Dear M,
After enabling caching (WP supercache), I have issues with css not loading in the right order. Result I see first the Main theme color before the child theme style.css stylesheet.

I’d like to be able to use some of the td shortcodes in my posts, for example to insert some of the icons available. When I create what I want ahead of time on a Page, and then copy the shortcodes created and put them in my post, it works, but this is a very difficult and clunky way of doing things. Is there a list of the icons and the shortcodes that go with them somewhere? It seems there should be an easy way of adding these icons shortcodes in posts. Any ideas? (I did try to test out visual composer with my posts to see what their icons were like, I enabled visual composer on posts setting, but I can’t seem to get visual composer working in posts OR pages, but right now I’m not really concerned about visual composer, only the icons shortcodes)
I mean i’d like the big grid items to link to category archive pages (for example, site.com/category/categoryname1, site.com/category/categoryname2 etc…)

On the default templates i notice that “RELATED ARTICLES” and “MORE FROM AUTHOR” are part of the same widget so to speak, they are on the same plane, and when you click on the “MORE FROM AUTHOR” it switches to it
But in TD Composer there is only the way to insert “RELATED POSTS” and then “MORE from AUTHOR” but not put them together like you have on the preinstalled templates.
So i was wondering how i go about achieving this?

There are many plugins call Gravitar. I’m not sure which one to select.

Another question – how can I select the language for each and every ad? For example, our site is localised into 3 languages, we are using Sidebar, Header and all 5 Custom ads, and we want to display EN ads on EN pages, DE ads on DE pages and RU ads on RU pages, but I don’t see how I can do this.

Do you know if it’s possible to remove the Post Views icon / number count from the AMP version of a page specifically? Even after removing the .td-post-views section in the post.less file it still appears as normal for me.
EDIT – Aha found it in single.php. I commented out the line:

So you want to display a sidebar in a page. That is not difficult. Edit the page in question with the composer, split the row like this for example (most common)

If you want to display widgets use the widget sidebar element

In the page you mention I see the sidebar looks alright. That should be the case for all pages. What exactly are you doing in the page and what it is happening? Could you provide a link to that page so I can take a look?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any support for this type of tracking for AMP, but only for Google Analytics, sorry! Notice that you can implement yourself this feature through the code. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

So that code appears in the page content? Seems to be related to a nextgen gallery plugin, maybe you deactivated that plugin or something happened with it. That would be a good starting point in the investigation.
If a page contains for example a shortcode provided by a plugin, and the plugin is deactivated, the shortcode will appear in the page as text.

Try free plugins, that way if they are not working you can always try another one. It would be hard to recommend any since we tried no such plugins.
Maybe some other theme users can make some recommendations for a share plugin.

So the thumbnails are predefined, each module will use it’s predefined thumbnail size.
You could experiment with flex blocks, these can be configured to display in many ways. For example all these blocks are created with flex block 1 and it’s settings

The whole idea is to give the user a more visual option to visit the authors page.
we dont post author names on the site, so we cant get to the author post template for example.
Also we display post content in other areas as well, and if someoene flipps through posts it would be nice to have a button, or as the “more from author” where the visitor can easily and most forwardly visibly click and visit the page from the author.
hence i would have liked to be able to link a specific PAGE to the post ..

If i click on the post, which is in a certain category and can be reached also from other parts of the website.. i cant get back or easily access a page from the “same author”

the author template, only can be visited if i display the author name and someone clicks on it.. thats not visible enough for our intention…

That would be a common issue with WordPress unfortunately. There are many topics about it online, and many possible solutions as well. The easiest is to simply install the plugin by FTP. Delete the old ones and upload the new plugins

So I got update. I was able to install theme via wordpress but it didn’t automatically redirect me to theme welcome panel – I got blank white page. The same blank white page as I got when I used FTP. I have having terrible trouble with the speed booster it says
v4.9.3 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: td-api-plugin/td-api-plugin.php
but it’s one of the plugins that appeared when I installed the theme.
I’m also having trouble with the whole theme tbh it was working then it didn’t, and now for some reason my “Big Grid 3” has removed itself from the homepage – when I try to re-add it, it just doesn’t appear.
