@ Simion, its the WP Super cache plugin which causes the problem. This should be a compatible plugin. Do you have any idea?
Thanks Simion. I see that the outcome of the ‘load more’ buttons is pretty messy, i will skip it. Instead i will choose for the ‘Next Prev Ajax’ option for pagination. How can i change the colors of the border and arrows of each block. Can you please tell me specificly what to do?
Btw, on mobile (Chrome) i get an quick flash error. It says:
“This site can’t be reached
The web page might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address”. Error content decoding failed.
I think its only on mobile and its only once. Once i visited the post of page its gone. I empty caches, but than it pops up again. I contacted my hosting, but they dont see any errors. How can i fix this?
Hello kalum,
Please check the General Modal Image to be enabled for the entire website from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-general-settings/ and also, ensure that the modal image is on for each image, like here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tmOcdrQmvzw Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Chris,
I have clear transients. I don’t have any cache plugin.
The problem still exists!
What else can I do?
Thanks
Sotiris
Hello stylewish,
Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way and then, make sure that you have removed all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this because might appears some errors. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Well, it’s okay, thanks anyway Catalin. I tried uninstall and install again, after cleaning cache, and nothing. Maybe it will start working again, for some reason. I’ll go back starting using the backend CSS option on theme panel.
Thanks! 🙂
2. This code isn’t working. The date is still showing.
3. I’ve cleared the caches and it’s still not working. It works in Safari, but not in Chrome, Firefox or Opera.
Hi,
2)Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td_block_big_grid_3 .td-module-meta-info{
display:none;
}
3)Clear all the caches and check the results.
4)Use the code below ->
.td_video_playlist_title .td_video_title_text{
font-family:Arial!important;
}
Notice that the font family used in this custom CSS should have to be loaded in your theme from Theme panel because if it will not be, the font will do not be applied.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
It could be that cache that is causing the issue. The mobile theme is sensitive when it comes to caching. That could be serving the mobile style to be loaded on desktop, when it should not. The mobile theme should detect and load only when needed, and that is what it does if no interference is present

Hi
The changes should be displayed everywhere, regardless of browser or computer (depending on the code used). This is most likely related to caching. Clear any caching installed, and the browser cache where you are testing.
If you could provide a link to your website and details about the code used, we will inspect it.
Thanks
Hello edelalon,
Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
we’ve made tests :
– we replaced WP rocket by WP Super Cache.
=> we still have the bug.
We think it may be caused by the Varnish cache we have on the server, that put in cache the page with the mobile skin when the first user to connect to the site after the cache cleaning is on a mobile device.
We would like to exclude the script that calls the mobile skin from the cache.
Could you indicate us whitch is script,(or file, or method) that you use to call the mobile skin ?
Regards,
Icodia
I have read this same boilerplate response on every other reply. It does not apply to my situation.
I do not have SEO by Yoast or Super Cache installed. I only have your two plugins activated on the test site that is causing me problems.
You say you have inspected my site, but I did not give you the URLs.
I started with a blank page and only used TagDiv Composer.
There is an issue when you add custom HTML in the Composer. And even without the HTML in the layout it is extremely slow to save and most often does not save the changes.
I will go back to Visual Composer and wait for you to get your composer ready for live websites.

Hi Dinesh,
1)Notice that we have a bit list of Footer template, as you can see here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-footer-templates-2/ If you want to have your own Footer template, you should try using Footer Template Style 5.
2)Check the Translations section and make your desired translations from there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ss81HpnK24PL Clear all the caches and check the results.
3)You should check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/
4)The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to Ad a Notification Popup, sorry! Try using such a plugin for this.
Thanks.
Hi Rick,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder in correct way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello barronlau,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your sidebar is broken and overlaps the content. First of all, I will recommend you to disable all of the untested plugins, if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem will persist to be there, you should make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP wat with the latest theme version and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello manoelvlm,
I have inspected your website on mobile and I saw that you have set up a gradient image for the main menu background. Do you try to replace it with an image and does not work? Please try to clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. PRovide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!

My Live CSS just clean up by it self. Now, everytime i try to add CSS again and save and F5, nothing happen. Live CSS is clean. My website : http://www.somosung.com/
This is the second time that this happens to me.
Have clear all cache. Desactivated plugins, and same keep happening. Last time i don’t remember how i fixed it.
Hi,
You could do that with a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1VIlM3x0SuXM
.single .td-post-title .entry-title {
font-weight: bold;
}
Enter the code in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section. Maybe clear the cache after entering the code.
Thanks
Hi,
Then something else is causing the errors. Please try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme provided plugins. Then clear the cache and check if the issue is still present, there should not be any errors anymore. The theme does not provide errors by default, something is conflicting with it and the result is this huge number of errors.
Please let us know the results.
Thanks
Thanks for your reply.
I’ve done that already. There is no code in there not even for mobile theme (the only code is the AdSense verification code in the <head>) and I cleaned the cache. It’s very awkard that the articles shows adsense in differetn location with different browsers:
http://www.orrorea33giri.com/burt-ward-boy-wonder-i-love-you-orange-colored-sky-frank-zappa/
With Chrome I see a banner in the article (inline) and one at the bottom of the page (below the footer)
With Firefox I see a big banner above the title and also at the bottom of the page (below the footer).
I’m really puzzled
Hello,
Check all the Ads Spots from your Theme panel and remove all the code from there, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello leapdsc,
Unfortunately, I do not know, what exactly you have added this image to your post page and why it is stretched, sorry! I have made a test on my side, using your image and add it in a simple post. The results which you should optain might look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yE83GCBCbg Try to remove this image and add it again from your Media Library and check the results. Clear all the caches before this.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please check the theme system status section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TFPsnKgO8
Make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if requried
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you, as they might have a recommended method in this matter.
If there is still a problem, please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Then check in the theme panel while saving settings, if there are any errors in the browser console. Press F12 to bring up the inspector window and then open the console
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ENQ5a8CB8
Check if there are any errors in this console. The admin ajax process could be blocked by the server, because of the multiple requests that it makes. In this case you can contact the hosting provider and explain this situation or provide a screenshot with the error.
They should be able to fix it if this is happening.
Please let us know the results.
Thanks
