Dear sir,
when i post or edit the post before showing that amp or non amp but now this button is not showing in my new post option. what is problem.
custom links are fine, it’s working fine on desktop
only on AMP version i have the problem, i get empty page when i click on a menu

I wasn’t asking for a solution, I understand the priorities. I’m asking for guidance on where to look. For example, what PHP module is that function controlled/run from so that I can try and debug it myself. For the support I purchased, you can’t even ask a developer what module I should try and debug? It will save me the trouble of converting a whole important portion of our site. Again, just looking for guidance on where to look, that’s a few minute ask of an engineer.

We started to experience the same issue of not being able to save changes to the Newspaper theme settings.
We have followed all the recommendations:
– stopped all plugins
– no firewall
– increased all requirements in .htaccess
– system status all green
and still face the following error:
wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=9.7.3 403
Even tried updating settings to our previous theme successfully.
Finally, we have contacted our host provider and they confirmed all OK from the server side.
Can you please advise what we could do next as this is impacting our client base.

Hello! My website is https://savoriurbane.com/ After the last theme update (I did it today) some of the widgets on the sidebar disappeared so I had to put them back one by one. OK. Everything seemed fine until I edited the Homepage with TD Composer and modified only the content of some blocks (I changed the recipes according to season). When I hit save the sidebar disappeared from my Homepage but it exists on all other pages or posts (articles). See here https://www.screencast.com/t/6ZTPIGWK the empty column. On mobile version, the sticky header remains the one from the demo (craft).
Keeping AMP and the header I desgiend with the cloud template, it’s impossible to change the sticky header.
Only if I go back to the regular template header I can change but all my parameters are then gone.

I am using the classic editor with newspaper theme version 9.7.2. I have the tagdiv mobile theme active and I have the AMP plugin active and “AMP” is the selected option in the theme panel settings for the mobile theme. I do not see the toggle switch option in the classic editor to disable AMP from the homepage. Why is this? I have cleared my caches so that is not the issue.

The name of the author that appears in the modules and in the post page is the one set in the user profile, in WordPress – http://prntscr.com/o3vev7 If you want to change it you can do so there.
All the theme modules, blocks, grids etc can display the article title of the post by default. For example this is a demo page containing blocks and grids that display posts

The modules can display a modified date format, but not a time ago format

A time ago is possible only in the post page when using a cloud post template

In other places such as category pages for example, when the infinite load is used, the theme accent color will be used.

Hello…. When we upload media/images there are 4 text we should put. i.e. Title, Alt, Caption & Description.
I want to put caption on media as for google search, but i don’t want it should display on the pages of articles or any other as it makes site looks very dirty.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use some a self-hosted video, sorry! You can try a plugin with this functionality -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-video-player/ This is just a simple example. We cannot make any recommendation in this case because we do not have made any tests in this case.

If it is the same signature, you could add it in the cloud post template. For example if that signature is a text, place a column text element below the post content element, while editing the cloud post template – http://prntscr.com/o3t7t4
Then the signature text will appear at the end of all posts that use he respective post template.

Please provide an example of the colors that need to be changed, a link to where the elements are located and some details would be helpful. Maybe it can be done in a different way, with CSS for example.
The composer can’t be inactive anymore, deactivating it won’t be a solution.

Seems that the sidebar is over the content for some reason. The HTML structure of the post is not how it should be. The sidebar container is in the post content, it shouldn’t be there.
Does it happen if you set a different sidebar? For example create a new sidebar and enter a simple block in it, then set it for the post.
Or does it happen if you chnage the post template?

I solved this by using another AMP plugin and the mobile theme offered by that plugin. My website traffic almost tripled after that, so not going back to the Newspaper Mobile theme.(still love the desktop theme! ?)

Hi Simion,
Tried disabling all plugins excepot WP super cache, Redis object cache AMP and the theme plugins. WP super cache is configured as adviced.
403 errors seemed to come from the firewall plugin (BulletProof Security Pro).
After disabling and flushing the gallery worked on my android phone with chrome browser.
It however it did not respond on the firefox browser.
Not using the tagdiv slide gallery seems to ‘solve’ the problem but then it shows all pictures at once on the page.
So still struggling to get this fixed.

If you don’t want to display this section, select a different page template, like the default page template for example.
