Hi,
How to add custom size example 1000 x 300?

Thanks
Hi Simion,
Thank you for the clarification.
My goal is not to create a traditional online store. I am building a local business magazine where businesses can purchase advertising and promotional packages directly from the website.
For example, I would like to offer packages such as Starter, Growth, and Premium plans that include business listings, articles, advertisements, website links, maps, coupons, promotions, and directory placements. After purchasing, the business would be able to submit their information and manage their profile.
Based on your explanation, it sounds like WooCommerce may be the better solution for handling these package purchases, while the Subscription plugin is more focused on paid member access to protected content.
Could you please confirm whether WooCommerce alone would be sufficient for selling these business advertising packages and managing recurring monthly or yearly payments?
I also have a few questions regarding business accounts:
1. Would businesses need their own Login/Register account and dashboard to manage their package, profile, and subscription?
2. Can business owners update their own coupons, promotions, special offers, and business information from their dashboard without requiring an administrator to make the changes?
3. If this is possible, what would be the best approach using the Newspaper theme? Would WooCommerce alone handle this, or would additional plugins be required?
4. I would also like businesses to be able to purchase and submit additional articles whenever they want. For example, a business could log into their account, purchase an article credit, submit an article with images and links, and send it for review before publication. Is this possible with WooCommerce and the Newspaper theme, and what would be the recommended setup?
My goal is to give businesses a simple self-service portal where they can purchase a package, manage their profile, update promotions, submit articles, and manage their subscription without needing manual assistance each time.
Thank you for your help and guidance.
Best regards,
Abbas,
Hello,
We are experiencing an issue on our WordPress website using the Newspaper theme together with Cloudflare.
Every time we publish a news article, Cloudflare shows a CAPTCHA challenge before the publishing process can be completed. If we do not complete the CAPTCHA, the article is not published. The same thing also happens quite often when saving a draft.
The main problem is that we are currently unable to upload images properly. It looks like Cloudflare is blocking the upload process, but in this case no CAPTCHA is shown, so we have no way to complete the challenge. The only workaround we have found is to save a draft of any article, wait for the Cloudflare CAPTCHA to appear, complete it, and then our computer seems to be temporarily “authorized”. After that, we can publish articles, upload images and make other important changes for a while.
This issue also affects some Newspaper theme features. For example, the infinite scroll option, which loads more articles when scrolling, does not work unless the Cloudflare CAPTCHA has already been completed. The same happens with some news modules that load more posts or paginate results using AJAX.
This is especially important because the infinite scroll and AJAX loading issue affects 100% of our users. Visitors never see the Cloudflare CAPTCHA challenge, so they cannot complete it. As a result, they are unable to load more articles in any of the Newspaper theme “flex” modules that rely on AJAX loading or pagination. The module simply keeps loading forever, showing the spinning icon, but no additional content is loaded.
So the issue seems to be that Cloudflare is challenging or blocking some WordPress/Newspaper AJAX requests or admin actions, but in some cases the CAPTCHA is not displayed to the user, which makes the action impossible to complete.
Could you please help us identify which Newspaper theme AJAX requests, endpoints, scripts or WordPress actions should be excluded or whitelisted in Cloudflare so that features such as infinite scroll, AJAX pagination, image uploads, post publishing and the “flex” modules work correctly?
We would also appreciate any recommended Cloudflare configuration for the Newspaper theme, especially regarding:
* WordPress admin actions
* Media uploads
* admin-ajax.php requests
* Newspaper infinite scroll
* Newspaper AJAX pagination and post loading modules
* Newspaper “flex” modules that load more posts through AJAX
* Any theme-specific AJAX endpoints that should not be challenged by Cloudflare
Thank you.
Thanks a lot, by the way. Your previous suggestions really helped improve my website’s performance.
I have another question regarding Google Search results. When someone searches on Google, I usually see the website name first, then the URL, followed by the page title and meta description.
