspaper theme. When I switch to the 2025 wordpress theme, images are uploaded instantly from the Media – Add Media – Media Library section without any problems.
After thorough debugging over the past 48 hours, I have tested and ruled out all other possible causes. Below is a complete breakdown of actions I took:
1. Hosting and Configuration
– PHP: 8.1
– Hosting: LiteSpeed / Shared Hosting (GuzelHosting)
– Limits Increased to:
– max_execution_time = 300
– upload_max_filesize = 128M
– post_max_size = 128M
– memory_limit = 512M
– Cloudflare set to “Development Mode”, and later fully paused
– WP Rocket and cache tools disabled during tests
2. Steps Taken & Results
– Switching to Twenty Twenty-Five theme resolves the issue instantly. Image uploads are fast and reliable.
– Activating Newspaper theme causes:
– Slow or failed uploads
– DevTools shows async-upload.php requests returning 503 errors
– Hosting panel shows CPU limit exceeded only when Newspaper is active
– Plugins tested individually (only Rank Math, SMTP, and Converter for Media were active; Converter later disabled)
3. Functions.php and Theme Code Review
– Output buffer using ob_start(“sanitize_output”) was temporarily removed.
– Theme update filters (pre_site_transient_update_themes) commented out.
– Admin-side JS injection via admin_head tested and removed.
These changes made little to no difference — the core issue seems to lie deeper in Newspaper’s admin/AJAX logic.
4. Attached Visual Evidence (8+ screenshots)
Please find attached:
1. DevTools console error (503 on async-upload.php) : https://prnt.sc/qHY-ahJWeCbr
2. CPanel CPU usage exceeded panel : https://prnt.sc/V4Wcb6RWVm8O
3. Functions.php sample (Attachments)
4. Theme switched: Twenty Twenty-Five (success) : https://prnt.sc/XsbBJDqxrBK_
5. Theme active: Newspaper (failure) : https://prnt.sc/3ORZ-qt9OwHj
6. WordPress debug.log output (Attachments)
7. Network panel XHR timing chart : https://prnt.sc/T1_rYdno5uaL
8. Cloudflare paused, issue persists : https://prnt.sc/CKQqSZ2OlLc-
I attach all other detailed screen photos to the e-mail. (20 attach picture screenshot)
Final Note & Request
I believe this issue can only be resolved from the theme side, not via hosting or plugin tweaks. I kindly request:
– Review of internal AJAX handling within the Newspaper theme
– Guidance on patching or disabling blocks that might interfere with admin upload requests
– Confirmation if this is a known issue, and whether an update will address it
I truly want this resolved. I have done my part as much as possible. Now I believe your team can take over and fix this properly.
I sent you contact@tagdiv.com e-mail in more detail. I would like to ask for your help in solving the problem.
Hi,
To achieve the same scrolling or bouncing effect, you can use CSS animations. Here’s a simple example that mimics the horizontal scroll of marquee – https://pastebin.com/ you can edit the css after your needs. The code should be set in raw html.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Website: https://www.crn.in/

After installing and activating the Newspaper theme, I’m getting the error that says.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I purchased the theme on May 22, 2025. I have tried everything but the error still persists. Pls help
hello
when I want to modify newspaper components with TagdivComposer, a blocking error does not allow any modification.
I always get the same error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Hello Team,
I noticed something.
When a user unlocks an article by subscribing to a plan, for example the free plan, then he is automatically added to that email list (free plan list in our example).
But then if that user upgrade his plan and pays a subscription (let’s say annual one), he remains in the free plan list, instead of being automatically move to the annual email list.
It means that in optin builder a user remains always in the first list related to the first plan he subscribed to and won’t be automatically moved to another list if he changes the plan.
That seems to be a limitation.
How can I do to make the user change automatically from a list to another if he changes the plan?
Thanks.

Hey Calin,
I was able to dig into this further and found the issue. The TD Woo plugin does execute the standard WooCommerce hooks, but it omits the global $product variable from the templates. Because of that, any plugin relying on global $product won’t function correctly.
