Hi,
The Slider Revolution bundled in the most recent available copy we have via theme forest is 6.7.10. We used a link on the forum provided by TagDiv to update our plugin to 6.7.12 last time. Will a new link be provided or will we have to wait until the next theme update? We are a bit concerned as WordFence has indicated there is a security vulnerability in 6.7.12.
We do not need a copy of WPBakery.

I have a suggestion. It is possible, only for registred users, have a directory link where download the latest WPBakery version.
Some customers are very anxious 🙂 and as soon as they see a plugin that needs to be updated, they ask me to update it.

Is it true that there are security holes in version 7.6 or is the report just psychological terrorism on the part of wpbakery.com?

You have a plugin conflict. Please deactivate the wp bakery plugin and check afterward.
We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Hello. I’m having a problem adding a video template from the cloud library to my homepage.
Some notes. I’m using the Tagdiv Composer instead of wpbakery. I load up my homepage in the editor, I click the ‘Load Template’ button from the left side menu, and select the option “Latest Videos Section – Town Talk” and click the green ‘Import Section’ button. Nothing happens. I’ve tried this repeatedly on several different computers, browsers, etc.
If I use X to get off the Load Template screen, I very briefly see a pop-under window that says Load Template with a Yes or No choice on it. However, that disappears as quickly as ‘Load Template’ screen when I close it.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You can find the WP Bakery in this path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins if you want to use it.

I’m having sticky sidebar issues on two different websites using the Newspaper theme.
The bar does not move, it is static.
Themes and plugins are updated.
I have disabled all plugins except TagDIV and cleared cache.
I have reinstalled Newspaper and WPBakery Page Builder.

Also, when I upload the 7.6 installer for BP Bakery (there’s a link in another conversation today), I am unable to activate it, with this message: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
I turned on debugging functions, but it didn’t report any error messages. I switched to different PHP settings. My installation of WPBakery does show that it needs an update (they are up to 7.6, whereas my theme version is 6.9).
Are there any compatibility issues with WordPress 6.5.3? The theme’s doc says it’s only compatible up to WP 6.3, though it’s been running fine like I said till Monday.
Starting around Monday, the TagDiv Composer spins endlessly while launching, with the close button non-functional. The WP Bakery editor also spins endless during launch, but the close button does work. These issues have never happened before. Any suggestions to restore functionality?

They are cropped automatically: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ ; that’s why you can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.

slider revolution has any license code to register? as can’t update it automatically and latest version isn’t available in theme pack, wordfence says the plugin has a security vulnerability, same with the WPBakery Page Builder.
if i deactivate all the thumb on modules/blocks and regenerate the thumbnails what images will be displayed in modules/blocks? the default thumbs from wordpress? as are generated thousands of images because of those modules/block sizes.
also is there any support for the theme outside the forum? creating topics on and on and waiting sometimes over 1h for response isn’t always good.

Please do a test using only tagdiv plugins, disable the WP Bakery plugin, and check afterward. Also, it seems that you have the same sidebar for all categories.

i did that it messed up frontpage in some places.
in newspaper theme, welcome tab, in left says
“Pre-built website installed is unavailable
This Pre-built website is not available for the current theme version. Please update the theme or install a different pre-built website”
if i choose a prebuilt website it will change the frontpage design?
also i installed the WPBakery Page Builder plugin from theme zip folder but says to activate it “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder”
how do i activate it or leave it like that?
