I removed it a long time ago author and dates weren’t shown on the blocks 21 or any but completely forgot how. I’m also using the retro theme and can’t change the color of the mega menu that pops down from a blue to black http://www.huzlers.com if you can help my skype is huzlersmedia i’m always on.
Hey guys,
1) I’ve recently installed the Raw & Wild demo theme, however, when I try to edit in TD Composer I keep getting a red notification at the top of the screen that reads “invalid data.” I’ve tried removing images to add in my own images to make the website my own, however, no matter what I do, it never loads and I get the “invalid data” notification. I was under the impression that we are able to edit demo pages and quickly turn them into our own. Is that not the case?
2) Also, regarding the Raw & Wild demo page, I love the full width picture of the tiger on the home page as well as the four columns (wild horses, lion reserve, monkey business, elk river) underneath it. Is there a way to find out what blocks those are? I’ve looked in the backend editor but it’s all just HTML text and doesn’t show what blocks were used to create those sections on the home page.
I look forward to your reply.
Justin
Flex block one does not have normal pagination. Open the flex block with TD composer and click on the filter tab. Scroll down until you see Extra>Pagination and select the kind of pagination you want from there (Next Prev, Load More, Infinite Load).
There are some quote styles available
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/blockquotes-pullquotes/
These are located in the Formats section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/24KVFSWnhWkL
Also check the quotes section of the theme panel

Hello, we activated the Neswpaper theme on the site triesteallnews.it after testing it locally for several weeks, all seems to be ok but one error from Yoast SEO appears: “Error: Your homepage cannot be indexed”, and also testing from https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly , we do not properly see our homepage. Can you please help?
We checked with Siteground hosting provider and no block towards Google indexing appears to be set, we need to be sure the articles can be properly indexed. Thank you
Hi
I am using a flex block and would like my post content to be displayed with equal heights. Is this possible?
Thanks
yes, custom taxonomies should be added to the filter options of the blocks. I’ve been literally breaking my head on trying to come up with a solution for our alphabetical index…
Found the problem. TD Composer left behind empty pieces of code when I deleted different elements/rows. I was in a rush to move my equipment out of the rain (working outside) and forgot to screenshot. Very Generic example:
[td_block_text_with_title tdc_css=""""]
The empty deprecated pieces of code are only visible in the normal WordPress Page editor. The text tab is better to find them, look for double html quotes "". I deleted two rows of data, saved, cleared caches (just because), and site is working again.
I’ll have to re-do those two rows, but it’s better than a “Fatal Error” and at least I know where to start troubleshooting if the error comes up again.
This is for anyone who has or may have a “Fatal Error” problem in the future.
Everything was working fine until about 30 minutes ago. Now I can’t add/save things in TD Composer and the site preview shows this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘""’ not found in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_block.php on line 181
This is what line 181 looks like from td_block.php
$this->td_block_template_instance = new $td_block_template_id($this->td_block_template_data);
I made NO changes to this file at any point. I have the Envato Market plugin installed. Everything looks up to date. Tested disabling plugins. Cleared all caches. I need this resolved today.
Thank You.
Hi guys, any idea why am I getting this error message and how to fix it?
https://imgur.com/a/8SE3Cmp
I assume it has something to do with the video playlist block or something.
Thanks!
How do I use live CSS to suppress the category tag on a block on which the tag is otherwise enabled (through the theme panel)?
Thanks!
Hello aoerem,
Unfortunately, please notice that our blocks do not contain any Ads, sorry! I do not exactly understand what you mean. You can use the TD Composer and add any element you want using the settings from our page builder. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide more accurate response/code.
Thanks for the message!
Hello terrya,
You should enable/disable the author’s name from Theme panel, Post or Block Settings. What exactly do you want to achieve? Provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. For a better understanding, you can provide some useful screenshots of the problem.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Mihkel,
Also, please check the Theme Thumbs section to be enabled all of your thumbnails according to your modules.blocks used by you.
Thanks for the message!
I deactivated all the plugins and the message did not go away*. It is really messing up Flex Block 1 and I had to turn off the pages using Flex Block 1.
Hi there,
I’d like to insert custom ads into blocks and looking for help (ex. after 3.rd news). How can i manage to do that? I searched a lot but couldn’t find any example.
Thx.
Hello. Block 15 have started to display images with bigger size. Why is that so ?

And also some posts doesent show image on front page but shows on post page.
Hello,
If you want posts to appear in one block but not the other, then the blocks will need to have different sorting options. The easiest way to do it is to have each block show particular categories. Sort your post in separate categories and have the blocks show just specific ones so that the posts do not get duplicated in multiple blocks on the homepage. Also make sure the posts do not belong to multiple categories as the post will show up in every block that can show that category.
Another type of useful block sorting is to sort the posts by tag. This way you have more precise control over what posts show in which block.
For more details on block sorting please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Dear Team,
I am trying to change categories in Latest Articles block which is not available in widgets or pages. I have gone through Pagebuilder+Latest Articles+Pagination template code. But not found any solution. Please suggest…
Thanks,
ABhaya
Also, the need to implement the api is still there.
We have painstakingly created a custom “alphabetical letter” taxonomy to display all posts on one page using a keyword, all posts that have keyword A on page A etc etc.
However since we can not select a custom taxonomy on the tagdiv composer when filtering posts (only categories are allowed) we are stuck.
We have implemented this text into the plugin, which gets us the ARTICLE DISPLAY VIEW icons on the theme panel. however when we select them the page reverts back to the default. could you point us in the right direction please ?

all of this was working fine since all of the code was directly implemented in the td config php file, which gets overwritten when you update the theme. all I thought I would have to do is implement the said code in the plugin api but clearly this isn’t how it should be done. I’m fearful that weeks of work on this alphabetical archive have been for nought…

Hi,
The latest articles section is added when you use the required page template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/w0OevVt2XL
The section will display a numbered pagination style.
If you select a different page template the section will be removed. Then the page will not have pagination.
Now I don’t exactly now what you want to do, having this in mind. You could place a block at the bottom of the page instead, blocks also have pagination (not numbered however).
Hi I need to separate a new post from showing on the side block, if you see on my index page there is a side block with the tag dive block saying: BID On These Valuables which are separate posts, so what i want is when i write a new post i want it to stay on the index homepage, and somehow writeother posts to appear in the side block BID On These Valuables. Please go to my home index page: http://vards.net/ I want the post: A Brief History of English Coins and Buying a Dresser to just appear on the front page, not in the side block. Hope this maks sense.
Thanks.
Gus
Hello,
No, we do not recommend using a child theme unless you plan on code modifications in the php file. that is the one and only scenario a child theme should be used for. You do not need it otherwise.
As for the images, please note that each block uses a different thumbnail to show the images. You can check the different thumb sizes used in our theme here: https://www.screencast.com/t/zH5FMYs9
Thank you!