Until a proper fix is in place, here’s a workaround that should help anyone else who runs into this:
global $product;
if ( is_null( $product ) ) {
if ( class_exists( ‘tdb_state_content’ ) && method_exists( ‘tdb_state_content’, ‘get_wp_query’ ) ) {
$current_product_id = tdb_state_content::get_wp_query()->queried_object_id;
if ( function_exists( ‘wc_get_product’ ) ) {
$product = wc_get_product( $current_product_id );
}
}
}
Hope that helps!
Hi,
1. Yes, you can combine more pre-built website. All pre-build webiste have been made using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library. The most used option is to install a demo, in this case will be better to install the Job Hunt Pro and after that from Cloud templates to import the template you want for your website blog – https://i.imgur.com/cNEz2i5.png
2. The theme panel language will apply only on those texts that are not dynamic and can not be edited using tagDiv Composer. Use the theme builder, select the element and change the text – https://i.imgur.com/jiwnXRG.png – https://i.imgur.com/6EWvPqA.png
3. Settings the fonts in the theme panel it’s ok, but you’ll also need to set it on pages and cloud templates, it is possible that those to use different fonts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/ open the page/template with tagDiv Composer and select the website manager, then select the global fonts and add your fonts there and replace those that are currently set – https://i.imgur.com/3t3A03G.png
4. You can import the homepage of Week Pro – https://i.imgur.com/1K8KAyR.png – https://i.imgur.com/muVc00t.png then set it as homepage, open the page with tagDiv Composer and add the elements you want on it, if you want you can use the cloud to add the Job Hunt sections you want in the week page – https://i.imgur.com/gqd7Upn.png – https://i.imgur.com/6XUhMrE.png
5. The sidebar can be set in 2 ways, using tagDiv Composer, set the row in columns and add in the right column the elements you want, then you can save the elements and drag theme from composer in the other pages and cloud templates.
Solution 2 is using widgets – https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/you can use default Newspaper sidebar widget, add the elements you want it it (dashboard > appearance > widgets), the just use tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates were you want the sidebar, ad the the sidebar widget and select the widget you want to display.
6. Unfortunately I can not see the article – https://i.imgur.com/D8JkMP1.png , but if you imported a single post template (week pro one) and is assigned, then the elements set in the theme should look the same, only the content added with the wordpress editor can look different, but not in matter of fonts, should be the same fonts.
7. This can be a problem related to more factors, for example something is interfering with the theme or theme plugin, or something is not installed enabled (required theme plugins), make sure that tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv opt-in builder are installed and activated and also the Job Hunt PRO Plugin – https://i.imgur.com/2LGJPkD.png
8. Just make sure that you have install the pre-build website Job hunt pro and this will bring the form for submitting jobs – https://i.imgur.com/MlJLhOj.png – https://i.imgur.com/Y2K9PHD.png also you can check our documentation for how to create one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/
9. To add an extra filter you’ll need to add a new taxonomy, this can be done using a plugin as ACF plugin, this allow you to create PCTs and taxonomies. Create the taxonomy you need and use the guide form point 8 to add the taxonomy on form.
Thank you!
Dear TagDiv Support Team, (to whom I should send login and password for my porduction site?)
I recently purchased the Newspaper – Job Hunt PRO theme for my WordPress website, which I’m building for a professional Russian-speaking business community in Morocco. The site aims to unite Russian entrepreneurs operating businesses in Morocco and will include:
A full company directory
A job board for job seekers and employers
Legal resources and blog articles
A member area for managing accounts, subscriptions, and applications
While the Job Hunt PRO theme provides the functionality I need, I find the Week PRO theme more visually attractive, especially in how it handles articles, blogs, and pages.
❗ Request #1 – Theme Appearance + Functional Merge
Is it possible to combine the aesthetics and design of “Newspaper Week PRO” with the job-related functionalities of “Job Hunt PRO”? For example:
I want to keep the Job Hunt job board structure, account management, and listings.
