Hey there,
When I am editing my pages with the TD Composer and save the changes, it sometimes happens that strange characters like â or backslashes appear.
For example: “letâÂÂs be realistic” or “that\\’s”
I’ve already tried lots of different things especially with the encoding options but they only worked temporary.
Is there any solution? Do I have to change something in the Newspaper theme data?

Go to Newspaper>Theme Panel>Header>Logo & Favicon and scroll down to “TEXT LOGO FOR HEADER STYLE 9, STYLE 10 AND STYLE 11:” and delete the text under “ext logo tagline” and save your settings/
ok, just to tell the community my experience, if you get this error, it is very easy to solve.
You just have to delete the AMP Plugin and install it again

When i type “url + /amp/” in the adress bar, it only shows 404 page.
It worked fine with Newspaper 8.8 but version 9.0 not working.

That is a standard way Bloomberg and other news outlets output their timestamp.
For example, here is a function that alters the date, but is there a way to tweak it for Newspaper?

I really dislike the font size and styling on AMP pages. Is there a way to change this either through Theme Panel, Custom Code, or editing a file.

1. Do you use the tagDiv composer or WPBakery? Both have options to hide elements by viewport. But most important, if you have both active the hide element may not work. So if you use WPBakery for example, deactivate the tagDiv composer and check again.
2. Same here, if you use WPBakery to set an animation, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
3. Same here, now it is quite clear you use WPBakery. If so, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
When both are active there will be problems with some elements, which will not work properly.

For the font settings, there are settings for most elements, in the theme fonts section. In case of elements of the tagDiv composer, like modules used in blocks and grids the theme panel font settings are general. That means thjat for example if you change the font for module 1 title

All the modules 1 will load that font.
We introduced more specific settings for the font and font properties in the composer, so each elements can have it’s own font settings without affecting same type elements

As a note, when the mobile theme is active you have to create 2 versions of each page. One for desktop with the page builder or in any way possible, and one for mobile with the simple mobile editor

If you already use one of these but the logo is small, make sure you upload it in full size

2. The tagDiv composer can also be used to create post templates, category templates, author templates etc. The cloud library plugin will be required for that

3. If you mean theme files, you should use a child theme. One is provided in the child theme. Not all files are supported to be modified in a child theme however

Notice that depends on what kind of post template you are using. You sohuld make the changes on loop single or single template, according to your post template used by you.
