Thanks for your reply Bogdan.

I’ve tried to clear the cache using the plugin “WP Super Cache” but that led to a lot of problems regarding “Permalinks” and “301 Re-directs” which are topics out of my ability. For this reason I wasn’t able to clear the cache.

Do you know if I change the theme and switch back to Newspaper, will it keep all of the changes I’ve made to Newspaper?

I’ve checked your site and noticed that the links from homepage pagination have a 301 Moved Permanently status: http://screencast.com/t/nsAGcSu8TON4 That means that either you have set a redirect for these links and if is the case try to remove it, or a plugin make this redirect automatically. If you didn’t set the redirection try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches including browser’s cache and test the site again.

1. Make sure you have enabled post views: http://screencast.com/t/9okDbuympmU then go to post editor, edit a post and refresh the browser a few times. After that check in custom filed section if the values are updated: http://screencast.com/t/ZdE16XKxBg – if they do make sure you empty all caches and check again.
Please also note that if you use cache the seven days sorting may not work well, if you want an accurate result using it, you should disable cache.

2. Please make sure you have posts with comments according with the filter set from that block. This options http://screencast.com/t/OYpgEUeDB refers at the order in which posts will be displayed in block, meaning that the post with the most comments will be displayed first.

3, I am not sure at what filter are you referring so please provide a specific url where this issue appear so I can inspect it closer. Meanwhile try to clear all caches and test again.
