Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Sorry but we do not have installation service to provide.
Thank you!
Hello thebootguy,
Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ensure that you are using only our tested plugins because if you are using some untested plugins, these might interact with the theme core files and causes some unknown issues. Try to remove all of them, clear all the caches and check the results. For more information about a correct using of our page builder, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

It seems you did not clear the cache afterwards though. Now it is cleared and works properly.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If you updated visual composer, please revert to the previous version as we have not yet made the implementation for visual composer 5.2
Thanks.

I am trying to work through this theme, It seems to be a resource hog itself. I even installed the so-called Speed booster from tagDiv, all I get is that messages that all my other plugins are bad.
I am going to try and replicate my site on another server and see if that helps.

Hi,
Page speed optimization has to be done by you, this depends of many factors. There are many tutorials here on the forum on this matter, that you can follow. Some examples
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
You can install this caching plugin with the recommended configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
You can use Cloudflare to speed your website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
There is also this guide to further optimize loading speed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
When testing teh pagespeed, it is better to do it without having google ads and only essential plugins activated. Some plugins can have a negative impact regarding page speed.
Thanks
Hello,
If the get access token does not work on your site please uninstall and delete your current version of the social counter plugin and install this one:
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
Then please cleart your browser cache before pressing the get access token. Here is an example on chrome: ctrl+shift+delete: https://www.screencast.com/t/afA9RzKuRsDv
Thank you!
Hi! We are using your theme on this domain http://www.artharbour.gr for about two years and we are really satisfied by your great work! During the last weeks we are facing a problem with the Homepage Post which stopped showing the featured image correctly. I read some topics and i reinstalled the updated theme from scratch along with the plugins and i cleaned the cached memory too but the problem stands still. Could you please help me with this issue because our website has a lot of visitors and we want the site to be as good as it used to be. Thank you in advance!
Hello sapper,
The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thanks for your message!
Hello Alek,
I have inspected your footer section of your website and I saw that you have some custom CSS which will overwrite the default theme code and that’s why you will not bring the theme accent hover for that section. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5WDhMYK ->https://www.screencast.com/t/RgaRwaq8AE
Please try to revert the theme to the default state, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Hello vince-2,
First of all, please ensure that you have right installed via FTP way the latest theme version and also, make sure that the system status is right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Please notice that option should have to be there if the theme will be right installed. After these steps, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello melovillareal,
It seems to be a problem with your theme installation, sorry! Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, make sure that you are using only our required and tested plugins. Remove all of untested, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Jankow,
Unfortunately, I do not know what kind of plugin you have installed for displaying a popular post widgets, sorry! Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any such a tested plugin and the theme can be broken. Notice that all of the untested plugins can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this. Please try using only of our tested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If you want to display the popular posts on your widgets, notice that you can simply use such a block and sort it by popular post because the theme has this type of sorting to be available if you will check the block settings, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
On Theme panel the options are enabled, that is; SHOW POST VIEWS and
ENABLE / DISABLE AJAX POST VIEW COUNT ( Since am using wp cache plugin)
Thanks
i disable all the plugins. clear cache \ cdn \ browser and it didn’t help..
Hello Bernard,
It seems to be a strange issue. Also, I saw that you are not using the latest theme version. Please update your theme to the 3.4 version, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
