Hello!

If you have WP Bakery plugin installed and active, then here is the problem. There is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(salso from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

Hello!

From what you describe, it seems that the Composer doesn’t save the changes. So, please make sure you have an admin account in WordPress with full rights. You can check our guide for any other errors in Composer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

Please check if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Also, do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Hello!

This issue is happening only if you activate the lightspeed cache, right? If not then please check for other plugin conflict as well.
The recommended settings for a cache plugin are here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Please compare it with your cache plugin, but I can tell you that we did not tested this it.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

My website is hosted on a lightspeed server. So, using the lightspeed cache is better than WP Super Cache (as found on websites and Youtube). So can you tell me the proper settings? JS minify and combine features are stopping the load more button’s function.

Hi,
I have a big problem with the “footer”. I don’t know what happened but I see the footer on the homepage but on the article pages or entering the categories it is not there. I tried with edit with composer —- manager —– footer but I haven’t solved it. I have tried to deactivate and activate composer and I have also emptied the cache without having any result. My site is https: http://www.moviemag.it
I await your response on how to resolve the problem.
Thanks.

Hi Iryna IMN,
If the mobile theme version was deliver on desktop, then this problem was from the cache plugin that you are using, this do not know when to deliver the mobile cache version and when to deliver the desktop cache version. Usually, we recommend to use cache plugins with support for mobile cache.
Now if you disabled the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you remove all the cache that you have now on your website and host, also on CDN if you are using, after that the problem should be solved.
Let me know the results!

Hello,

@beyond90
,
I saw you have an older theme version 9.6 and the latest WordPress version 5.8.1
Also, I saw you use the WP Bakery plugin, and this plugin is in conflict with our plugin tagDiv Composer.
Usually, this problem related to the mobile menu is caused by a plugin conflict, so please check it.

@machimanmarker
,
I investigate your website and now seems to work properly => https://www.screencast.com/t/4N3UwTSNnNmV

@PrateekBiyani
,

I verified your website and seems that the image comes from the cache plugin https://i.imgur.com/s0bUCeJ.png, so seems to be a plugin conflict.
Please do a test using only the tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.

Thank you!

Hi guys,

I switched from NewsMag to Newspaper theme recently, which created a myriad of issues. I don’t really want to install the Standard pack if I don’t have to because it’s a legacy item, but after 10 hours of work, I managed to get the front page to look exactly as I wanted it to… and that’s great.

But, I edited the default cloud layout provided with the demo template I installed (Magazine Pro) for the category, and in tagdiv composer, it looks exactly how I want it to look, and I’ve saved it… but as soon as you try and load the page, it looks like the old one, before I edited it…

Go back into composer, and it looks like the new page… out of it, it’s the old page… I’ve forced cleared my cache and gone incognito/private, but to no avail.

Help… please… 🙂 I’m having wholesale issues with getting the posts to display right too, but that’s a whole other story… I had a layout that worked I thought (single_layout) but it won’t display the reviews, which is about 50% of our content. We can worry about that later.

Template -NewsPaper – 11.2
I’ve tested my site with help of GTMetrix
screenshot – https://prnt.sc/1vfubx4
It told me, that some tdcomposer files were with long time delay.
Question: could you explain that tdcomposer is Backend Editor for Template – why those files are visible on FrontEnd and delay page run?
Why those internal admin files are need to be for Front-End?

I use WP supercache according to your recommendation before, but those delays provide extra long page run.

Yeah I’ve been using the Cloudflare WordPress plugin to connect to APO – and turn off the addon in WPR.

So how often do you clear the Cloudflare cache? And isnt that giving your site speed a mega hit doing that all the time? I’d like the APO system to just rebuild the page html when dynamic content gets updated – that was I’m not clearing everything from cloudflare edges (including images, js, css etc).

I guess we as consumers just assume these things work out the box as that’s how they market them, when in reality they don’t. Such a bummer!

Also really wish cloudflare would put a guide together sharing optimal setup instructions for use with WP-Rocket (or alternatives) – I assume because the guides don’t exist that maybe it’s not possible.

Oh… and I’ve deleted & activated the Composer plugin, incl. deleting cache, like explained here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/

I still get the error. I’ve send you an email with access to the test environment.

Yes, I use APO but I set cloudflare respects header ttl of the website.

I think it is a common problem with cache plugins when they cache pages with form fields on pages. So they want security and they set a “nonce” lifespan of 24 hours. This breaks the page with forms and js.

Wp-rocket advices to set cache lifespan to 12 or even lower in the cache settings This makes server load every 10-12 hours. And cloudflare cache also must be cleared.

I do it manually now. Maybe wp-rocket team can support better solution if we request with new topics and referencing this topic.

Note: As far as I know current wp-rocket version doesn’t support APO, so when you enable CF addon, clearing wp-rocket cache will not clear CF cache at the same time. This can be a feature request for wp-rocket.

For further info you can read this article.

Hello!

If the article is working fine when the page is loaded, then there could be a cache problem or a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

If you use default template, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if there is a plugin conflict or not, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Note: In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hello Craig!

It seems that on every page is little when you load it and when the page is loaded it expands. Please make sure you place the logo in the theme panel -> header only and that you do not have a plugin conflict or a cache problem.

Thank you!

Hi. So as discussed on email, temporary solution would be to disable WP Super Cache plugin. Looking forward for permanent solution in the future.
Thanks!

Hi,
there was a cache issue.
can you tell me how the sticky menu and the main menu look the same ?

Best regards

Anamaria
tagDiv Staff

Hello,

Unfortunately, your menu doesn’t work https://i.imgur.com/Yyq3SHi.jpg
Also, I saw you have a lot of errors -> https://i.imgur.com/zSrVfqA.png
These errors can be from different plugins you use and can interfere with the theme.
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache (browser, server).

Thank you!

Anamaria

Hello,

Please give me more details on where this error occurred, if you updated to one of the plugins or theme.
Did you add any custom code?
Also please send me another screenshot, because this https://i.imgur.com/UzfZCNR.png is not correct.
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache (browser, server).

Thank you!

I feel that is the problem too! I have noticed that after that same period of time 12-24hours my core web vitals begin to suffer too – so, it’s not just the infinite load that becomes a problem – other scripts stop working too. Do you use Cloudflare APO? I think theres so weird stuff happening where WP-Rocket is not clearing the Cloudflare cache properly…

Hi,

It is updated as mentioned, Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.
Refer: https://prnt.sc/1v14i4r
Deleted the cache and tried but the logo does not seem to appear in smaller devices.

Suggest if anything else to be updated.
