Hello augustoock,
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello ukume,
Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello mjehangir,
Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation. Check the theme to be the latest version of it installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case and notice that the TD Composer should works as expected, without any problems.
A 500 error can have a bunch of causes but in usual debugging you would use such a guide: https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Please access your files via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder and test again.
Thanks.
Hello Simi360,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have increased the theme width as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/g9NV2OkS8 Notice that our theme does not have any such an option for this and you can easily break the theme functionality. I guess that you have some additional customization through the code but please notice that we cannot provide support for your custom work, sorry! I suggest you come back to the normal theme layout, clear all of your additional customizations, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check if your images are correctly aligned.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
The option is there in the widgets area: https://www.screencast.com/t/DJvsHkggK2
If for some reason you do not have these options, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this and check the results. Check the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.

Hello firedelight,

Hi Alin,
It is a fresh installation on a local server using MAMP so wouldn’t be able to provide a login. I do not have any other plugins active, so that’s not a possibility. I’ve also tried it on a live installation but it’s the same thing. I already tried clearing the browser caches on Mac Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Firefox Developer Edition with no luck. Perhaps you can provide a screenshot of what your TD Composer editor screen looks like. As I played around with it more, I can still “get by” but it’s just distracting to have the right margin cut off like that. I may just go back to WP Bakery to keep it simple. Cheers
Have you try and clear your browser cache or use another browser, sometimes it might be that your browser did not support javascript or a cache problem with your site, check on that.

Hi,
I did re-install the clean them, updated the plugins from the new repository and cleared the cache plugins (Autopitimize and Wp Fastest Cache). The ‘Editor’ role does enter the wordpress admin but when ‘all posts’ are clicked, it gives the following error. http://prntscr.com/ip8yut. ‘Add New Post’ does open the new post admin but ‘all posts’ still gives the HTTP Error 500.
I NEED HELP, BECAUSE MY SUBJECT IN MODE IN CACHÉ, MY PAGE IS SEEN TO YES.
EN CACHE
Hello,
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Unfortunately I cannot provide any solution for untested plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that 7 days sort order doesn’t work with a cache plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
Note that when the “7 days” feature is used on blocks, it pulls from ALL the posts the most accessed in the last 7 days NOT the posts that are published in the last 7 days.
Try to refresh for few times an article and see if your block is getting populated.
Let us know and if you still have issues please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks!
