Hi,
Please try to revert the theme to it’s default state by disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files, and restore any custom modification made and test again in the google tool. There should be no errors from the theme perspective. I suspect you use plugins that are not compatible with the google webmaster tool. I have checked both our live demo (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/) and my testing site with google structure data, but no errors came up. Please revert the theme to it’s defaults and test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hi
6. Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/Zf4I9taD8l

}
7. I’ve checked your site on Google Chrome and the changes are applied fine on my end. If yous till have this issue clear browser’s cache and test again.
The number of posts displayed in a block can be set form visual composer > block settings: http://screencast.com/t/pUeoGlaanbk
Thanks!
Hello abistock,
Unfortunately, I cannot access your website because is required to have the password, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/84Q50cGq Also, please ensure that this kind of issue is not generated by some untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you have the latest version of the theme and plugins (e.g Visual Composer in special).
After this advice, if your problem is still there, please give me the access for your website so I can inspect it closer and also so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thank you for the message!
Hello manojkhatri,
I have checked your website again on the mobile version and I saw that your logo is working fine now and the menu toggle is displayed inline with the logo and the search icon, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/WXAELnow Please let us know if the problem reappears so I can further inspect the issue. Also, please clear all cache and test it again.
Thank you for the message!

Hi all,
Love the theme, but I’m seeing it burn up a huge amount of WP Memory.
Is there a way to reduce this? I’ve installed cacheing etc. Disabling the Visual Builder works great, but that just breaks the site.
Hi Catalin,
I don’t think it’s a caching issue because I have cleared my browser cache and have tested my site in various different browsers, but see the same title in each.
As mentioned, for category pages the plugin is working perfectly, as you can see here:
http://www.irreverentgent.com/category/self-improvement/
It’s only for posts and other pages where I have an issue, which you can see here:
http://www.irreverentgent.com/
And here:
http://www.irreverentgent.com/how-to-start-a-workout-plan-and-stick-to-it/
I realize that this is a unique problem, but I have used the Yoast plugin on other sites before with no problem at all. If you can think of any other solutions from within the theme that might help, I would very much appreciate it.
Thank you again for all of the support in this. Your theme is extremely customizable and I’m very much enjoying it.
Hello Bogdan,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I had already tried to disable plugins and clear the cache, but it did not work.
I used the debug console chorme, and discovered the error reported below.
Can you help me find what is causing the problem? I appreciate greatly!
Check it:

Hi, thanks for a great Theme.
I have never experienced a slow Dashboard before like after I installed Newspaper -and have tried a lot of tweaks without any results.
Its only slow in the Dashboard area, the site is fast with W3 totalcache.
I have tried to deactivate all plugins, but its still slow. I also tried to setup the .php memory to 96 mb, but same result.
Have you a quick fix?
Hey guys,
Dunno how long this has been an issue as I’ve been working on other projects but I noticed today my header ads had disappeared from my sites.
I’m not using ad-sense just a clickable image but the ads were there before and now they aren’t, at first I though it was because I had moved servers but I have bought 4 instances of the theme and only 2 have been moved to new servers but all 4 are now not showing header ads.
It’s not a huge problem cos none of the sites are generating ad revenue anyway but does make the header look a bit bare and I’d like to get to the bottom of it.
I’ve tried to disable all plugins apart from VC and Social counter but the problem remains.
I’m using the ad code from the documentation but when I save it and refresh the page it removes my logo from the left side of the header and there’s no image. I’ve tried a few adjustments to the code and that breaks the main navigation (im using header style 3)
Let me know if you’ve come across this before, I’m assuming it’s been like this since the last update as nothing else has changes and all 4 sites are displaying the same behaviour. I’ve cleared all caches etc but the problem remains.
Many thanks
Dean

Hello javierpenia,
Please try to Regenerate your Thumbnails with Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, clear all cache and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello manojkhatri,
If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable it and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and clear cache. If you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hi,
We have no reports of such an error, but you could try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. You might also check the post settings in the theme panel to see if the option is active: Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect this issue if you still have issues after you disable plugins.
Thank you!
Hello rodmvin,
I have checked your website and you page source and I noticed that you have a lot of untested plugins which could cause this kind of error. Please try to disable all the active plugins, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please check the result without these kinds of plugins and if your problem persists, please let us know.
Thank you for the message!
Hello @lineaprimero and @pedropapito,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I suspect this issue come from untested plugins which can interfere with the new latest updated and which could cause some js errors in the theme and get these issues.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Irreverent Gent,
Please notice that the Seo Yoast is a tested plugin with our theme and works fine. I have tested again on my side and work fine, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/s3IR7hNG9EM Maybe you have cache and because of this the settings from the plugin it not be loaded. Please try to clear all your cache and test it again.
Thank you for the message!
Hi
This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflicts with one of your installed plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. If the problem persist deactivate the lazy load animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/GdPWoldS5 then test again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the system status parameters by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!
Hello friends.
Suddenly, the post views count stopped subtly.
I can not imagine what it is because we have not made any changes to the system, plugins are the same and Ajax view count always enabled on the theme of the panel.
Until I disabled the plugin to check a conflict, I tried to rehabilitate Ajax count and I also cleared the cache server level but not yet returned the count.
There is some hint of what may be happening?
Hi,
I am experiencing a strange issue. One of my pages display perfect on desktops and on android devices, but not in apple devices. Some images don’t show, its showing just a small square instead. I have to images added on a text block, one shows, one not. And I have a tag Div Slide Gallery with 21 pics added but i just can see 3 oh them. I really don’t know what to do. Should I rebuild the page from zero or anything to do with iphone cache ?
i appreciate any help. That’s the page http://www.nikityapp.com.br/gastronomia/familia-paludo.html
thanks in advance.
Rodolfo
First – I need to tip my hat to the TagDiv Team – love – Love – LOVE the power, the look, and the flexibility of this theme. Still getting use to finding my way around – but I am in “Geek Paradise”.
Thank you for creating this amazing template. It simply ROCKS!
I have however hit a wall and as a last resort I need to ask for some help. I’m having an issue with my Thumbs on the module blocks. My featured image is in a 16X9 (1021X580) and I need 4X3 on some of these blocks for it to look right. The default thumbnail appears to capture the center of the image leaving both ends cut off. (Picture to the left and text to the right.) I have taken the time to crop a basic 4X3 thumbnail for various sizes in the panel (80X60 – 100×70 – 200×200 etc…) via a Post Thumbnail Editor plugin and can see the thumbnails from my admin panel. (In other words – I can create the desired effect with the with the majority of the image sizes already defined.
These new thumbs do not pull up on the site however in the various blocks I’ve created. I’ve cleared my cache, disabled the lazy load, flipped the switch on soft load, even pulled this up on various computers and tablets I have without any inkling the block is pulling the actual sized thumbnail I’ve taken the time to crop.
Regen Thumbnail also appears to override any cropping or changes made to the aspect ratio of the thumbnails – ultimately erasing the thumbs I’ve taken the time to set by hand.
An illustration of what I’m talking about can be found in the footer of TheBookPeopleBlog.com
I’d like to use other block to generate categories, and featured items I have, but have been stuck on this one issue for two days. I really need to move on but can’t! LOL!
Hi,
The excerpts can be controlled by words or by letters. First check that option here and make sure it;s the one you want: http://screencast.com/t/85S7f4ebSp
Then make sure you modify the correct module for the block you want.
Afterwards please clear your cache as all theme settings are affected by cache.
If it still does not work, you can check your memory allocation by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If it still does not work you can try it without plugins to see if there is no conflicting plugin that interferes. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and rest cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
