Hello Inma,

Please notice that the Post View Counter should work as expected with our theme with all of our required and tested plugins. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. I recommend you do a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, clear all of your caches, server caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your understanding!

OK, In this case it could simply be a plugin conflicting with it.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you still have trouble with the page builder please contact us via our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Thank you!

Hello Jose,

I have inspected your website and I saw that it seems to work as expected, now. Also, I have noticed that your caching plugin is W3 Total Cache which is not recommended with our theme and which can cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to use our recommended caching plugin which is WP Super cache and only use tested plugin if you want to achieve best theme results. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello francedeam,

You should request to your hosting provider to purge all CDN files from the server and also, to clear all the caches files. Notice that error doesn’t come from our theme. You should check your dedicated server to avoid these characters.

Thanks for your understanding!

Did you make any modification to the theme? Do you use a child theme?
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If the issue is still there please create another page and only add the video playlist element to it.
Alternatively please create a testing sub-domain and see if the issue is present on the testing platform as well. We cannot recreate it as it seems to be specific to your install.

Thank you!

Consider using a CDN like Cloudfare or one of the others.

Will make a huge difference…

Hello francedeam,

This could be a CDN issue or a cross-origin font loading. Please use this solution:

Any news on this ? Featured Image From URL does not work for me and neither the external linked pictures for that matter … Cannot ALL be on my WP server – I am using Imgur as CDN for most of my images. IMHO it’s time that WP supports this natively.

This is the code.

<!-- Begin AdClerks Zone 3759 -->
<script type="text/javascript">
(function() {
var randpubc = Math.floor((Math.random() * 100000) + 1);
var pubc = document.createElement('script');
pubc.type = 'text/javascript';
pubc.async = true;
pubc.src = '//cdn.adclerks.com/core/ad2/2691/3759?r='+parseInt(randpubc);
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(pubc, s);
})();
</script>
<div id="pubclerks_3759"></div>
<!-- End AdClerks Zone 3759 -->

so how do i alter it?

Hello,

The sub-footer shows up as expected in footer style 10 on our end.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Generally the only way to eliminate the render blocking with Google fonts, is to move the CSS into top of your style.css to load fonts “directly” vs loading the .css sheet off Google’s CDN.

You can also try adding your custom CSS to bottom of style.css vs adding to theme panel.

Finally, you can also ‘view source’ on your page to see WHAT is actually loading at top/bottom of rendered post pages.

Not sure that helps or not.

Hello DSLRMZ,

First of all, ensure that your system status is setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Thanks for the message!

Hello Toufiq,

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with it. This seems to work as expected. Try to clear all of your caches and check again the results. If you are using the CDN system, you should purge all of the files and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello valiente123,

I have inspected your source page and I saw that your Favicon link seems to be loaded by the CDN server, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1aSa3hJHZ and most likely, that’s why you cannot bring the favicon from your website. Purge all the files from CDN system and check again the results. Also, clear all the caches. Notice that the CDN should not appear at your link of your favicon. I have tested on my site and everything seems to work as expected. Check your settings and try to fix it because this problem comes from your end, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Bump does nothing except push things DOWN in the reply queue.

You can learn to minify your main style.css using minification tools online. Google is a great resource for finding things. I use this : https://cssminifier.com/

And yes, if you use ANYTHING loaded externally, like Google Fonts, JetPack, social “likes numbers” on your page, weather widget, ad networks, etc. — all slow down your page as it has to “go fetch” stuff for page to load. So, choosing to NOT use Google fonts is one option.

Using fewer modules per page; meaning no more than 10 thumbnails on sidebar and footer COMBINED will speed things up a lot.

Per GTMetrix
1) optimize your images
2) Adding time to live settings for browser caching, for Woff/Woff2 to your htaccess file as mimetypes is advisable; the other items you can’t do much about as they are on other sites — and will impact your score
3) loading all those elements from Amazon ad services’ CDN is slowing you down
4) removing query strings is advisable

That stuff from share-a-sale is badly optimized.

Generally when setting up your site

* test without ads or external items to get ‘actual’ score for your post page
* then turn on ad systems and external stuff one by one until you can stomach how this affects your side adversely — your ad units are NOT part of the theme so you should complain to them about crappy optimization!

( I don’t work here. )

Hello,

Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also restore the modifications you made to the theme and test it under the default settings.
Please do not use both page builders at the same time as that can cause issues. Please do not use visual composer on posts as well. Visual composer only works on pages.

Thank you!

Hello bayingilizce,

Unfortunately, the FAQplugin has not been tested with our theme and we have not idea about the theme behavior with this plugin, sorry! Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Remove all of them, use only the tested plugins and check the results. Clear all the caches and purge all CDN files.
