Hi,
I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin, this is a free plugin and tested with our theme, also we have a guide for the settings you should do -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.
Also using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately cloud templates are not working with WPBakery, this can be use only for standard templates. Also please note that we do not recommend to use WPBakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, there can be conflicts, please use it only with tagDiv Composer enable.
If there is still a problem, let us know!

Revolution Slider does not work or activation key is needed. I need to have a simple image slider on the category page. how do I do this? installed a smart slider that says ” Smart Slider 3 has integration with Gutenberg, Classic Editor, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer, WPBakery Page Builder.”.. I insert its short code on the category template page in Raw Html, but nothing happens. How do I make a simple slider on a category page?

Hi,
But this conflict occurred only with tagDiv composer, with other composers like WP Bakery Visual Composer and with other themes it working fine.
I use the responsive options in WP Bakery for the columns to control the content that I want to be seen on desktop vs mobile, however after upgrading the theme from 8.5 to 10, this isn’t working now. I sent a support ticket to WP Bakery thinking the issue was probably with them, but they took a look at it and tell me it’s because of a customization you all have made to WP Bakery for the theme that’s causing the issue. Take a look at this screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/l/ADEsbctmvfZCjZNCBQRSIcxYXI44EmDf8u8 and this one: https://www.evernote.com/l/ADEjWJCDz1NMKYhepsWCNU5G6M1VF55Cqys for more context. Hi,
The tagdiv composer was added with the version 10 update.
The website pages i have are older and were built using WP Bakery.
Since all your theme was based WP Bakery, did you make an automatic transform function for pages from WP Bakery to tagdiv composer?
Or you forced on us the new editor and many working hours to rebuilt everything with your editor?
Hello !
Please note that using WP Bakery on TagDiv Composer templates will not work. You will have to use tagDiv Composer since it was specially designed to edit Newspaper theme templates.
Doing this with WP Bakery is not possible.
Thank you !
Hi,
I’m still using WPBakery builder. I didn’t rebuild the page with tag div composer.
Is there a way to convert it or do i have to spend a lot of time to rebuild it block by block?
If there’s no automatic conversion please let me know of a way to change the font size for WPBakery builder version.
Hi,
Client wants a countdown on their front page.
There is no countdown block available.
My understanding was NEWSPAPER was very easy to customize and I don’t immediately see how I can add this feature to the website. What’s the usual workaround to embed a block from another system like WPBakery, Gutenberg?
Thank you.
Hi,
The Big grid 3 module has very large text size. Where can i reduce the font size?
I’m using the WPBakery builder.
Thanks
