Hello all,
That looks spot on like a js error that causes the theme lazyload animation to break and cause all images to get an opacity of 0 thus making them transparent. Try to disable this from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dlNbhT0QO1 Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
@Chito, the latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.6 which using the Visual Composer 5.0.1. The theme works as properly and until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try the theme in default state, without any untested plugins, additional customization and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello bartgevers,
First of all, please try to remove all untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install via FTP, load a new video on your desired section and check the results. It should work as properly. I suspect your issue happens due to your configuration of your theme, untested plugins used by your or other additional customizations which might damage the theme layout. Revert the theme to the default state and see what is happening.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!

Hello Philipp,
You should check your System Status and increase the parameters to higher values according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello BoraGursel,
Might be a problem caused by your untested plugins which can interact with your theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues at your backend. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, please ensure that you have minimum requirements for your dedicated server, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Both visual composer and wordpress seo by yoast are compatible with our theme. Please try to deactivate all other plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test to see if they both work properly. If visual composer still does not work with just the 2 plugins active, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide access to your site so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!
Hello hitechtry,
Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks!

Can give me step by step how to clear that cache? I checked on wp super cache CND still disable and I already clear the cache from that plugin also from my web browser. The result still display old logo.
This is what I did today and it works so far,
I already had the latest theme with Visual Composer v4.9, I deleted the plugin and install the plugin from theme panel to get the latest version of the plugin. Then I clear all the cache including cloudflare and images are showing as expected. I did this before too but not sure why did not work before. I will closely monitor in coming days and will provide additional info if the issue shows up.

Hello Berbi,
Please check the backend settings for the page which do not have displayed the sidebar. Maybe, you can accidentally set no-sidebar and that’s why it is not displayed, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0knr3hEb9
Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to disable all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello rudiamirudin,
You should clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Most likely, your caching plugin is too strong and maybe that’s why it is delivered the old footer logo.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello rsuereth,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the required plugin versions which come bundled with the theme packet. The Social Counter is fully tested with the theme and it seems to work as properly with it if it was properly setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
If you want to change the color of your weather widget, you should use a bit of CSS code to do this because the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-weather-degrees-wrap {
color: red;
}
.td-weather-now{
color:red;
}
The results here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NimPC3oWK
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.

Hello,
You may still have caching enabled from the server side. A cache is a must have on any server otherwise you will overload the server with requests. In most cases the hosting company offers a server-side cache just for such cases where a cache plugin is not used, in order to keep server requests to a minimum.
You can use css in the theme panel in the custom css box. You do not need a child theme to add a few css rules.
Thank you!
Please try not to use any symbols or language specific characters as wordpress will strip the sidebars of any content if any symbols are detected.
Also, it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Let us know if you still have trouble with the sidebars.
Thanks.

Hello Bobby_Ocean,
I have tested on my side, the default state of theme and the Top Bar is automatically in boxed mode if you have set up the background image on your side. Do you have some additional customization through the code which can influence this? Try to revert the theme to the default state, clear all your additional customizations if you need, remove all untested plugins if you are using these, clear all your caches and purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is till there, you should try making a new sub-domain with a clear version of the theme and check the results.

Hello janmarkuse,
My advice is to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. I do not know what types of the plugin you are using on your website but notice that you use some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Notice that all of the untested plugins used by you can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. To be safe, rule out all of them and check the result with the theme in the default state. Most likely, all of these errors happens due to your theme configuration or untested plugins used by you, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello laurena86,
I have tested again the code provided you above, regarding on Related Articles and More From Author tab for mobile and it seems to work as properly, as you can see below:
@media(max-width:767px){.td-related-title .td-related-left, .td-related-title .td-related-right{
font-size: 23px!important;
}
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hjAiLVsEruDZ
Regarding on More Articles Box functionality from Posts, please try to update the theme to the latest version of it and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, as you can see in our demo preview here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/geLX1k0Er seems to work as properly and therefore,
on your website should function properly if it used correctly.
If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the result. Clear all your caches, purge CDEN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

I cannot see any black halo you mention. Please provide an example of this as I cannot see any issue.
As for the mobile issue, If you are using wp super cache please note there is a problem in the plugin causing a bit of an issue. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Thank you!
