Wp super cache does not manage cdn files. They are managed by cdn hosts such as cloudflare. The cache from the plugin you mention can be removed from the plugin settings.
Thank you!
@alisamig That modification will affect all the post titles displayed on modules. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/revBk1RpdG
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5zMiICiKjQ
Make sure you are making the modification correctly if required for you and save it, then clear all caching and CDN if used. Inspect the result with the browser inspector.
Hello,
I’m using custom HTML and CSS on my website, some kind of articles have 2-4 tables. I discovered that the AMP posts/pages doesn’t inject my custom CSS, as you can see from here (my developing/test website):

Here is how it appears on PC No-AMP version:

So the question is, is there a way to inject my custom CSS in the AMP version?
Thank you.
Hello,
Please, help me with more info about purging CDN files. I don’t know how to do it. 🙂
Many thanks!

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have a question regarding the responsive design the Newspaper should have by default.
I am currently working on a new website and noticed that my Website does not adjust automaticly to screen width.
Example screens:
– Widescreen

– Non Widescreen:

As u can see the website is getting centered on a widescreen monitor leaving empty space on the left and right of the content.
My goal is to have my website look like in the second screen for all monitor widhts.
How can i do that?
Kind Regards
Nenu
Hello Asamblea,
Please clear all of your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello munteanuvioleta2016,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Disable all of the untested plugins and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello gesoneguy,
You can have https and use the theme properly but you need the right configuration.
Please use these settings for Cloudflare:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
and use these guides for proper SSL integration:

Thank you!
It seems there are no posts to display, some of the the blocks are empty from what I can see. Edit the page with the composer, check the filtering and sorting on the blocks, check the categories and see if they have posts.
Cloudflare is compatible with the theme as long as you are configuring it like so
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If there are problems with it, you could try some basic troubleshooting

Hello,
the theme is activated and I am not using any CDN.
I only have this problem on the home page.
two reasons likely:
1. Your theme might not be activated ( purchase code) so it is still a free theme until you put the purchase code.
2. You might be using a CDN like Cloudflare. You need to clear your cache with them.
Hi,
In almost all cases the sliding issue was caused by the rocket loader feature of Cloudflare. This is recommended to be disabled, because it may affect the theme functionality
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
You could try disabling this in the Cloudflare settings and clear all caching after doing this. The issue should not be happening anymore.
Thanks
Hello bjstarmans,
I have inspected your website AMP and it seems to works as expected. The validator does not return any issues as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2GzLdOeBry8U THis kind of issues happens do you have loaded in the website an image in GIF format because the AMP does not allow to have added something like this, sorry! I have checked your source code and I saw that you are using such a plugin which names wp-polls and which it seems that added a loading.gif image in the content, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SWn9v6stZG4 Also, I have noticed that you have a very little smile image in gif format here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QWaVXPfD which can cause this problem, sorry! For more information about this warning, please check the AMP documentation from here -> https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-anim
I suggest you disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide a specific URL for the exact post where this error occurs so I can investigate it closer.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Acea problema cand apare acel slide este in aproapte toate cazurile cauzata de o setare din Cloudflare numita rocket loader. Acea setare este recomandat sa fie inactiva pentru ca poste cauza probleme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Nu s-a intamplat nimic cu setarile postului si featured video, nu a fost nici o modificarein tema. Daca sunt active in screen options ar trebui sa apara
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CDb3UHDJA9
Recent au mai fost niste useri care aveau aceasta problema, era de la un plugin

Hello,
Please update your theme to the latest version (8.7.1) and clear all caching
Also test without any plugins active. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear all caching and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is a caching issue. The old style.css is still being served through your cache plugin, server cache or cdn
Please clear all caching.
Thank you!
I understand now what you mean. In some cases the sliding issue was caused by the rocket loader feature of Cloudflare. This is recommended to be disabled, because it may affect the theme functionality

You could try disabling this in the Cloudflare settings and clear all caching after doing this. The issue should not be happening anymore.
Hi Simions,
Auto Ads for Amp are composed from two part that must be included only in amp page
1) First must put under head tag like you show over (entered in the analytics code section of amp i think you mean)
<head>
<script async
custom-element=”amp-auto-ads”
src=”//cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js”>
</script>
2) Second code must insert between body tag
<body>
<amp-auto-ads type=”adsense”
data-ad-client=”ca-pub-123456789123456″>
</amp-auto-ads>
…
</body>
How we can do that always only for amp page?
Thanks

From what I can see the mobile theme version is displayed for me as well. That could only happen if the mobile plugin is installed. Or if the website is served from cache. Try again, check if the plugin is deactivated, clear all caches and CDN if used.
Hello prashanth,
Please make sure that your old TD Composer has been removed and install the new one which comes bundled with the latest version of the theme (TD COmposer v2.1). Ensure that you are using the right plugin, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files, remove browser caches and check the results. Should work.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This is a standard js error where the js functionality breaks. It is in most cases related to plugin conflicts or custom code added to the theme files or the child theme.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
@notageek4u From what I can see at first glance, you could try and optimize the website more. For example the homepage has 10mb in size, that would be high. Regenerate the thumbnails because it seems some of the thumbnails are not created properly and the full image size is served
