Hi,
Minification plugins can cause issue for all themes. Either by incompatibility or configuration. If that plugin is causing problems, it would be best not to use it. There are other ways of optimizing the website. You can search here on the forum for more information, there are many tutorials in this matter. Some examples

Hello guys
I have noticed that whenever I open up my website, the website loads in fine but without CSS.
It takes a good few seconds for the CSS to load in, and in the meantime, the website looks ‘unprofessional and ugly’, so I was wondering if you know the proper way to load in the CSS in the header to load in alongside when a page opens.
I’ve Googled it and I was suggested to contact my theme developer as you might have some handy instructions ready or perhaps some suggestions to make it all possible, while not conflicting any plugin’s performance etc.
I am also using MaxCDN, but it still seems to be slower than expected. I am currently working on revamping a lot to make the performance outstanding (currently it’s pretty bad on mobile and just ok on desktop)
All help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello Tony,
I guess that your problem is generated by your caching plugin. Make your desired changes and then, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, purge all the CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I have inspected the website, I see no delay like you mention delay for the loading of the filter, or the whole website

There are few seconds at most before loading, that is acceptable. There are many useful page speed guides that you can follow here on the forum

Hello rodrigocouto,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version which comes bundled with the theme core files. Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the bundled plugin to rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using a CDN system, you should purge all of the CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Read the topic carefully and try the solutions. Clear caching and purge CDN files if used, after each modification. I found another similar topic here
– http://crunchify.com/how-to-fix-access-control-allow-origin-issue-for-your-https-enabled-wordpress-site-and-maxcdn/
There are probably more suggestions online that you could try, or contact you hosting and explain the situation or provide theme with a screenshot of the issue (use the browser inspector console). They might be able to provide a working solution.
Thanks

Hi guys,
I’ve created a blog post using the default blog post format. The image is 704 pixels wide and when I view the published post in Safari, the image is reduced to 591 pixels wide and leaves an ugly space.
See image here: https://imgur.com/a/FeLM3 Excuse the opaque overlay. I was using the web inspector to show the image shrunken down relative to the actual allotted space.
When I view the same post in both Firefox and Chrome, the featured image renders fine without that gap on the right side.
I have tried clearing the cache of my browser and my caching plugin. I’ve purged the URL. I’ve cleared the image and page from my CDN. I tried different images and it’s all the same in Safari.
Would welcome any suggestions you might have.
Kind regards

Hi Chris,
thanks for your quick reply and sure – checked all the instructions.
Using the KEYCDN + WP Rocket over the last months and it is a real great package with Newspaper theme 7.6, 7.8 and even 8.1.
It worked for every other style without any problem over the last 6 months – except Style7, Style8 where the picture is not loaded by the theme in the traditional way, as it is a “background” photo. In that case WP-Rocket don’t know how to upload the photo.
There is an additional information bei KEYCDN to pull the photos in a different way for these styles, but i do not know, where to add this code:
http://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/90-getrocketcdnurl
Thank you for any additional idea – also to support the TagDiv Team
Have a great day
Vanessa
Hello,
The screen option has a featured image and featured video toggle like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/UZ4k6ThcUKb If this option does not show up for you, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Did you sync all your images to the Cdn per their instructions? Theme does not control your cdn.
Hi again,
another question unable to fix it without assistance.

Everything works fine with the blogposts and connection to KEYCDN for photo delivery worldwide. Every photo of your theme will be delivered quickly and is available.
E.g. the blogpost:
https://www.pureglam.tv/2015/08/26/kameha-spa-powerhouse-wellness-im-rheinland/
is also served worldwide via KEYCDN and featured photo is available via
but won’t be displayed – this happened only on blogposts with style8 or style7.
How do I get this fixed?
Thank you
Vanessa
So basically we don’t even have to update it?
Added
“Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com” ” on top of .htaccess

Hello,
Please first of all make sure you increase your system status parameters like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you get all of the settings in the green zone: https://www.screencast.com/t/t6Zr0efJGD2g and the issue is still present, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hey!
Thanks for your quick reply!
I’ve disabled all plugins except the Tagdiv composer. I’m not sure if i use CDN but i don’t think so. I used the plugin WP Fastest cache. But i disabled it and deleted it. I also deleted the cache files via FTP. stil no difference. Is there something else i can try? I can also give you access to the WP dashboard so you can see for yourself.