For example, when searching for Apple products, Google often displays “Apple” as the site name instead of just showing the domain. In my case, I want my website, product-wiki.com, to appear as “Product Wiki” (with proper capitalization and spacing) rather than displaying only the domain name.
I’ve already tried changing some settings on my website, but Google is still showing the domain instead of the site name I want.
Could you explain how Google determines the site name in search results and what I need to do to get “Product Wiki” displayed properly?
Hi,
Normally the aspect ratios we provide for the block modules should cover pretty much all the cases https://prnt.sc/mQl9loGJNWbi Or you can set a custom width, height, and vertical alignment for the images in a block https://prnt.sc/lovms5y9HVAv
It’s more of a make the module to display the image better, rather than make the image fit the module. These thumbs that flex blocks use aren’t cropped at all https://prnt.sc/RUYrJbBzPMIx The flex blocks display the image as a background, so you can adjust the module depending on the case. There are all kinds of block designs in the cloud library if you want to check them out https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
Could you provide an example of the issue you are having with the thumbs?
Thank you.
Hi,
From what I see only the homepage is indexed https://prnt.sc/20wGw_TYFNur
The theme has no capability to use noindex, or index, or anything else. All the theme does is to display your content.
Perhaps the nature of the issue is more related to how the website looks.
I see broken and missing images everywhere and a very large ad at the top, also the sticky header has no background and it looks a bit bad. For example this is what I’m seeing when arriving on the homepage of your website -> https://prnt.sc/wwnagCba-OA_
Please check the website in incognito mode to see how it looks for a regular visitor. That’s how it looks to Google as well.
Here are some more broken things I’m seeing
https://prnt.sc/UKT_uotknb1n
https://prnt.sc/5SvO1ew1QN_M
https://prnt.sc/Ztmcn9qE6mh8
https://prnt.sc/oMhe6g8lG5uq
These could be a reason for not indexing the website’s content. If the website has visual problems Google may not index it. I suggest looking into these issues, maybe the visual issues are related to the litespeed optimization. And maybe the missing images https://prnt.sc/V56A1nVfHgWj are related to the Jetpack site accelerator, I see you use it.
Once those issues are fixed, the website should look better and it can’t hurt the indexing either. Let me know if you need help with it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m testing all the blockquote styles from the theme, with the classic editor https://prnt.sc/KkFqdJqC7Qon and they seem to display correctly -> https://prnt.sc/hWZP4YIsZq1v And with the block editor https://prnt.sc/nhHD17_Ri7Vg -> https://prnt.sc/3BCjRG87R3Px
Maybe I’m testing incorrectly. Could you provide an example of how you are doing it and what style of quotes are you using? If you want to share the information here, we can continue by email, you can contact us at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
Hi,
Is your website an online shop? If you are using woocommerce to sell products, then woocommerce will provide the pages you mentioned. When you install it the pages are created automatically https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
We provide a subscription plugin, which is for creating subscriptions https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/ This isn’t related to woocommerce. So for example you use lockers on certain posts https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/ and visitors can create an account on your website by registering and paying to see the locked content.
It depends on what you want to do.
Thank you!
Hi tagDiv support,
After updating Newspaper (and/or its related plugins), new posts created after the update save blockquote/quote HTML with backslashed attribute quotes, which breaks the markup and styling.
Example (from WordPress code editor)
…<div class=\”quotesourcebox\”>…</div>
Expected:
…<div class=”quotesourcebox”>…</div>
Notes
This affects only posts created after the latest update; older posts are fine.
The problem appears to be double-escaping during editor save/serialization (Gutenberg / quote styling / quoteStyle/className handling).
On the frontend, the malformed class=\”…\” causes CSS selectors like .td_quote_box to fail.
Request
Could you please confirm:
which component is responsible (theme vs td-composer/td-standard-pack), and
provide a patch / hotfix so quotes are stored with proper attributes (class=”…”) without backslashes?
