Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it, and try again.
Hello,
1. You do not have to use the plugin. Just use these settings in the cloudflare server: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ (if the plugin was required, it would have been specified in the documentation)
2. Our theme is fully compatible with https. You do not need any at all plugins to move to ssl.
3. Unfortunately since the plugin is not tested I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. You wuill have to try it out with a bit of trail and error. We only recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi,
I just bought the template and before installing it, I’d like to get the starting configuration correctly.
I’d like to use HTTPS, Cloudflare and Redis object caching.
Cloudflare is configured according to your guide, WordPress is installed using https (the homeUrl is https://domain.com) and Redis is configured and set to use this wordpress script
The questions I have:
1. Do I need Cloudflare WordPress plugin? If so, is it enough just to apply it and let it use default settings?
2. Are there any incompatibilities with HTTPS? (Let’s encrypt, if matters). Are plugins like Simple SSL needed to avoid mixed content? Couldn’t find any information in the documentation
3. As I haven’t found anything related to Redis, are there any known issues with the wordpress script or reasons why i should not use it? (Yes, I am planning to set up WP Super Cache as well).
I know these might not be standard questions, but it’s important to get the start correctly, else it will always come back to this moment later on.
Thanks!
Well there are on the front end: https://www.screencast.com/t/9xqBnbjYN
This looks more and more like a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello LCale,
Please make sure that you have cleared all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!

Unfortunately debugging is not an easy process but it should not take up to 8 or 10 hours. You deactivate plugins, clear cache and reset cdn files or disable the child theme in 10 minutes tops. What is taking 10 hours?
If by making the steps I provided above did not do it, then please contact us via our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!

Hello srs,
Please follow this topic for a few possible solutions https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-does-not-have-valid-header/
If you still cannot install it, though, install it manually via FTP. Oddly when WordPress installed via Server panel, there can be some odd permission stuff, and it sometimes can be a headache.
I have checked your website, and I saw the Analytics code at the left top of your site. Check the Google Analytics field and put in between script tag like this <script>your code</script>. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please make sure the posts have featured images set tot them and the images can be found in the media library. Then make sure the thumbs are active in your theme panel:

Hello SmilingSun,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, remove all untested plugins, use only required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Girltrotteuse,
It may be a js error that causes the theme lazyload animation to break and cause all images to get an opacity of 0 thus making them transparent. Please disable all other plugins except visual composer and wp super cache and clear all caching including cdn files if you use it. Then test the comments again. Hi. I’ve installed the Mobile Theme Plugin, but homepage mobile not shows the ‘predefined mobile’ page but just the same desktop page, like if no mobile plugin were installed. I’m using WP Super Cache following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. I’m also using Cloudflare and MaxCDN and, yes, a few plugins.
Thanks.
Hello Bogdan,
thank you for your answer, will try it out. Don´t have access to the CDN at the moment, therefore can´t test. Makes sense, that without access token it is not working.
Regards,
Christian
