Regarding the issue, note that the old API plugin will not work anymore. You can use the new creative plugin for this purpose – https://forum.tagdiv.com/developer-info/

But maybe what you are trying to do is possible without resorting to this plugin. The flex blocks have multiple options and settings and can be customized in many ways. You could use a flex block instead of adding new ones.

If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again from themefores the newspaper and reinstall it.

Hi,

By a theme setting that is not possible, the thumbnail sizes and cropping method are predefined.
If it is a block you are referring to, then you could use a flex block, these have width and height settings for the thumbnail

Maybe you can get the result you want with a flex block.

Does that happen if you choose a different sidebar? For example one with some simple elements in it, like a theme block. In some cases such issues are caused by content entered in the sidebar, like invalid custom code or ad codes, with HTML tags not closed.

1/2. So the content you entered in the page and also the footer section have disappeared? If you edit the page with the composer are the missing blocks there? Does this happen only for the page in question? if possible post a link to the page in question here, so I can take a look.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
I suggest to check your System Status and increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Unfortunately, this option has not been implemented in our theme, sorry! This functionality should have to be custom implemented in the theme if you want to have it but for achieving this, note that you need to make some custom changed over the theme core files which are not covered by our support. This is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