If you need more info I can provide:
WordPress version, PHP version, Newspaper version, and td-composer version
A full post content export showing the stored HTML
Thanks.
Hi,
The logos must be changed with the composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
So for example if you edit the homepage with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/ZGIbsCY7sfgP and click on the logo, you can remove the default demo text logo -> https://prnt.sc/wUaH5M_BUiU0 and set your own. You can use a text logo, or an image logo, or a SVG.
Or is there a problem with the composer? You mentioned that it isn’t working. If the composer isn’t working on your website, I will take a look at the issue. In this case you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website, and I will investigate as soon as possible.
Thank you!
That’s the same page. Assuming you did set a mobile page for this page https://glostv.com/glostv-assistir-tv-online-ao-vivo-gratis and it doesn’t look exactly the same, then it means the mobile page isn’t being served. The page looks exactly the same for me on desktop and mobile. I can’t see any differences.
One thing that can cause issues with dedicated mobile content, such as mobile pages, is the caching. For example if the desktop page is cached, then it will be served to everyone regardless of the device they are using to access it. I believe you are using litespeed, please activate this option -> https://prnt.sc/qIm-aoyqUiIe and clear the cache. Then the desktop page and the mobile page should be served properly.
I should mention again, that the purpose of using a mobile page is if you want to display something different on mobile. If not, there is no reason to use them.
Thank you!
Hi,
The posts use a cloud post template, that’s not actually a sidebar it’s a column with blocks in it. It can be called a sidebar however.
You have two choices for pages:
1. If you build them with wordpress, same as the submit page you mentioned, then the pages can use widget sidebars. In that page for example there is a sidebar, but there’s nothing in it. Please add widgets -> https://prnt.sc/C_YAmGjf59HK
2. Or build the pages with the composer. Use a layout that has a sidebar column -> https://prnt.sc/Tj6hMs7PRi_s and add blocks in it from the composer.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you!
And here are a few example blog pages you can review for reference. Of course, you can inspect any page on the website, but my primary concern is specifically the loading speed and performance of the blog pages.
Examples:
https://product-wiki.com/12-tips-how-to-stop-doomscrolling-on-social-media-easiest-way/
https://product-wiki.com/what-is-google-gemini-omni-ai-how-to-use-it/
I’m mainly trying to make the blog pages load as fast as possible because that is where the majority of the traffic lands from search engines. Even if the homepage or some other sections are slightly heavy, that is still manageable for me. But the blog pages should ideally be lightweight and extremely fast.
So if possible, could you please suggest some practical changes or optimizations that might genuinely help improve the speed? If required, I can also share the list of plugins, cache settings, optimization setup, or anything else that may help in debugging the issue.
Please do let me know if you need anything from my side.
Hello,
My authors are not able to see post settings, I’am able to see from ADMIN on my side.
One more questions, my Header menu template dissapparead and I want to replicate the old menu, how to make what I marked with RED with BLACK, I want it to be black – https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/42e9qjzh3px3jh5ukyamq/Screenshot-2026-05-26-at-00.21.11.png?rlkey=3kz1veismh8ynflppo5g8tztg&st=u4v5ejdi&dl=0

Hi,
I am using the Newspaper theme for our website inktrove.com
If I create any page on the website then the sidebar doesnt appear on the website. I have kept all settings to default for both pages and posts. The sidebar appears on the posts but it doesnt on pages.
For example: https://inktrove.com/submit-your-article-2/ this is a page and there are no sidebars even though all settings are default .
https://inktrove.com/story/the-best-first-trip-without-parents-destinations-in-india/ this is a page and side bar appears correctly.
Request to help me resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Manish
Hi,
@susanapri Maybe it’s the same issue from above, but there was no WordPress 7 back then. I see my colleague Calin provided a code to fix it in that case, as it was the best solution to avoid making changes on the website or disabling plugins. You could test the same solution to see if it works.
