Hi,
Try to re-save your permalinks from the panel, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have checked your website URL and I saw that your quality of the image was reduced by a plugin, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/64g7bpeb9bm Unfortunately, please note that plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Remove that plugin and use the real image quality because the theme has a cropping system which cut the image by the kind of thumb is used on your website if this functionality is checked in the Theme panel. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Indeed, the empty page template has been removed, now you can remove the header per page, using the header manager. An option will be added for the footer. If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip
Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example
– http://prntscr.com/mo17zp
Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
– http://prntscr.com/mo17bw
Editing the revolution slider blank template with the composer will cause problems. That would be useful if you wish to display only a slider provided by the plugin, by entering it’s shortcode in the page content, in the backend – http://prntscr.com/mo18vk
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
I need your website so I can make some investigation in this case. Also, make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased accordingly to our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all the caches and check the results. If you are using some untested plugins which might break the theme functionality, please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN file and check the results. I have tested to my website and seems that everything works as expected.
Thank you!

Hi,
Try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Analitycs Section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hF49z5vLen9O
<style>.td-js-loaded .tdc-row-divider, .td-js-loaded .td-element-style{
transition: none!important;
-webkit-transition: none!important;
}</style>
After you have made these changes, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
The theme uses an internal font that contains the icons – http://prntscr.com/nmaq8p
These icons are then applied with CSS – http://prntscr.com/nmaqkl
Your example would work – http://prntscr.com/nmar6x
But font awesome has a much larger collection of icons, loading them from a CDN should be fast from what I can find online, for example – https://woorkup.com/font-awesome-cdn/
– https://www.sitepoint.com/using-font-awesome-with-wordpress/
– https://community.cloudflare.com/t/reduce-fontawesome-load-time/4814
Thanks
