Hello!
The main problem is the cache, right?
So, please uninstall all the caching tools that you are using.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
the problem was our cache.
Thank you for the support.
Best regards
Andre
Hello!
Make sure that the theme panel settings are saved and that there is no error in the console while they are being saved. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thank you!
Bettina thanks, now I can see footer after installing Standard Pack but I am wonder when I change something in the Footer Info content, I cannot see the changes in the website footer. Basically still see the very old content that was there before I got reactivated the TagDIV Standard Pack Plugin.
I clicked to save changes like 10x times and deleted cache many times to no avail.
Is there any trick to force the site to show the updated footer ?
I’ve disabled minify for CSS and JS, purged all cache, but nothing changed.
Object cache was disabled from the beginning, and I found no object-cache file to delete in the wp-content folder.
Any other ideas?
Hi,
Please disable the the options to optimize the css and js from litespeed plugfin.
Also, this plugin creates an object-cache file in wp-content, please delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello guys!
The website should look like this (as it was before, and as it is now in the Tagdiv Composer): https://snipboard.io/fWYXF9.jpg
But instead, it looks like this: https://snipboard.io/e1Mnt2.jpg
The header is also messed up in the single article pages.
Can you take a look? https://familist.ro/
I disabled the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and nothing changed… Now it’s back on but I’m thinking that maybe I should give it more time being disabled? Could this cause the issue? Although I shouldn’t see the cached versionwhen I’m logged in.
Hello @kozio !
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
What cache plugin do you use? Did you activate the mobile cache option?
Thank you!
Hi,
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have first to start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hi mgraban, I checked your website and I see that now it’s ok.
What I forgot to mentioned is when you set a placeholder, set it in full image size, and not a thumb, also the steps you did with “thumbnail regeneration” are ok if you changed the thumbs dimension you used.
Now according to your screenshot it is like some images are no loading, most of the time when this problem appear to our users was related to a cache plugin that has been used, maybe now was the same.
Thank you!
Same issue here… I cant activate the theme…. I’m not giving back-end access to my website due to security concerns… Whats the bug or script error? Provide a login API to your website through the Theme, so that way I can register directly on your website and activate my theme through your website’s activation API… Not sure if this is a themeforest issue not sync’ing the activation keys on your side, or what… I’ve wasted a lot of time now trying to activate the theme which should be the simplest of processes… Tried turning off cache for the site and server and did everything else I can think of. Tried disabling ALL plugins and themes on my site and still no good… Meanwhile I successfully activated 5 other purchased plugins afterwards. Can you please post whatever fixes you are applying when you login to people’s wordpress sites? For security reasons, I cannot give wp-admin access. Thanks in advance

I always find it a little easy to blame other people’s plugins for problems. I understand, but the idea is to have an opinion on the matter. We disabled wprocket modules, we disabled cache and we disabled lazy load… you have no idea?
Same issue,
after reading, cleared cache I’m not able to solve…

Hello!
1. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
2. Disable all the caching tools that you have and check again. Also, in the incognito window. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have two problems:
1. When i share on facebook, in preview i have image but when i share it took it logo image. I have this error in facebook debug:
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags
2. My home page is not updated only if i clear the cache. I dont use plugin or other thinks for cache.
Thx.
Hello!
If I check our demo, I do not have this issue.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Disable the lazy load animation from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
We have a problem with your modal.
In our articles, we put a modal that opens an ID page, look at the strange behavior here: https://share.cleanshot.com/VqGY8V2x
We first thought of a cache/js report/css/js minimization problem… the WP Rocket team connected to the site and told us that the problem came from the theme and not from the wprocket configuration.
Post with wprocket: https://youpi.news/2023/08/01/tactiques-video-efficaces-cabinets-avocats/
Post without wprocket : https://youpi.news/2023/08/01/tactiques-video-efficaces-cabinets-avocats/?nowprocket
The page of the modal that is called is this one: https://youpi.news/plans/ and it is displayed correctly.
An idea of the problem ?
Hello Jonatan!
1. Can you please provide a video with the issue? So, I can check if there is a problem or not.
2. I’m glad.
3. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi, Anamaria
Thanks for your help.
Your example is right, but it’s for other reason. The video plugin didn’t import correctly the url in the cuestom post.
Anyway, I checked all the items mentioned in the post that you’ve told me.
I’m sending you three examples that URLs where the post appears in deskopt, but doesn’t appear in mobile.
We’re using wp-rocket, but now is not actived, traying to solve this problem.
We don’t have any object cache plugin.
Please, check them:
As you can see, the post shows the video in desktop, but doesn’t in mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
We answered your email, but the problem was that you hadn’t installed the plugin tagdiv Social counter https://i.imgur.com/Xwqyay8.png please purge the cache
Thank you!
now the frame is loading but is not playing,
i cleaned cache
https://prnt.sc/R2m-_f1G18Rl
Hello @agiannaros !
The settings are correct. Please re-check again, save the changes in the TagDiv Composer, clear all the cache, and see the results.
You can use it, but a post can be displayed twice.
Thank you!
Hello Jonatan!
1. Yes. You should use the tagdiv shop plugin and the cloud templates at https://prnt.sc/Kci–v0QipZX for shop. Here is the documentation for that element that you asked about: https://forum.tagdiv.com/woocommerce-happy-add-favorites/
2. When you hover over the product image, the product will zoom in, and when you click on that magnifying glass, it will open a modal with that image. You do not need a plugin for that. This is by default in our theme.
While you use cloud templates, you don’t need to change the code in the theme. You can simply edit the product page with the tagdiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/x9T7AuFoP_Sp
3. There should be a conflict with some plugins. Also, delete all the cache and try again.
I’m sorry, but we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!
