Hello,
Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
For this problem please deactivate, delete the social counter plugin and after installing it again from Newspaper plugins =>https://prnt.sc/10cpiud make sure the ID is inserted correctly => https://www.screencast.com/t/U4nA3303
Please follow our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also, if the problem persists and you use a plugin cache, then clear all cache and check the results.
Normally without a cache plugin, it should update once per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.

Can you help me.
On my website I use the plugin WP-Otimize (for cache).
How can I ban cache, for plugin Thank You Counter Button.
I’d like the page loaded to show the real state of how many times Thank You Counter Button has been clicked. I now see the number that is in Cache memory.
You can watch it on my website http://www.umrli.info and open a post.

Hello!
Please make sure you don’t have WP Bakery plugin active or installed.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Anamaria, thank you! After clearing the cache, the images were loaded.
But I can’t do it with ads. I tried to set different codes. Via “Custom Ad” from the ad window => > https://www.screencast.com/t/6xKVLTNOhK4 I tried, too. It didn’t work out. Tellingly, after saving the ad code in the user ad window and reloading the browser page, there is no ad code in the user ad window. Maybe some additional settings exist? It didn’t work out for me.
Hello!

Hello Ana maria
I already purchased the Newspaper theme update, it is already updated, but when I want to edit a page I get Error 404
also I can’t activate the Multi-Purpose tagDiv
and I get this:
The plugin could not be activated because it caused a fatal error.
Fatal error: require_once (): Failed opening required ‘/home/amarme/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_api.php’ (include_path = ‘.: / Opt / cpanel / ea-php74 / root / usr / share / pear ‘) in /home/amarme/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/styles/tds_api.php on line 33
I already deactivated the firewall, cleared the cache, enabled and disabled the plugins.
Please I need help!!
The page is: https://amarme.pe/
Greetings
Edgardo
I tried disabling that plugin and clearing cache, but the problem persists. Any other ideas?
This is still an issue for me and I’m really trying to find a way to fix it. My hosting provider points to this as the main reason for the site slowness. Do you have any thoughts on what they say?
++++++++++
What is indeed concerning at the point is the amount of autoload data the database runs. The recommended threshold to not cause slowness and performance issues on a site is 900KB, the site is currently running 1.23MB, most of that data being set by NewsPaper and the tagDiv suite of plugins, apart from a custom set of options that I see coming up:
| td_011_settings | 907083 |
| _transient_dirsize_cache | 276284 |
| td_011 | 90572 |
It’d be a good idea to check with a developer if it’s possible removing any of those options, or at least divide some of them into smaller options, to take off from autoload, thus helping the site’s overall functionality.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I followed the instructions in the article you mention.
First of all the user that reports in that article describes a different problem: He says the counter shows a wrong number, and makes a reference to Twitter counter.
BUT my problem is with Instagram and the counter is showing 0… not a wrong number, but 0. Looks like it’s not connecting with the instagram user to get the followers.
– I double and triple checked the username is correct.
– I Cleared the cache… also deactivated the cache plugin.
– With Social Counter plugin I did the following: Deactivate-Delete-Reinstall-activate.
– Also I tried to delete and reinstall social counter plugin, but befor doing that I removed the Social Counter element from the page. After re-installing the plugin, I added the element again and put the instagram username…
ALL THAT and the counter for INSTAGRAM still shows 0.
Please help.
Thank you
