Hello!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
This sounds more like a cache problem or object cache. Please check them.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you use. Maybe you have the object-cache file. Please check this guide to delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
The situation you have mentioned I saw a few times and it was related to a cache that was not set to clean all the cache when a new post is published or updated, also if this can be a simpler situation with the cloudflare.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked, and now the website is loading well. I recommend installing a CDN and a cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
Have you recently updated your plugins, theme, WordPress, php? Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again
Thank you!
After monitoring my websites, I found that the theme, even when cached, continues to slow down the speed in these two files. I used the “black demo” theme. My concern is that even when I try to minify these two codes, the theme fails in the search button or ends up breaking. Currently, I use Ezoic as a CDN for my site.
42% of the render-blocking time comes from the script loaded from path “/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js” (the Newspaper theme) e 11% comes from the script “/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_files_for_front.min.js”.
I have lightbox turned on for the gallery and each individual image and still get the image could not be loaded error. I have cleared the cache, and disabled cache. no effect.
Hi Bettina,
We have tested the YouTube embeds using the code to bypass our cache completely. We are still having the issue. We have noticed it does not matter if you access the article with or without the cache enabled. The first visit will always be the default embed size and the second will be the correct full size. Do you have any other ideas what may be the cause?
there are no cache tools or optimization plugins. can you please check the following image?

Hi,
The problem is only for this post? Or for all posts?
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check the console when you open edit content; if there is an error like this, please go to the Network tab, select the error, and select Preview -> https://i.imgur.com/iiBOHwP.png
Maybe the problem is caused by the server host
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
The only time when I saw this problem was related to a cache that was apply on the backend.
If you have extra plugins, cache plugin, object cache please disable them and try again.
In case that the situation persist, then please let us know and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access to investigate the situation.
Thank you!
Mobile pages, across browsers and devices, are randomly showing up as misformatted, making some posts impossible to read on mobile. The site is http://www.theworthyhouse.com. It has nothing to do with cache; refreshing or clearing cache, etc., does not fix the problem. All posts are otherwise identical. However, it sometimes happens with one browser and not another (e.g., Safari/Brave)–but not consistently one browser or another. Examples:
Bad formatting: https://theworthyhouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Incorrect-Formatting.png
Good (correct) formatting: https://theworthyhouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Correct-Formatting.png
Thanks.
Site: bicycles.net.au
Newspaper: 12.6.3
On a web browser (with responsive setting) the mobile menu appears when clicked as an overlay (slides in from the left).
On iOS (17.1.2) the hamburger menu is visible and when clicked, no overlay menu appears as is expected. The webpage size gets a bit smaller and has a drop shadow but the menu is not visible.
I have disabled .js file ‘minify’ (via the W3TotalCache). Any ideas why this is not working and the mobile menu is unavailable on the mobile device.
HI,
THANKS FOR THE INFO, IT STILL WONT COVER THE FULL HEADER. THE ORIGINAL IMAGE IS STILL UNDERNEATH THE NEW HEADER YET IT HAS BEEN DELETED AND CACHE HAS BEEN CLEARED.
Hi,
I see that you have the lite speed cache plugin. Does this problem happen when you are logged in?
If it works, then there is a setting from the plugin related to minifying the CSS and JS.
Thank you!
Hello @robbyyy!
We’ve tested the latest version of the theme, and there shouldn’t be any issues. Please deactivate all the extra plugins before updating, as well as the cache plugins that you use.
Unfortunately, no. You should have the latest update of the theme and plugins too.
Thank you!
Hello,
Indeed this query appears to be related top the weather element from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/pzblCI7.png I made some tests on my install and I do not get that error message, so it is possible to be related to an extra plugin that you are using or maybe to some optimizations for JavaScript. Please check when you are logged in and no cache and optimization is apply, if the problem is not persisting, then please check the settings from the optimization/cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi Ans, this block cache option was added for blocks with pagination and which have the possibility to show many modules, a grid usually shows a small number of articles, but we understand your point of view and we have added this request to the list and it will be evaluated by developers.
Thank you!

2.The Revolution Slider that we provide is a Bundled Plugins in our theme. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages and you can use it for the sliders that our theme is providing -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/.
What is a bundled plugin?

Cache disabled: Problem still exists.
Switched from child theme to parent theme: Problem still exists.

Yes, it goes back to normal. The problem started once I update from 12.5.1 to 12.6, or above. I have tried every time a new update gets released, but same thing happens. As i use Optin Builder, I really need the latest versions of Newspaper to work.
I’ve tried just about everything, deactivating plugins, cache, etc, but cannot see what the error is.
The site has been up and down all day here (i’m in Australia).
