Hi,
We are aware of the fact that the mobile theme plugin may not work properly with various caching plugins or implementations. Based on user feedback there might be problems like the mobile theme being displayed on desktop in some cases, caused by caching.
We recommend the WP super cache with these settings
– https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
This is tested by us and working fine. Up to this point we haven’t made any testing in the matter.
Please try if possible to use this caching plugin as it will work fine with the mobile theme.
If that is not possible, maybe try and enable the mobile caching in the rocket plugin
– https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/140-wrong-display-mobile-tablet-desktop
– https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-caching
But I can’t say if that will work or not unfortunately.
Thanks

Hello,
The developers have created a mobile theme so as to optimize the layout for the small screen devices. Looks superficially great.
But when we use cloudflare CDN and cache plugins like WP-Rocket, etc, they store the cache of a website and show it to all the users regardless of their screen sizes. This is very embarrassing.
Here’s what I mean.
The cache plugins and cloudflare knows no difference between the screen sizes because they do the caching for the domain name or the URL and not the screen sizes. So I can’t really understand the thinking of developers behind creating this plugin. Didn’t they know that people use cache plugins for speed optimization and the cache shows only one layout for all the screens.
If any of you people can provide a solution, then please. Because I’ve been trying to get out of this turmoil for two days with no results. I want to use amp + mobile theme and I also want to use cache plugin with Cloudflare. But I only want to show the mobile theme + amp to the mobile devices not everyone.
I hope you have a solution.
Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that your images are not correctly working. Also, it seems that you have some errors through your console. I guess that your images get stuck to opacity 0. This error happens due to your untested plugins (inclusive JetPack) used by you. Please remove all of these plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I have checked your console section and I saw that you are using something like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6Ytr1nd3M16T
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you!

Two of our customers reported that they can not access the site on their iPad. Both have the latest iOS and browser. Both using Safari. We already asked them to clear their cache and other things we can think of but they still see a blank page. Help!

Hi,
Yes, the demo look different because on that demo is use the responsive version of the theme, not the mobile theme, installing a demo will not activate/deactivate theme plugins, this need to be done manually, if you want the same layout, please deactivate the mobile theme from plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/j9ELUIo020m clear all cache and check the layout.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi @mimicreature,
Please make sure that you set the ads in Theme panel>Mobile theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qd7jVdqS after that clear all cache and try again, the ads should be display in mobile theme too.
Thank you!
Thanks Calin.
Well I’m not using WPBakery.
And yes I clear all cache every time.
So still the same issue. Any idea how to solve that ?
Hi,
Replacing the tdc_map.php should remove the condition for the elements that are not show in TagDiv Composer if you are using the WPBakery, please make sure that you’ve clear all cache after you make those changes.
Also if you have the child theme activate the there are some settings that will not apply, those will be set on default.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!

Hi,
I believe that happens because of caching. Logged users will not be given a cached version of the website, while others will see it cached. What caching are you using? Some caching plugins or settings from them will cause problems for the mobile theme.
We recommend where possible to use the WP super cache – https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
This should work fine with the mobile theme.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
