Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins with the theme, sorry! Please remove all of these and leave just to active only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, we recommend using the TD Composer page builder which is more powerful and adapted with our theme. Also, if you choose to use the Visual Composer, you need to use only the recommended layout from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UixyjXT2F Otherwise, you can bring some bad results.

Yes, thank you. It helped to solve the problem. But another problem appear. I use multilingual website using your theme and WPML plugin which must be compatible 100%.
On smartphones first language version of website works good too, but when user change language to another – he see the same problem with only part of content (only Related articles) as when tagDiv mobile theme plugin was turned on… My website has next structure:
– https://websitename.com/ – first language content website version
– https://websitename.com/de – second language content website version
WHy this happens? What do you think? I tried to switch off CDN and cache plugin but it didnt help to resolve this problem with second language website interface.

strangely it was working couple of days ago, the 3 bar menu was perfect then. Will try to disable all non theme clear cache and check. Will let you know the results.
Hi. My website is totally blank when I am logged in as admin.
For the guests it’s all ok.
I already checked cache, did plugin conflict test etc.
It happened a day after I got rid of WordPress Multisite. It worked fine for a day- or maybe it was working cached version, I am not sure.

Deleted my browser cache and even disabled it via Inspect > Network tab. No luck.
I did found something weird.
So the issue only seems to exist when logged in, even in the other browsers.

The pages on my site show category names on the blocks. I want to remove the category names from the blocks. I have followed the steps in this article:
Theme panel> “Block Settings”> I have disabled all the settings on the “Category tag on Modules / Blocks” page. I cleaned all the caches. But category names are still seen on blocks. Where am I doing wrong?

Also is possible that you have some extra plugin that create some conflicts with tagDiv Composer, you can make a test, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and see if this is still happening.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