But I’d like the homepage, article layouts, and blog design from the Week PRO theme.
Please let me know if this is feasible and how to proceed with this combination.
🗣️ Request #2 – Russian Language Support
I’ve enabled the Russian language in the Newspaper Theme Panel → Translations, and I can see that the translation files exist, but:
The frontend still displays English or untranslated strings.
I’m not sure if the theme actually loaded the Russian language file correctly.
Can you help me confirm whether the theme is using the proper .po/.mo files?
🅰️ Request #3 – Cyrillic Fonts
Since my entire website will be in Russian, I need to display Cyrillic characters correctly and beautifully. I tried to configure fonts under Theme Panel → Fonts, but the selected fonts don’t seem to apply on the site.
Could you please guide me on how to properly load and apply Cyrillic-compatible fonts across the entire site?
🏠 Request #4 – Homepage Setup
I would like to:
Use a homepage layout similar to Week PRO (visually elegant, modular blocks)
But also display job board elements from Job Hunt PRO on that homepage (like featured jobs or recent listings)
Is there a recommended way to build such a homepage using TagDiv Composer or a hybrid template?
🧱 Request #5 – Right Sidebar Setup
Please help me configure a universal right sidebar that will appear on:
Articles and blog posts
Pages (legal info, contacts, etc.)
WooCommerce store pages (if used)
I’d like to include widgets such as:
Newsletter
Recent Posts
Custom HTML block
📝 Request #6 – Blog Layout and Styling
I published my first article: https://rusbiz.ma/morocco-gateway-russia-africa-business/
However, it doesn’t reflect the beautiful layout shown in Week PRO blog demos. I want:
Proper featured image display
Header style matching the theme
Elegant typography
How can I apply global styling and layouts from Week PRO to blog posts while keeping Job Hunt functions active?
⚠️ Request #7 – Critical Error on “My Account” Page
When I visit the Job Hunt account dashboard page: https://rusbiz.ma/my-account-job-hunt-pro/
I get a critical error. Also, when editing this page, I see a long, encoded string of data instead of content blocks, until I open TagDiv Composer.
Is this normal? Should I never edit these pages outside of Composer?
Please help me fix the critical error and understand what is editable and what’s not.
🧩 Request #8 – Add Job Applications Page
I want to allow users to submit job applications via a dedicated page. Could you assist me in:
Creating a page where users can upload CVs or write messages
Associating applications with specific job listings
This will complete the main structure:
Jobs
Companies
Job Applications
🌆 Request #9 – Add City Filter to “Jobs” and “Companies”
Currently, filters include markets, technologies, salaries, etc. I want to add a “City” dropdown filter on both:
Jobs page
Companies page
How can I add this “city” field as a taxonomy or filter in TagDiv Composer or theme settings?
Thank you so much in advance for your help. I’m really excited to launch this platform using your powerful Newspaper framework.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Best regards, Alex Bego Email: alexbego1@gmail.com Website: https://rusbiz.ma
I bought the Rimont Pro Theme: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/
When I click “Buy” it took me to this page: https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609?utm_source=live_preview&utm_medium=click&utm_campaign=demos&utm_content=buy_button
When I installed the downloaded theme on WordPress this is what it displays: https://metaversestreetjournal.com/
I feel cheated by ThemeForest. I wanted Rimont Pro Theme but I have been given something else.
Maybe I am missing something out here: Please help me out.
If not I am calling out Theme forest for selling me something I did not want!
I wanted this!!!!
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/
What I have after installing is this: https://metaversestreetjournal.com/
How do I fix this?
This looks very shady – I bought the theme thinking I will be getting the Rimont Pro Newspaper theme with exactly the same UI with promise of 6 months support but all I have received is access to this forum. However, when I have installed the theme on word press it looks NOTHING like Rimont Pro Newspaper Theme.
