Hello,
You seem to have problems with your site as you have mentioned the blank white page in another topic. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello
I have activated mobile theme on website http://www.pagalparrot.com and super cache with php serving , but its not loading mobile theme all the time on post pages , it shows the same responsive theme most of the times . What is the issue how can i debugg this issue
The new “speed” method I am recommending for next gen sites is
a) make sure you have images properly optimized, minify style css and main js file once site “designed”
b) make sure your time to live and gzip settings are correct
c) minimize or eliminate loading ANY external resources
d) consider moving to php 7 with opcache
e) consider moving to https + http/2 which serves pages as one compressed packet/bundle via gzip
Hi,
The issue with the Facebook token was fixed in the latest update. Please download the latest theme package, remove the social counter that you are currently using, and install the one from the package. Then clear any caching installed, and the browser cache. Example for chrome
– https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
After doing this, try and configure the social counter again using the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
It should work properly now.
Thanks
When I am testing the performance of the site from firefox with clean browser cache I get:

Hi Catalin, I did.

No error log, no Google Inspector Console errors in CSS, JS or similar.
I don’t use CDN. Deleted plugins caché and all the plugins related.
The problem stills.
Hello Adrian L.,
I guess that your theme installing it was not done correctly. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Erez,
Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> Most likely, the PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why the settings will not be applied. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks fort the message!
Hello @sortofrobot,
Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there. Otherwise, if you do not want to make these changes you should simply disable the mobile theme until the WP Super Cache plugin will be updated.
Hi @eemskrant,
Please keep in mind that the Cache Enabler plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this item, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
@nuvoledibellezza You just need to insert the images in the post content in full size, then they will be displayed accordingly. From what I can tell the images you are using are too small when displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/N2kF6P7z4Y
These images should have a minimum width of 1068px as explained by Bogdan and I see that you have selected the full size when inserting them but the result is not as intended.
Maybe the content is served from a cache you might have installed and you just need to clear it to refresh the content. Also a plugin could be interfering with the images. You could try as a test to disable all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check to see if the images display as they should in this case, in full. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hello again.
I am back to wp super cache.
I created a new test site and I have active only the templates plugins.
I followed you guide for Faster site but I get the same results.
Any suggestions?
Hello Sabrqq,
I suggest you making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you are using some untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Just add after line 68 in /wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/td_social_api.php the following lines
if(true === WP_DEBUG){
$service_data = $this->get_service_data($service_id, $user_id, $access_token);
td_remote_cache::set(__CLASS__, $service_cache_key , $service_data, self::$caching_time);
}
is will allow to refresh social counter cache when WP_DEBUG is true )))
I know its hack, but it works.
Hello WillRobins,
It seems to be a server cache. Try to consult your hosting provider, tell the problem and request them to clear all the caches on the server and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello Knockfoto,
First of all, you should clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hello aberniz,
Check your Screen option from post editor and make sure that your Post Settings are checked, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/35cjtD2UTe Also, if this option is not there, I suggest you making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way clear all your caches and check the results. Also, you should check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello dvdrdg2701,
Ensure that you Visual Composer are enabled because these are shortcodes generated by this plugin. Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello peterdlrs,
Your featured image link seems to be broken. Try to check your Media section and check if these images are correctly loaded. Try to clear all your caches, re-save your permalinks and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello kalapapla,
I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one installed, then use this guide to regenerate your thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
The theme creates the thumb sizes used on the blocks from the featured image you set for the post, maybe something is interfering with this process, try the regeneration tool and it should recreate the thumbs needed.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Bernard,
Do you have removed the author.php core files, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I5aRTd8yCx? You should add this template to your theme packet, clear all your caches and check the results. For more information about this regard, please check the following topic here -> https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/how-to-create-a-wordpress-authors-page-template–wp-23573
If is not what you mean, provide more details about your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hello orlando,
Do you have checked our useful guide, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Try to consult it because there you will find all the needed steps which you need to do in order to achieve best theme results. After this, try to clear all your caches and check the results. Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin and if you fail to optimize your site you should consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because our support does not cover the optimization services, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!

Good day. Every day I have to clear all the caches of this website http://www.excelsiornews.co.za, so that the theme and format of the theme doesn’t appear as messed up as the attached image. Could you please tell me what causes the theme to look like this?
