Hi,
I just checked, and it seems you use a plugin for cache, which minifies the CSS and JS.
Please try to exclude those files from the plugin and check after.
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/tdbMenu.js
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_files_for_front.min.js
Thank you!
Hi,
The situation looks like you have a cache plugin that is loading only the essential code and the rest of code is loading after the first interact with the website. Usually this type of “implementation” is used for getting a good pagespped score here – https://pagespeed.web.dev/
I inspected further and indeed there is a custom css (the one you provided and this is apply after you interact with the website).
My first suggestion is to check if the problem appears when you are logged in, if appears, then make a test using only tagDiv plugins and the main theme (not the child theme).
Let me know the results!
Hi there.. Recently I am seeing some issues relating to some posts and some browsers.. At random.. For example, both the desktop and mobile were showing the article incorrectly.. But now it is fine and I didn’t do or change anything or clear cache or anything, but certain posts (no pattern) seems to alter the page views.. any ideas..?? I have not customised this article (https://www.shippingandfreightresource.com/navigating-new-logistical-pathways-on-the-china-europe-freight-corridor/) in any way..
This is how it looked on desktop
Normally it should look like this on desktop
This is how it looked on mobile
This is how it looks on Mobile
Can you advise what may be the issue..??
Hi,
This sounds more like a cache problem or object cache. Please check them.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you use. Maybe you have the object-cache file. Please check this guide to delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
I am currently facing an issue where my custom HTML code is not visible in the page source, despite placing it in the footer.php file. I have also cleared all types of cache.
Hi,
Please let me know what php, theme and WordPress version you have.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Yes, the problem also occurs when I am logged in.
Nginx Helper. DreamHost says that isn’t the issue though. That plugin is used to communicate with the DreamPress server side cache to clear/purge cache from wp-admin.
I am not using any cache plugins.
I activated Cache and did remove some images due to the removal of some old postings.
The issue I asked is that I don’t use images from the /images folder, but only from the media folder and its other resolution formats @ /wp-content/uploads/YYYY/*
Hello @chaywood0896!
Let the cache plugins that you use be disabled and see if the problem occurs anymore.
Thank you!
Hi,
Does this problem also occur when you are logged in? The theme doesn’t have cache except for the flex blocks, but it’s different from regular caching and only applies when pagination is used. Could you please tell us which caching plugin you are using?
Thank you!
Hello @panelak1234!
Unfortunately, I couldn’t see it.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
The “ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: tdWeather” is related to the weather element from the website and I see that the js code is set to be Deferred, can you do a test when you are logged in and the cache options are not apply if the mentioned error still appears? If not, then please exclude the “tdWeather.js” file from cache settings.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see that your website is under construction, so I can’t check it. Can you please check when you edit the page and select the mobile viewport to see if the design is the same?
Also, Have you recently updated your plugins, theme, WordPress, php? Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
How can it be a caching issue? That would imply that at some point a misformatted post is being served to a cache. When all caches are cleared, the problem continues to reoccur randomly. It sometimes fixes itself when the page is refreshed; sometimes not. It’s obvious the theme is serving a misformatted page at random times, or (even if it is in the cache) the page would always be formatted correctly. How can that be stopped? Thanks.
How come when I go to my website I don’t always see the most recent posts. It is like the website is cached. Why is this? I never had a problem with this before the newspaper theme. How do I disable the newspaper caching or fix this issue?
This is what my hosting platform said: In some cases themes can have a caching layer that used for static CSS files. Typically this can cause a conflict with the server side cache not properly purging the most recent changes since a second layer exists. Plugins can have the same effect. The newspaper theme has a CSS generator setting that appears to be the same thing just using a different naming convention. You can check with the theme provider to see if there any options to have that feature work alongside the serverside cache or if it would have any adverse effects turning off the feature.
Hello Bettina, thanks for your advice. I use the W3 Total Cache, guess it’s not a problem right? Will try to solve this, by following the LCP rules and see what happens.
I was just thinking that someone may had the same problem with us previously.
Thanks
Giorgos
This morning we updated the theme to Newspaper 12.6.4
After the machine finished automatically updating the plugins, the screen asked to register the theme since it was “not registered” (yet it had already been registered in the past).
However, we tracked down the serial number and re-recorded the theme successfully.
Although everything “seemed” to be fine, the child theme appears completely devastated: post aside, it seems that all the sections have returned to default (even the image boxes have the original placeholder).
We deleted and reinstalled Composer, cleared the cache, switched between parent and child themes, disabled all the plugins and re-activated them one by one… but no results. Now we are trying to go back to a previous backup.
What is going on???
Hello @musicmedia!

Hi,
Please check the console when you open edit content; if there is an error like this, please go to the Network tab, select the error, and select Preview -> https://i.imgur.com/iiBOHwP.png
Maybe the problem is caused by the server host
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
Please check this topic with the same error https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/err_http2_protocol_error-on-go-daddy-hosting/
Thank you!
Hi,
There is no cache option for this element.
Thank you!

Thank you in advance.
J’ai fait les modifications, enregistrer, vider le cache… mais rien n’y fait, la modification de prend pas. Je n’arrive pas à valider le lien sans le nofollow.