The code is here -> https://pastebin.com/TZY7Q0Gx
Please copy it from there and add it in the theme panel custom JS section -> https://prnt.sc/OsEw4xhC4c2H
The last step is to clear the cache and check if the problem is solved.
If the problem isn’t solved, I will take a closer look at it. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login, also an example of the issue. And please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
The pages must have names, they are regular pages after all. The feature is called mobile page. If you set the same name for the mobile page as the desktop page, then it will have a “-2” at the end, that’s how wordpress treats duplicates. You can all it anything you want however, the page itself is not meant to be accessed directly anywhere on the website.
The URL isn’t changing desktop vs mobile. So this page https://glostv.com/estados has the same URL on desktop https://prnt.sc/-1vo-VhmDr3J and on mobile https://prnt.sc/zsWdJWIKnyxJ The theme just displays the content from the mobile page, it’s not actually switching the pages and the URLs. It switches the content from the desktop page with the content from the mobile page, the URL remains the same.
If this https://glostv.com/estados-2 is the mobile version of this https://glostv.com/estados I’m not sure why you are using a mobile page, they look exactly the same. Or maybe it’s just as an example.
At this time from what I know there aren’t plans to change how the mobile pages and templates work. Many of our users use these and there are no issues with them to fix.
Thank you!
I cannot find some Google Fonts on the list, for Example: “Chiron Hei HK” and “Chiron Sung HK”. Is there any update on Google Fonts list, or any master list saved in the theme?
Althernatively, how can I use the fonts in WordPress’s Font Library?
Thank you.
yes there is an error:
lockdown-install.js:1 SES Removing unpermitted intrinsics

You misinterpreted it, because what happens in practice is not the way you said before. In practice, it happens like this, I’ll give an example showing it in practice.
The normal URL without a mobile page is this: https://glostv.com/estados. However, when I create a separate page for mobile to customize it using the Dav Composer, it asks for a name. I put “estados” (states), and the URL changes to https://glostv.com/estados-2 on mobile. The same thing happens with the homepage. The problem with the homepage is that I have to put a name, and that name goes to the page’s URL. Do you understand? I need to know the right way to do this. This can’t happen, changing the URL when creating a mobile version. Understand that it really can’t. This is confusing; Google indexes both the mobile version and the desktop version, and this all gets messed up. You need to talk to the theme owner who created this logic and developed this to find out what the logic is, the solution to all this, and if they will release an update to fix this.
Hi,
Maybe they restricted it to the classic editor. If I check with the classic editor https://prnt.sc/uBC7Z4VpBuKI the option is there https://prnt.sc/EtjjOaNuAMKz
With the block editor it’s missing, but you could use the available size setting after you add the image -> https://prnt.sc/QpEPxfjiCrmU
Or is the problem you are having different? Could you provide an example?
Thank you!
Hi,
On our test installs there don’t appear to be any issues so far. If you encounter any issues please provide examples and a link to the website so we can check.
Thank you!
@Calin, I need all URLs to be the same, both the desktop and the mobile-created versions. For example, my homepage is https://glostv.com/, but the mobile-customized page has a URL like this: https://glostv.com/glostv-assistir-tv-online-ao-vivo-gratis. I can’t remove “glostv-assistir-tv-online-ao-vivo-gratis” and leave only https://glostv.com/ because when someone accesses glostv.com on their phone, they go to the desktop version, not the custom version https://glostv.com/glostv-assistir-tv-online-ao-vivo-gratis. I need to make glostv.com the same on both. What’s the secret? I’ve looked everywhere and haven’t found it. What’s the right way to make this the same? Would doing this allow me to do it with other pages as well? This needs fixing, it’s a mess. I haven’t finished customizing a professional mobile page because of this mess. It’s like this: https://ibb.co/7JQhH5rh. Can you help me match the URLs of the two? What’s the right way to do that?
