Hi,
In most cases that is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
Most probably that is because you are using mobile theme plugin( then you’ll use only two thumbs -> https://imgur.com/vwVIXUg), using this plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
Thank you. We restarted all plugins activating in this order:
Ad Rotate
WP Super Cache
WP Bakery Visual Composer
TagDiv Composer
TagDiv Standard Pack
We notice a difference in server performance based on the order in which we activated them. Does this agree with what you have tested in your labs?
We rebuilt SuperCache, and flushed our firewall CDN. The site seems to be running fairly well but we’d still appreciate our taking a look. You may notice something quickly that is not obvious to us.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed on desktop you have a good score, unfortunately on mobile is very low.

Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme for some pages or posts -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The page speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.

Hi,
I think that you do not understand how our mobile theme plugins is working and how is working the responsive version, I’ll try to explain how these are working.
When you are using mobile theme plugin you’ll have a different theme for mobiles, but the problem is that the mobile theme in order to be faster is not working with builders (example tagDiv Composer, WP Bakery, Eementor) therefore you need to create a new content for pages in mobile editor https://imgur.com/9d0UWLT, if you copy and paste the content will not work because the pages are made with shortcodes from builders. What you can do is to use the responsive version of theme for pages using this option -> https://imgur.com/m0bVB5T
IF you disable the mobile theme or you will use it only for amp version https://imgur.com/oofST3D then you’ll have for mobiles the responsive version from Newspaper.
Therefore to fix this problem you can set some content in mobile editor using only mobile editor and keep mobile theme, or use it for amp, if you do not use amp or you do not want the mobile theme plugin, just disable it.
Hope this will help you to understand!
Have a nice weekend!

I edited the page with WP Bakery and found the Raw HTML Entries, problem solved. Is it possible to put anchor links on the title modules? If so how?

Hi,
1. I’m assuming that this problem appear on posts that have set infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.

Dear TagDiv,
My website uses a custom homepage built via TagDiv Composer. It relies on a number of different modules to display content from different sections of our website (i.e. articles, business listings, and events). However, in all instances of content being displayed via module, the images are served from their original source rather than our CDN (we use Hummingbird, part of WPMU Dev, as our image CDN).
This problem is most easily seen in Example #2. As you’ll see, the article and all content on the left side of the desktop version is served from our CDN. However, the content in the sidebar rendered via module, is served from the original source. (Example of CDN-served image: https://326193.smushcdn.com/137681/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Assorted-Cones-696×464.jpg?lossy=1&strip=1&webp=1 vs Example of locally-served image: https://bestofnj.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Palermos-Bakery-Hero-356×220.jpg)
Forcing the modules to serve images via CDN would greatly improve my website’s performance. How can I resolve this issue?
Hi RiccardoGelli,
Yes us can achieve 5 columns, you can achieve this using tagDiv Composer, for this on your page or homepage you need to use tagDiv Composer, add a row, this can be stretch and you can choose the layout you want -> https://i.imgur.com/pN6vZwR.jpg let’s that you make those settings -> https://i.imgur.com/ISdhMND.jpg now the row is set in 2 but you need it in 5 so you need to set a width in % on each empty column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/aNtYAfw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vFhzXBl.jpg after that drag an inner row in each empty column -> https://i.imgur.com/FcUVItl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wUvuvEl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MlYoS7f.png and in this way you get the 5 columns.
Also please do not use both plugin (tagDiv Cloud Library and WP Bakery), please choose only one.
Thank you!
Hi Mark Gilbert,
There is no need to download any Gutenberg plugin, you need to use the one provide by WordPress, just make sure that you are using the latest version of theme and WordPress, also please note that if you are using WP Bakery is not recommended to use tagDiv Cloud Library, you need to choose one of them.
If the problem persist, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action(‘admin_head’,function() {
echo ‘<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>’;
});
Or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
1: Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
2. Please note that you cannot use WP Bakery page builder on tagDiv Created templates. You can achieve this using tagDiv Composer, for this on your page or homepage you need to use tagDiv Composer, add a row, this can be stretch and you can choose the layout you want -> https://i.imgur.com/pN6vZwR.jpg let’s that you make those settings -> https://i.imgur.com/ISdhMND.jpg now the row is set in 2 but you need it in 5 so you need to set a width in % on each empty column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/aNtYAfw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vFhzXBl.jpg after that drag an inner row in each empty column -> https://i.imgur.com/FcUVItl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wUvuvEl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MlYoS7f.png and in this way you get the 5 columns.

Hi,
Unfortunately cloud templates are not working with WPBakery, this can be use only for standard templates. Also please note that we do not recommend to use WPBakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, there can be conflicts, please use it only with tagDiv Composer enable.
If there is still a problem, let us know!
Thank you!
Hi,
For me is working -> https://i.imgur.com/52HQNAq.png there must be another plugin that is in conflict with the theme, please make a test let only tagDiv Composer and the https://i.imgur.com/52HQNAq.png plugin, disable the rest of plugins (including wp Bakery if is use) and check the results.
Let me know how is go!
We’re finding when we turn on both WP Bakery and TagDiv Composer the server spikes to 90% and we can’t modify the site.

Hi, I’ve got many problems with tagDiv.
1. In Single Cloud Template – Travel PRO i try do upload from library an image on sidebar (image Ad tab), and it shows:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Why? Let me know, thanks
I’m using the latest version of theme v10.3.4 and the child theme 9.0c.
I follow the guide about requirements.
I can’t upload In Single Cloud Template – Travel PRO from library an image on sidebar (image Ad tab)…the error is the same.
How can I do?
2. I’m Using also Wp bakery, beacause I need a layout with 5 column… and tagDiv let me build only 4 columns… why?
Thank you.
So i have found the issue is due to running WP bakery and Tagdiv – is there a way i can have the newspaper theme but uninstall tagdiv?
The first time i use a h3 on a page (using wpbakery) the heading wont center or allow links.
