OK. i understand now, but this does not come from our theme.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test again without the plugins to see if it’s still the same. Please also test on a wp default theme like twentysixteen.
Thank you!
Hello shinobu,
Sorry but please notice that I cannot access your website. If the filter function does not work, please check the theme plugins and if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, I suggest you make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hi,
I suspect that it is a caching issue on your side. I have verified this on Mac Safari and Chrome but I don’t see any issues.
Please clear your browser cache and also disable any browser extension that you might use.
If the issue persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a closer look. Paste also a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Now I switched off the cache plugin and cleared the chache and there are als no posts displayed.
Hi,
1. Please clear all your caches, including browser cache and see how it goes.
If you still have issues please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look.
2. You have 2 different rows there and it is something normal – https://www.screencast.com/t/0S6zJbRl
The right column (sidebar) appears after the left column on mobiles.
If you want it to appear bellow the right content, you should use only one row and not in separate rows.
Thanks!
Hello Dave,
I recommend you to make a full backup to your database, remove the old theme and update it to the latest version of it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. This error should not be displayed if the theme was correctly updated. Also, remove the untested plugins and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Sofia,
I suggest you update the theme to the latest version of it, clear all the caches and check the results. Use the FTP method when you update the theme because this is the surest way in this case.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Jair Prandi,
Please understand that the main functionality of AMP plugin is to display the posts very quickly on the Google’s eye. Basically, when a client in on AMP version, he is not on your website (that’s why your visits were falling down more and more ) and the main goal is to redirect it to your own website. The AMP will have to be viewed as a preview to the posts pages of your website which are delivered by the Google AMP Cache. This is a proxy-based content delivery network for delivering all valid AMP documents. It fetches AMP HTML pages, caches them, and improves page performance automatically. For more information about this case and to better understand the operating system for this plug-in, please check the following useful manual from here -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
As a very good example, please check the official page of Seo Yoast and there you will see that they have not implemented the menu bar on AMP pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OfzMGTLPQk
For more references and for a better understanding of AMP functionality please read the plugin documentation!!!
Thanks for your understanding!
