1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
We have also a guide with some tips why our Composer is not working properly, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Check some other possible factors which can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Thanks for the response, it was lightspeed cache which causing the problem, I have deactivated the plugin and now it’s fixed.
Hello @smckenna!
You can use a license key for one single product. We’ve introduced the Manage License System, which can be seen in the 11.4.3 version of the theme in Newspaper -> My license. You can assign or unassign a domain from there. One can be used for staging and one for your live website.
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done, deactivate all the non-tagdiv plugins or the cache plugins you use, and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
I would gladly recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Please read this Post, it is clearly the Theme issue.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/very-slow-query-because-of-most-popular-news/
Please let us know how to fix this, as we have said that…
We have followed the above steps and we have done all the activities, disabling, deleting and installing plugin and cleared the cache and issue still persist. This is serious issue and coming from Theme only. We need solution on this.
Our Hosting provider says.. Can you please help us on this… This is causing issue as below SQL queries from theme are taking so many resources.

Your SQL queries are still a problem at the server level, we have told you this several times.
Here are some examples:
| 10426 | qyjm9184_prod | localhost | qyjm9184_tct | Query | 0 | Sending data | SELECT DISTINCT tct_posts.* FROM tct_posts LEFT JOIN tct_term_relationships AS ppma_tr ON ppma_tr. | 0.000 |
| 10427 | qyjm9184_prod | localhost | qyjm9184_tct | Query | 1 | Sending data | SELECT DISTINCT tct_posts.* FROM tct_posts LEFT JOIN tct_term_relationships AS ppma_tr ON ppma_tr. | 0.000 |
| 10428 | qyjm9184_prod | localhost | qyjm9184_tct | Query | 0 | Sending data | SELECT DISTINCT tct_posts.* FROM tct_posts LEFT JOIN tct_term_relationships AS ppma_tr ON ppma_tr. | 0.000 |

Hello @xhylyx1nr!
You need to be sure that you use only one cache plugins (the recommended one) and not any other caching tools(could be provided by host).
Thank you!
Hello,
As per your recommendation I loaded the TagDiv Composer. I clicked on a post and then click on the views icon. The editor shows up on the left like this image. I toggled the button to off for “single post views”. Then press save. I open the same post in an incognito mode browser so there’s no previous cache. The views counter is still publicly showing. Is this button for something else?

Hello,
the issue was solved but it re-appeared as soon as I installed WP-Rocket.
WP Rocket has the option to cache different versions for mobile devices – but it seems that the uncaching is not working. It also asks to disable the different caching per device in SG Optimizer.
If you have anything on the issue it will be helpful.
Thank you!

Website is https://www.transcontinentaltimes.com/
Hello Bettina
I tried the website on a different network and different network provider, I have cleared cache of the browser and that of the website but the menu and some other functionalities are not showing. Take a look at the screen shot please https://prnt.sc/1sevVytGZXR5 and https://prnt.sc/PIJbnMNLR3_C
You might be looking at the cache version of the website, I can provide you with the login username and password so that you could take a look at the problem for yourself.
Hello Tadej!
I guess it is from your cache because it is happening sometimes and not all the time. For example, if I just click on the post or category, it will not flash.
Please ask your host about some cache issues as well.
Thank you!
Hello @Satheeshraj!
Please make sure you have no cache plugins active. Also, ask your host about any caching issues.
Thank you!

I have navigated to Theme panel > post settings > ajax view count (keep counting with cache plugins)
The feature was already disabled but my posts show a view count.
I toggled it to enable and saved then i disabled and save and the view counts are still showing on the posts.
How do i disable the post views?
I’m also using cloudways hosting and facing the same issue when I enable varnish cache. Please provide some solution for this.
Hello Tadej!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb

I’m glad that you solved the issue. We tested with our theme, the WP Super Cache, and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Have a wonderful day!

Hello @Khosta!
Please make sure you write the correct video IDs (try with 1 video only) because they were not found. Also, make sure you do not use some untested plugins or some cache plugins that may cause this issue. Save and view the results!
Thank you!
