Hi,
Unfortunately I can not access your website -> https://i.imgur.com/rs249Ol.png
But I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin, and you can not see the content as on desktop. The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
If you want, you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m using Newspaper 9.8 and 10.2 on two different websites. The Parallax doesn’t work under Row Settings, no image will display at all. Under the Design Options tab in Row Settings, choosing cover for a background image doesn’t work. The video doesn’t work either.
Any way to turn off the TagDiv builder if I use WP Bakery so there’s no compatibility issues?
Thank you
Nik

Hello!
After the new PHP update that happened a week back, I have been unable to operate my website normally because of the incompatibility between my theme and visual composer. I contacted support at WPbakery visual composer, and they said that it was the author of the Newspaper theme who had made a certain upgrade or customization for me in the past, and thats where the bug was.
Could you kindly help me look in to this?
Hi,
If you want to keep the header style, I can help you with a custom css, please provide me a link to can create the css.
The elements that you try to hide using WPBakery Is very possible to not work, in the latest version there are some problems between tagDiv Composer and WPBakery, sorry for the inconvenience!
If I understand correctly you want to have different widgets on mobile, if is so then you need to add on each widget a class for mobile and set on it a display: none, or if you want only the sidebar to be remove on mobile version then I can help you with a custom css, just provide me a link.
Thank you!

Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
So in order to have the same layout you can disable the mobile theme plugin or set the homepage on responsive version.

Hi,
1. The child theme comes with the Newspaper theme, you can download the full package from your themeforest account ( you can check how to download it here ), this is what the plugin should contain, the child theme file should be on code -> https://i.imgur.com/q9hibXQ.png
2. The The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin ( you do not need a licence to use the version that comes with our theme ), please check the envato documentation for those plugins

Hi anurag12ad,
Please try the above suggestion and make sure that you have the latest version of Newspaper them v10.2 and WordPress 5.3.
If the problem persist, please provide some more details and some screenshots or a link where I can inspect the problem.
Thank you!
thank you, solved. I have two more questions.
1. the child theme is not in zip file. so how can I install it ? should I make it a zip file then I can install it to wordpress right?
I saw the documentation of the child theme but it was saying some file manager/root things which I didn’t understand. tell me a simple process to upload the child theme. 🙂
2. the wpbakery is not activated. it is asking for activation. so if a new update is available, how can I update it?
Hi,
So you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xye1QcK.png
Also if you are using WPBakery plugin, please deactivate it and try again.
Let me know the results!
Than you!
whenever I activate the tagdiv composer (WPBakery not installed), it shows some fatal error and not able to edit the website. topbar is not showing in frontend editor. after that I deactivate the tagdiv composer and install the WPBakery Page Builder, then the website works fine.
Thanks Vlad, you were right. Seems Plugin WPbakery was conflicting. I removed and tried again and worked without any issue.
Thanks !

Hello,
My website is heavily dependent on data and wpdatatables and charts have worked successfully for me via WPBakery. However, as advised by tagdiv, I have tried to switch to the tagdiv composer but the shortcode does not seem to be compatible could you please advise if tagdiv and wpdatables are compatible.
My second query is regarding revolution slider. I have upgraded my version to 6 to make my website more dynamic. However, I have discovered that the full page (full screen) and full width sections do not work. Please note that I have also disabled WPBakery just to make sure there were no issues there.

WPBakery plugin was the problem. Would have been great if you did not package the theme with this plugin. it caused a lot of issues.
Resolved!
I disables WPBakery plugin.. that helped. Then the modal actually comes ontop of the other modal.
resolved!
hmm why do you package WPBakery as part of the theme then?
Disabling WPBakery actually solved other issues I was having as well. Would have been nice with a notification about this.

The plugin is in our theme, but we do not longer recommend to use it only if you relay need it, because this can provide some problems in theme functionality.
